Enkelt og bra hotell i Europeisk stil (les: litt shabby), meget sentralt. Hyggelig betjening, rent og ikke spesielt lytt. Veldig bra valuta for pengene. Anbefales!

Hotellet ligger meget sentralt til med kort vei til det meste. Komfortabelt, rent og god service. Gratis vinsmaking og nakkemassasje ved siden av resepsjonen fra 17-18 (meget praktisk etter en hektisk dag med sightseeing og shopping). :-)

Et fint og rent hotell med hyggelige ansatte. Ingenting negativt å si om hotellet, men nabolaget har en del uteliggere i noen kvartaler ned mot sentrum. Opplevde derimot ikke noe ubehagelig. Det er også svært kort vei ned til sentrumsområdet og Market street, og taxi er veldig billig slik at man slipper å gå på kveldstid. Fint hotell i forhold til hvor billig det var!

Hotellet ligger svært sentralt både for shopping og opplevelser i San Francisco. Vi trivdes svært godt der, og vil sannsynligvis vurdere hotellet neste gang vi skal til San Francisco. Hotellet er litt slitt, men rent og hyggelig. Personellet er ikke overhjelpsomme, men tar man kontakt og spør om hjelp så hjelper de deg!

A 20 min drive to San Francisco. The room was clean, descent size. Ok breakfast. Nice motel if you are visiting San Francisco on a tight budget and have a car.

"Wasn't anything like the photos"
Very dissatisfied, I felt embarrassed when my GF and I stay there our final night so that she can take the next flight out.. The interior of the hotel seem and felt like an horror movie, just nasty and just ugh. I would not say here again..

This time I expected what I got so I had no dissapointment. Burns on the carpet, Paper numbers on the doors a very hard and springy Bed Took a very long time to recieve the reservation from Hotel.com. 1 hour
"It is ok for one night stay"
The hotel only provided very minimal service. The room was ok, but toilet was broken, the fan in the bathroom was very noisy, no hair dryer. One day, even no milk for the breakfast.

It was a nice place to stay. One problem - they were painting the hall-way on the third floor where I stayed for 2 night. The hall was a little noisy the first night but after that I stayed pretty busy and only needed a place to sleep and shower and this motel (inn) provided my needs. Also the breakfast and coffee in the lobby was good.

I stayed here for two nights. The room was never cleaned, carpet was gross, gnats flying around, cig burns everywhere in this "nonsmoking room", big hole in the beding and when reading at night the motion sensored lights would turn off every 6 minutes. "Going through Renova & hopefully cleaner carpets"
A/C unit had broken button that didn't work the first night, 2nd floor hallway smelled of stale food or cigarettes, carpet was literally filthy dirty. Hotel was going through renovation on 1st floor so and looked nicer. The worst experience!!!!Checking in into a dirty stinky rooom, the worst.....Customer Service waking me up at 4:00 in the A.M. to firgue out his paper work, not only calling on the phone, but banging on the door...HORRIBLE Will never stay there again, or any of their hotels.

This place is a dumpster. There is graffiti all over the place even in the rooms. The water was running all night because it doesn't cut off all the way and I think it has bedbugs. The staff were very good, I have only one complaint and that is they need to change their mattress as it was a bit hard and lumpy, other than that it was a very pleasant hotel to stay at. I reserved a non-smoking room but when I arrived I was told that I was too late and would have to take a smoking room. The drapes were threadbare and the mattress lumpy. It was noisy as well.

I wouldn't even want my dog sleeping here! This place was awful. The room was dingy when I arrived. I was there for a week and the room was NEVER cleaned. Towels were NEVER replaced. The location is close to freeway and shopping which is good. The condition of the hotel wasnt all that good. Strating fom the out side parking lot. Then in one of the rooms ( which i swithed to another no problem) had tron carpet.

The room smelled like the previous occupants were a dozen feral cats. Did not have a microwave, and the front desk didn't want to send one up (although not all of the employees are surly and unhelpful). Our non smoking room smokes cigarette, dont like the set-up where the sink is right next to the door entrance of the room, bedlinens has a stain and has a hole burned by a cigarette butt, you could hear the footsetps on the room above ours

"Just a place to lay your head"
I picked this hotel because it was close to my office, big box stores and the freeways. For the most part, it was positive: Nothing was taken from the room,, and the bed was comfortable enough to sleep in. The complementary breakfast was a nice touch - especially the waffles. Still, there were a few issues: A few times there was no one at the front […] desk, juice / fruit punch machine did not work 2 of the days, and there was no iron / ironing board in the room. I had to ask for an iron from the front desk, and ironing on the bed since there was no board. It was just functional, I was not impressed enough to recommend it. Les mer

Location of the hotel was ok...but the 3rd floor smelled just a little, also when you claim you have free internet...well you dont! On the 3rd floor the signal was extremely week and could not get access to the internet, so I had to go to starbucks to do some work....Other than that, the hotel was fine

I think it was ok. I'm use to stay in more nice hotel but this work for the time you spend on it. The onlly thing I didn't like was they didn't have an airing and I ask for one and didn't work+ it was super durty.

if being treated like a third class citizen is your thing this is the place for you. I travel quite a bit and stay at numerous hotel/motel chains throughout the country, and some of the worst hotels in terms of up-keep, age, location, etc. I rated good only bcause the staff went out of their way to make up for lack of luxury with service or just plain […] hospiltality. this place loses any quality that might be there by their attitude. I was staying there with my 89 year old mother who had all of the same complaints. A guest of that age should be taken EXTRA care of, not left with a bad memory. The hotel was very very very dirty. The carpet in the room was ripped and looked like it had not been cleaning for a long time. The bed had someones air on it...so I know the sheets were not washed. It was soo bad I slept in my pants and sweet shirt just so I would not have to touch the dirty sheets. There was cigerette smell through out the room and […] hallway and it was a non smoking room. The bathroom floor had dry rot and if I would have been in there with my wife at the same time we probably would have fallen through. Hey if you bring you own sleeping bag and wear shoes the whole time, it may not be a bad place to stay. Next time I will spend the extra money to stay somewhere else or maybe upgrade to a camp ground. Les mer

I have to stay in motels for 4 to 8 weeks at a time because of my job. I try to save as much $ as I can without suffering jail like conditions. Once in a while, I get a room that is way nicer than I deserve for the money, and this rates as one of the best ever. The rooms are large, clean, and mostly quiet. This was by far the WORST hotel/motel I have ever been to. This is not a place where you'd want to take your kids if you have any. The wall are thin. (if you know what I mean). "Best deal in southern SF Bay area for 4 or more nights"
Lowest rate that I've found for "weekly" in San Francisco Bay south of SFO and Oakland airports. If you book directly through the hotel, the weekly rate is just that, for one week, but if you book through Hotels.com, it applies to as short a stay as 4 nights (and sometimes only 3). Free wifi in all rooms (! - most budget motels charge extra) Large […] refrigerator (approx. 3 ft. high by 2 ft. wide by 18 in. deep) Microwaves: small microwave in the lobby on the first floor by elevator (motel is 3 stories high) The first time I stayed, I had a smoking room with it's own microwave, the second time, I got a non-smoking room without one and was a little surprised. I asked the night and day receptionists (both personable and friendly) for a microwave; they said they'd left word with "maintenance", but no microwave ever appeared in my 3 night stay. There is a Starbuck's and Quiznos almost next door and a Target and Panda Express immediately across the street. The motel is just a block off the Nimitz Fwy. (I-880), midway between the Dumbarton (CA-84) and San Mateo (CA-92) bridges. On the other side of the freeway, in the angle of Alvarado-Niles and Dyer is one of the biggest shopping center complexes that I've ever seen, with about every conceivable restaurant and store, including a Walmart.
