Veldig flotte bad med dusj og badekar. Fin utsikt over byen fra rommet vi hadde - vi ba om å få det. Store gode senger. Nært shoppeområder.

Flott hotell i gå avstand til twin towers. Bak hotellet er det en resturang gate med flere helt greie resturanger. Vi spiste der flere ganger og var fornøyde men området er ganske dødt. Ønsker man mer liv tar det ca 20min å gå til sentrum. Sky train stopper like ved hotellet om man ikke ønsker å gå. Basseng området er fint men prisene var stive 70kr […] for en liten kopp kaffe. Vil man bade er det nok bedre å dra til Sentosa:) Internett fungerte greit men har man betalt for interntett gjelder det kun for en PC. Les mer

Hotellet ligger litt utenfor allfarvei (et par km er langt å gå i varmen), men kun noen få meter fra monorail'en og dermed er man i sentrum på noen få minutter. En taxitur fra de hotteste shopping eller party-områdene koster dessuten ikke mange kronene. Hotellet er fint og ryddig, servicen er god og frokosten helt fantastisk. Satte spesielt pris på […] en del smarte detaljer som stikkontakter med innebygged adapter for allverdens type støpsler, rikelig med drikkevann på rommet osv. Området rundt hotellet virker temmelig falleferdig med flere bygninger som aldri har blitt ferdigstilt, men selve hotellet er det ingenting å si på. Hotellet har høy standard, og med rom i 31.etasje, så hadde vi en fin utsikt. Hotellet ligger ikke så langt unna Petronas/KL-tower. Shoppingområdene (Bukit Bintang) er et stykke hvis man skal gå, men for et par kroner tar man Monorail. Stasjonen ligger 50 meter fra hotellet, og tar deg dit på 4-5 minutter. Spisestedene rundt hotellet er helt ålreite […] og ikke mer, men ikke stort å velge mellom. Hotellmaten, det lille vi spiste var veldig bra. Les mer

Veldig bra hotell. Perfekt med kollektiv tilbud rett utenfor døra som tar deg til de viktiste severdighetene i KL. Gode shooping muligheter i nærheten.

Hotellet er kjempe flott og du får mye for pengene. I nærområdet rundt hotellet finner du en bargate med resteuranter og barer. Ca 5 min gange fra hotellet har du også et kjempe stort supermarked i kjelleretg. av et kjøpesenter hvor du får kjøpt alkohol. Det tar ca 15-20 min å gå fra hotellet til Petronas towers. hotellfrokosten var god og variert. […] Vi hadde oppgradert til en pakke som inkluderte frokost og ettermiddagsdrikke/mat og vasking av klær. Dette var veldig kjekt, da hadde du fri tilgang på alkohol-mineralvann og småretter i noen timer på ettermiddagen. Rommene var store og fine og veldig behagelige senger. Les mer

Helt utrolig bra service! Flott hotell sentralt i Kuala Lumpur!

The Sheraton Kuala Lumpur was great. The rooms were great and the hotel staff very nice and helpful. The hotel has easy access to the monorail and is in walking distance to the twin towers in one direction, and little India and China town in the other. We had a great stay here and would gladly some back.

This hotel is just great. The service is excellent and the quality of the room was top class. The buffet restaurant (where breakfast was served) was the best we've ever experienced. Would gladly stay here again if we're ever in Kuala Lumpur again.

The hotel is elegant and the rooms are well appointed. We chose Petronas Towers views and weren't disappointed - although this may not have been so good on a lower floor (we were on the 28th). The restaurants were good with the Chineese restaurant particularly noteworthy. Hotel is close to Monorail and a short ride to KLCC. We stayed 10 nights in the Club Room giving us full access to the Club Lounge on the top floor with the greatest views. Our entire stay was excellent in evey aspect. There is staff everywhere willing to assist. I mean everywhere. The main entrance would have 12 plus staff there to assist. Their restaurants are excellent. Room service was surprisingly […] well organised especillay in busy periods. A free shuttle service takes you to several shopping locations on the other side of town. A taxi home was only AUS$5. TIP: Always eek out a BLUE TAXI. They are very new & clean. Will always use their meter and give a receipt. A/Port to Hotel is a standard MR120. Blue Taxis are modern-highroof Toyotas & have much larger passenger & luggage space. Les mer

Good location to shopping, restaurants. Hotel staff were very professional, courteous, friendly and helpful! The breakfast was excellent! I would definitely stay there again.

It was by far one of the best hotels I have ever been to, it's even better than the other 2 sheratons I have stayed in other countries. One small thing thou, at check out my trolley was delayed 20 minutes to come down from my room. Other than that it was perfect.

Grand old hotel, magnificent staircase in lobby! Big rooms though furnishings are a bit old fashioned and dated. Friendly helpful staff, great service in Club lounge. The buffet breakfast was fantastic! Great selection of food - western as well as Asian and freshly squeezed juices of your own selection. Must try the lovely creamy ice creams, delicious! […] location is a bit out of the main shopping area but monorail station is close and easy and cheap to get around. Problem with noise from the bars nearby even though we were on 33rd floor - the music went on till 5am some nights which might disturb a light sleeper. From beginning to end our time at the Sheraton was wonderful. The breakfast was the best of ten hotels, especially the waffles and yam icecream. Remember to ask about the free jacuzzi. It is not overly advertised. When we had a major flight issue, the concierge desk spent over two hours with us trying to resolve it, talking to various departments in […] Malay. Exceptional service! Watch for promotions to take advantage of upgrades to club lounge. Well worth it. Not the handiest hotel but we loved trying the various railway stations which are close and always got us to major attractions. Petronas towers were only a short walk. Loved the Sheraton KL Les mer

(1) I am very impressed by the staff, especially at the concierge who are very polite, helpful and knowledgeable. (2) Monorail (sky train) and LRT (underground) stops are only a few minutes away from the hotel-excellent location. (3) Guest service needs improvement. It took them at least 30 mins to turn up when I was informed 10. Worse still, the problem […] remained unsolved when I called for the clock didn't show the time, the staff brought another clock after I waited in my room for 45 mins' . He said all clocks were the same and he left without changing or fixing the clock. However, I had a new clock when I was out for a few hours! (4) I went out for an hour swimming one morning at 9am, putting "No Disturb Please" sign outside. The sign was found INSIDE my room on the floor when I returned. My room was then NOT made till I returned and called them at around 5pm! (4) I had a LOT of mosquito bites while using the computer at the lobby, especially at the high table - the area have to be sprayed! Les mer

Close to monorail station, My room has great view of the city. The near by shopping mall are not as good as the one over by Bukit Bintang. I will go back to hotel near Bukit Bintang next trip.

we stayed for a whole week in one of the Club rooms with a gorgeous view of the Petronas Twin Tower. everything was as expected for a 5 star hotel. though it's located a little further from the main shopping area, there are 2 trains you can catch, just 2 to 3 stations away. the buffet breakfast was superb ! definitely returning

breakfast at the hotel was amazing. There was a selection of food to suit all types of pallet.

Excellent service, all amenties in room, clean and English newspaper in the mornings. Few blocks to walk to LRT (underground rail) and five blocks to On and Off bus. Enjoyed the cold tea served when we arrived and it was available everyday for all. Mornings provided a hot cup of coffee or tea and a carry out bag containing a crossant.

overall its nice ....... its quite difficult to get a good night sleep because of the thumping of the discotheque from midnight till about 6am ..... =(

The Sheraton is a lovely hotel and is very grand. We had a room on the 30th floor with amazing views. The staff were really helpful and even assisted us in booking lunch at the KL tower. The room was very comfortable and clean and would definitely recommend this hotel to others, however, having also stayed at the Shangri-La in KL during the same trip, […] I would say that I personally prefer the Shangri-La over the Sheraton despite it being slightly more expensive. we enjoyed everything there, but make sure to ask about spa when you checking in , because we have been told about the free spa when we were checking out ~~~

Excellent location. Close to everything. It has a railway station next to the hotel which takes you everywhere in the city. However, you can walk everywhere. Cons: The restaurant buffet is VERY expensive. For dining go to the mall where the JW Marriott is, there are plenty of options.

The hotel is clean and tidy. Very well maintain. I am very happy with the services.

This hotel is in need of renovation. A few more years and it will be really shubby. For instance: The armchair and the carpet was dirty in my room. Otherwise an excellent bathroom.

i must everything of this hotel was a grade if i visit kl again i would stay at the sheraton imperial a-z sevice excellence location room free internet facility and much more as well as all the concierge excellent service

Although in the Golden Triangle the surroundings of this hotel reflect what KL used to be like years ago before many of the old houses were cleared and for that it is interesting. It is fairly easy to get to the towers, just two stops down on the metro, but there is little that will detain you or engage you about the immediate area. The hotel exudes […] old world service and traditional comfort,. It is a large building but the cleverly designed layout means that intimate ares are created so that you never feel you are in a big impersonal space. The staff are very attentive and food is very good. Drinks are expensive in the bar and there is a good selection of food at breakfast to suit eastern and western palates. The rooms are perfect; we were on the 31st floor with fantastic views of the towers and the surrounding high rise, which, may not sound pretty, and maybe it isn't, but it is very impressive The hotel offers several dining experiences ranging from mid price to expensive. There are the usual facilities that you would normally associate with the Sheraton group. If you feel like a change from the hotel offerings then a taxi ride to Time Square is inexpensive. In all the hotel lives up well up to the normal Sheraton standard. Les mer

During my last trip, I transfered between a couple of hotels in different cities in Malaysia. Sheraton Imperial is really something different. The decorations and design of the hotel make a big diffrence. The service and comfort are usual for 5 star hotel but I liked the design.

stayed at the sheraton November 2011 with 3 other friends. staff were amazing and very helpful in an unfortunate situation. The rooms are large with everything you will need. Def recommend!

The hotel itself is beautiful and is located next to monorail station and about 5 minutes walk from subway station.
