It was the best and the service was the best.

We checked in and received a fourth floor room with vaulted ceilings which was quite spacious. The room itself was quite outdated and in need of some refurbishing, but was a nice size and was clean. After using the toilet twice, it stopped working and I had to go down to the desk to request a room change. We were given a room on the third floor right […] next to the elevator. The hotel parking lot was almost empty, yet when I asked for a better room on the fourth floor I was told they had cleaned the rooms on the third floor that day so there wasn't anything else available on the fourth floor. Begrudgingly we moved all of our stuff to the new room. The new room was the same size, but without the vaulted ceilings seemed like any ordinary hotel room. It was similarly rundown in appearance. The temperature of the new room was dreadfully hot. We had the air conditioning cranked but neither of us could sleep as it did nothing to help cool the room. We ended up having to open the window and listen to the traffic noises all night. When we checked out, I was just told that everything was taken care of (as I had pre-paid), but the checkout clerk never even asked how our stay was. Les mer

Excellent accomodation for the price. Great mountain views from the room.

Room nice,location good,maid service terrible rooms not cleaned,beds not made,coffee marker dirty no replacement coffee,wine glasses dirty etc

Were too start ! Coffee pot falling apart main door lock did not work. hot water tap would not turn on. parking lot in poor codition some of the staff not very helpful.

we've been coming here for 14 years, love the atmosphere and the staff are very friendly and pleasant.Plus Canmore is our HAPPY place,,great getaway.

The room itself was clean and of a decent size. However these were the smallest double beds ever. The tv's are incredibly out of date. If your a light sleeper the train rolling by can get fairly loud. Lastly the hot tub is outside which is usually a good thing, but it was windy when we stayed there.

The pool was a bit small and quite cool. A slide or some other water feature for children would have made the pool more attractive. Hot tub temperature varied from tepid to warm but never really that hot.

if u don't mind trains,,the south side rooms are for u,,resturent was a waste of time,,features for the rest,,were out dated,posted a buffut on friday saturday night dinner,,,wasn't on menu out dated room was cold as heat was off till we turned it on

We had stayed at this hotel before and found that it was beginning to show its wear. Although we love the room layout with 2 separate rooms in it, we noticed that the carpets were worn out and that there needed to be repairs to certain parts of the room. We do appreciate the little kitchen nook with microwave, coffee maker and toaster, since we brought […] some of our own food with us. We feel for the price you are paying, you should get a continental breakfast included and not just coffee. Otherwise, we were satisfied with our experience at the hotel. Les mer

The people here were amazing. The room was just perfect and everything was close by.

My sister and I wee travelling with two teen-agers from France. The room was adequate - well appointed - however, the pilot light from the corner gas fireplace was enough to keep the room a lot warmer than we would have liked. It had been a very warm day , followed by an evening rain and so the room was hot and muggy. Although the window opened it was […] not enough to cool the room and the heat from the pilot light was enough to negate the air conditioner that ran all night long on high. It would be nice if there was some way to turn off the pilot light. Otherwise , we had a great stay and would come back again if I needed a room in the area Les mer

We were very disappointed in the pool. It was so small that it was pretty much full with only ten kids in it. Otherwise it was a very nice hotel.

The sitting area (with TV, fridge, sink, microwave) was a nice extra. I was lucky to get a top floor room, close to elevator, which overlooked beautiful grounds. The staff was excellent and friendly. I have stayed here before, and will again. Thanks.

Quality Resort was comfortable and clean. It had all amenitites close by and the bed was firm and clean.

- Not the best but met all expectations and full value for the dollar. - Friendly and accommodating staff - Clean and refreshed daily by friendly and courteous staff. - Unexpectedly good restaurant and reasonable prices. - Will stay again

The hotel rooms have both a living room and a bedroom, which is nice if more than one person is staying in the room. It is not far from downtown Canmore - easily walkable or bikeable. The room was somewhat outdated and looked like it gets lots of use, but was very clean and had a little kitchen area with a microwave, fridge, and sink. The biggest issue […] was the trains. The tracks are very close to the hotel and the trains go through often throughout the night. With the window closed it wasn't too bad, but was too loud for me to sleep through with an open window. Unfortunately it was a choice between fresh air or sleep. The rooms on the other side of the hotel are most likely quieter, even with the window open, although the tracks are still relatively close and the trains blow their horns at the road crossing not far from the hotel. A group of friends and I stayed there during the Long Weekend in Feb, 2011.We used it as our outlet to get to the ski hills and had a great weekend. The staff were solid. It was a young crowd though, families beware.

A great hotel close to the highway and the shopping center.

L'hôtel est bien situé au centre de Canmore a 2 min. de l'autoroute. Près de tout les services et a 15 minutes de Banff. Les chambres sont propres mais on besoin de modernisation. La piscine intérieure , le gym son propre et le hot tub extérieur est très bien surtout après une journée de ski .
