Everything was cut and dry. Nice place HUGE rooms but just a room nothing too over the top. The front desk was extremely friendly and helpful, close to shopping destinations. So just good!

Hotel room was clean and staff was helpful. Breakfast was included but not worth it. Ended up purchasing breakfast some where else. Was there for sports events and the food choices were very limited. There was only cereals, apples, juice, coffee and variety of breads to toast in one toaster. No warm items like eggs, bacon, sasuage. Has everything you need. Plenty of hot water, friendly staff, clean, no scramble eggs and bacon, but breakfast was good non the less. Had oatmeal, cereal and cappuccino... Can't complain. Beds were comfortable. Rooms a little small but it serves its purpose. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel and staff was wonderful. My only complaint was that our room door dead bolt would not lock. I notified front desk and they recommended locking the chain and that they would monitor the hallway.

Only problem we had was the water pressure of the shower in our room. Otherwise everthing was good.

No complaints. Great staff. The indoor pool was a big plus for the kids as it was a bit chilly outside. Room was nice and comfortable.

Allen is a clean, nice city. Plenty of retail, restaurants.

It was noisy. It was like there was no insulation in ANY wall. You could hear everything in the hallway, the next rooms and outside. I chose this hotel because it was close to the people I was in town visiting. Worst continental breakfast I've ever had. The indoor pool looked nice, but we didn't get an opportunity to use it. The hotel is clean, comfortable and reasonably priced. The staff was very unobtrusive and helpful. Located near lots of restaurants and shopping. Easy to get on and off the freeway. The hot tub is hot and the pool is well-heated (and indoor!). The breakfast is pretty sparse, but McDs is across the street if you need it! Would stay there again.

Everything was very good! My only recommended improvement would be somewhere to sit outside. Maybe even small area with grass and chairs!

Stayed here two nights. The hotel was clean, well-kept. Everything worked in the room. Temperature of the room was easy to control. Bed super comfortable. Breakfast was adequate. But they advertised it as a "continental breakfast" not a a hot breakfast, so it was what we expected. When we visit the grandkids again in Plano, we will stay here. (Only […] surprise was that the hotel is a two-story but lacks an elevator. This was not a problem for us, but it could be for other travelers.) Les mer

I booked this room for a staycation and wanted it mainly for the indoor pool. The pool was clean, big, and very nice. The area it's in is nicely decorated and well-lit, and the jacuzzi was wonderful too. The beds were very soft and the pillows were comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Great quality for the price.

We stayed here on a family trip, we were going to Grapevine, TX and didn't really want to go all the way to Dallas, so we thought this was a good spot to stay. We forgot our bathing suits so we went to the outlet mall just a few miles up the road, and found everything we need. I have stayed at this hotel a couple of times, and I would go back. Great friendly staff. Excellent location. Loved the indoor pool. Only downside, is no wireless internet.

This hotel was clean, comfortable and served a good breakfast. It was close to many other restaurants for evening meals, and close to the event I attended.

Went to visit my son in Texas without reservations, oopsies. Was told at local Hilton that all hotels in area were booked due to a sports function. Jumped on Expedia, it found of 4 nights at this gem of a hotel. Outstanding staff, room was impeccable. Located just off a main highway for easy access, but far enough away there was no noise from it. Overall […] turned a visit to my son for his birthday, into a great vacation. We had a lot of very small ants(?) in our room. Room was clean otherwise. Receptionist at frontdesk seemed very interested when I told her and wrote notes.

The employee's at this facility were very friendly. Called us by name when they saw us. Next time I might use the pool area.

We stayed over the Labor Day holiday weekend, and had no problems at all. The beds were comfortable and clean, and that was all we really wanted. If we had not had our maps app, it might have been a little difficult to find, but there were really no problems with that issue. Overall, I'd say that it is a fine place to stay for a weekend getaway.

We stayed at this hotel in May---hot, hot, in Texas. The air conditioning in our room was not working properly. It was cooler outside than in our room. We were told there was nothing the hotel could do--no other rooms and to turn out the lights in our room. Only after threatening to check out early did they move us to another room, but some other unsuspecting […] person got the suana room. Also a sentimental toy of my daughters was left in the bed during the room transfer. When we realized we were missing the item(only a few hours after moving rooms)...neither housekeeping nor the front desk could find it. We even asked the people in our old room if they had found it. Hotel meets your basic needs, including a basic complimentary breakfast, and complimentary I-Net. Location is convenient (just off of I-75 and close to Allen Dr.), with quiet surroundings and ample parking. Staff are friendly, however I checked out late (around 2pm) and despite letting front desk know, they insisted that I pay 1/2 day rental since maximum […] they could give me was 1pm...which I thought was a bit too much...hotel needs some upgrading and a facelift, including decor inside the rooms, bathroom, bed, etc....for the money that you are going to pay I suggest you book with Holiday Inn (in Allen) or Hampton Inn (off I-75 and Stacey Road in Allen, adjacent to the outlet mall) or Courtyard by Marriot (near Outlet mall in allen) which are better properties. My first time and I am very pleased with the hotel and staff. Everyone was very courteous. Bed was great, I slept good. My room had everything I needed and I am just completely happy with this hotel. Will come again on my next business trip.

Our room heater did not work and the sink was very slow to drain. They came and looked at it and said maintenance would repair in the morning after we left. The manager was made aware of the problem and offered appologies. Things break and most likely no one reported the sink before. There is no elevator for the 2nd floor and the only stairs are at […] the ends which did not bother me, but someone with a lot of luggage or older person could be inconvenienced. Great service from the staff. They were very nice and helpful. The room was very comfortable and nice, nothing very fancy, but more than adequate for our needs. The indoor pool was a great treat, as was the hot tub and sauna. We spent both evenings we were there enjoying the pool and hot tub. Room to small. Barely enough room to get the furniture in the room. Even a foot wider would have significantly improved the room. Similar issue through the hotel.

Our party arrived early and the staff called housekeeping to find us rooms that were available. The hotel was clean, and located within walking distance of a handfull of restaraunts. I heard some other folks complain about this place, but I wouldn't know why. They do not have a huge breakfast, but they do have the basics. Juice, milk, cereal, pastries, […] coffee, etc. Clean, modern, comfortable, polite staff. No complaints from this group. Les mer
