"Sub-Par"
Really looked forward to a nice hot bath after a very long day of travel. Unfortunately, the bath was poorly kept therefore settled for a sub-par shower. Also, the furniture was in poor condition along with water stains in the carpet by the bath area. Not very satisfied really.

I really enjoyed the staff, the free breakfast was good. Hotel is a older but very comfortable and staff is awesome. The pool was a little cloudy but overall good. Would stay again. I had two rooms and no problems.
My sister passed and myself and husband was in 1 room and my son also booked a room as well as my neice, nepfew and my brother. We call were very comfortable.

Overall - it was what we expected. Please note though that they may want to consider the "soccer Population" – All throughout the year, especially during April there are many tournaments. This weekend many soccer teams stayed over at this hotel and asked whether the hotel could provide some condiments at 6:00 am for those soccer kids who could not take […] advantage of the complimentary breakfast - the hotel said no problem YET did not deliver leaving 2-3 teams full of children without breakfast – SAD! "Good for one night stay"
Nice hotel for a one night stay. The 6th floor where we stayed was recently remodeled. The room was very large, bed was comfortable, and the front desk staff was very friendly. The breakfast was self-serve, but had potatoes, eggs, sausage, toast, juice, and cereal. No fridge or micro in the room. The surrounding neighborhood seems quite run down (two […] closed gas stations, next to a weedy abandoned parking lot), and the city wasn't too pleasant down the road either. Staff is very friendly; breakfast, although free is not the best. Filling though and the coffee is good. The room is clean and comfortable.
Nice area thats what was most important! Clean for the most part. Went to get something from the vending machine and everything was dusty! looked kinda old. Other than that it was a good place to stay

There are chains across the back parking lot driveways which CANNOT be seen at night. Fortunately, I heard the chain hit the front of my car and stopped in time. I told management and suggested painting the chains or hanging a reflective plate. The person to whom I spoke knew about the problem. This is supposed to be the best of Victorville. I'd hate to stay at the worst.

Fir the price it was alright. The free hot breakfast was as good as to be expected for free. The service in the breakfast room was horrible. The room was alright but the blankets were awful. I was shocked everytime I would pull a blanket over myself. I ran my finger along the back of the sink and it was very dusty. Probably hasn't been clean in over […] a week. Discusting. The furniture and bathroom are dated (circa 1982), but the room was very clean and large. Great deal for the price. I will stay again.

It was clean but it is worn out. Room for three had towel for two, They brought us extra but the bath towel was just a bit bigger than a hand towel. The original towels were big. complimentary breakfast. I cannot give a compliment except the coffee was ok. No real healthy choices. No fruit. Two types of scrambled eggs, and fatty sausage links.

The check in proccess was pretty slow and the toilet in our room ran all night. But the beds were comfortable and the towels were fresh. The staff was kind and they had a fully stocked bar :-)

This is a clean and comfortable hotel. We have stayed here twice and would be willing to stay again. Our only complaints are that the "hot" food in the continental breakfast were greasy and not that hot, and the free Wi-Fi did not always work... otherwise not a bad place to stay.

Other than the fact our room had a bad window (which was fixed soon after we brought it up) this was a great place to stay. They offered a real continental breakfast with eggs, potatoes, sausage, cereal, fruit, etc, and all very tasty. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Went to room on 5th floor. Hallway smelled terribly. Rom had not been cleaned!!! Traveled back to lobby on world's slowest elevator for new room. Receptionist clueless. Had to explain problem to her several times. New room on 6th floor. Why put guests way up there with only four cars in parking lot??

We stayed here for the "hot breakfast". It was, but compared to other motels we have experienced, this was very minimal. They could add bagels or muffins, for example. Maybe a second choice of juice. The scrambled eggs and sausage were great however, canceling my other down side. What we did not like was the service in the breakfast room; he seemed […] almost surley. Not what you would expect. As I stood by the gate to enter at 2 minutes to open, I was greeted with his call to me that "we open at 7". His only words after that to any of the customers was "your coupon". A friendlier person would surely be an added benefit to this hotel. Another plus was the quality of their sausage; excellent. How do they get it so greaseless? Honestly, most other places we have visited have no meat, and hard cooked eggs with waffles. As Hot meals as advertised, this one was really better than most and we did appreciate it in spite of the breakfast attendant. The 7 o'clock opening for breakfast isa little late for those who need to be out early but given the cooked eggs and sausage I can see why any earlier would be a hardship on the staff. The remote had no batteries; and when we went down to have them replaced, the remote did not work properly. One of the drawers constantly slid to open position. One of the lights was burned out. And the toilet did not work properly. sorry...........these are easily fixable items with good management of staff and management. This hotel was obfviously a remodel from an older property. They did a good job on that but could up their maintenance procedures. Les mer

The room I had was a large room which I was very nice, the only thing was that my particular room did'nt have a micro-wave or apt. refrigerator, other than that the expierence was very nice.

This room was huge, comfortable and clean. The elevators were kinda scary and small but overall, it was a great place to stay. Easy on and off the freeway and close to all shops and food.

"2nd Stay"
This is the 2nd time I've stayed at this hotel and was even more pleased then before. The rooms were great, the free breakfast was good and best of all I had a fridge and microwave in the room. This is my hotel when staying in Victorville!

had problems with the elevator, breakfast was weak.
When we drove up I was already preparing myself to find another room even though this one was already paid for. The Lobby was much better, but still wondered if the room was going to be like the parking lot or the lobby, well it was about halfway between. The decor definitely needs updating, but we also had mis-matched furniture and peeling window tint. […] Some of the furniture needed repaired as well. There was a wide margin between the floor and the bottom of the room door. Sound traveled easily through that margin and didn't feel like we had much privacy. I specifically chose this hotel because the description said there was a lounge, pool lounge & cafe. I didn't see a pool lounge, but maybe because the pool was locked up. The lounge didn't wasn't free until 11:00 p.m. unless we wanted to pay a $20 cover charge. The cafe was only open for breakfast. The breakfast was provided with the reservation and was better than expected. The staff was helpful and courteous. Les mer
