For what I paid the room was acceptable! The fluorescent light in the bathroom looked like it was on the way out, flashing at a high rate that someone with epilepsy could have been affected by. I mentioned the problem with the front desk. Also, surprisingly, even at the low rate they included coffee and breakfast. Not the best coffee, but a pleasant […] surprise nonetheless! Les mer

We were very pleased with our rooms and staff. We were warned about the firehall being next door and practice fire alarms. Unfortunately, when the alarm went off at 6:45a.m., it was not a practice, but, fortunately, we were already up and getting ready for our days adventure.

Decent place-- in general quite cleaned up since the new owners. Always check out your room before committing -- this place is WELL travelled and you can occasionaly get a room that's been extra beat up. Always remember to get the SAFE CHARGE taken off your bill - they charge a buck or two because you have a SAFE IN THE ROOM< whether you use it or not. […] They supposedly were doing away with this. "you get what you pay for"
Requested a nonsmoking room and room 117 was filled with cigarette smoke. They moved us with no hastle & second room was better. small pillows & towells.

Not a bad place for the price. My husband is a musician and was playing close by and we needed a place to stay overnight. The only problem we had was the toilet not flushing properly.
It is an OK hotel for the price. I had ro switch rooms because they put me near the front and you could hear the door bell every time someone came in or out. The hotel is casually run and not what I expected for a hotel chain. I was staying in the area for a few days and decided to go else where for the remainder of my stay. "Average Hotel"
Inexpensive, has the basics. Only drawback to my room was some small ants near the clock radio which kept flashing. After I killed about eight of them no more came back. The toilet would fill up to the brim and then slowly recede. After about nine flushes the toilet worked. Towels are of average quality. Room did have a TV with cable, wireless was available. […] Room also includes frig and microwave. AC worked well. Breakfast was very simple, cereal and bagels, juice, milk and coffee. Good value. "Better than the price would indicate"
The staff is nice the rooms are clean. As mentioned before there is some road noise but I am a light sleeper and with the ac on I couldn't hear it at all. I had a mini fridge and microwave in my room. For the price it would be hard to do better.

The hotel's location is very convenient and the service is great. Some reviewers have complained about the fire station alarm sound, but it is not a big deal as it sets off very rarely and lasts less than a minute.
This room was a little better than we expected. We were just looking for a place to stay the night for a short time in between destinations. The room was clean and even had a mini-fridge. Not the nicest place to stay, but definitely well worth the bargain.

the room is dirty, you can hear people walking upstairs all the night and hear peopel talking on the next room. u couldn't sleep all night. if you want stay with them, you should stay in your car to save some money.

Frankly I wasn't expecting it to be even good...was just looking at a great price and a place to crash during a business trip. While my room was a little close to the desk (and thus the ice machine) the overall experience was better than I'd expected. "New management makes a difference"
We have been staying 3 different times a year at this hotel for 5 years now. It is now under new management that has made quite a difference, good and bad. The hotel appears cleaner and run more smoothly with check-ins and such. However, the hotel staff appears to live within the hotel. We were only 2 rooms down from a converted room that is now being […] used as a kitchen for this family. It was a little unnerving to know someone was cooking/frying (by the smell of the grease) in a bedroom down the hall. I was afraid they'd catch the hotel on fire. Les mer
"Awful room"
Do not stay in room 103. The ice and pop machines are on one side, the elevator on another and the noisy highway on the third side. We could also hear the people above us walking around. The room was very warm so I turned on the air conditioner. It was so noisy it sounded like a lawn mower. The bed was also very uncomfortable. There is a fire hall […] a few doors away and the siren went off twice. Needless to say, I didn't sleep at all. Told the desk clerk and she said she would have them check the air conditioner. "Comfortable and inexpensive"
We stayed just one night on the way to visit family. The location wfas close to the highway we were on. It was clean and comfortable with an excellent price. We did here a nearby firse station alarm but it was just for a few minutes.

It's ok to pass the night; however, it was very noisy. I was on the second or third floor, and I could hear the cars passing by like if I was sleeping in the street :( Would not recommend if you're not a sound sleeper, or request a room that does not face the highway/ street.

There appears to only be one person at any given time managing this hotel, albeit the person was trying to be friendly & helpful. We booked a non-smoking Queen room. When we checked in and recvd our keys, we then found someone else resting in our room. The clerk found another room for us, but it was filled with the smell of cigarettes and was a double […] bed room; not a queen as we requested. It's not bad for a 2-star motel. Our room and bathroom were very clean. The bed was comfortable. The free breakfast was nice. Overall, better than expected.
"Convenient to Amtrak Station in Wilmington"
Since we were coming from Rehoboth Beach and had to be at the Amtrak Station relatively early in the morning, which meant fighting rush-hour traffic, we decided to stay overnight somewhere close. Super 8 turned out to be very convenient for us. We were very pleased with our selection.
"Good value for short stay"
Hotel is not located in the best part of town, but is perfect location for our short business stay. Restaurants are less than a mile in either direction. Normally stay on 1st floor at this hotel, but had to stay on 3rd this time. Big difference in quality of room. 1st floor must have been remodeled since 3rd floor.

This hotel is in a great location, just mintues away from restaurants, stores, and a very large shopping mall. The room was very clean. It is very easy to get to and I would stay there again.

Even though a non smoking room was given and changed, both room had a significant smoke odor. Also, the proximity to the highway and adjacent fire house made the stay very noisy.

It wasn't anything fancy. It was simply bed that I needed since I was waking up very early the next morning. The free internet and small breakfast was nice.

Prima voor de kamerprijs. Heeft microwave oven en koelkast op de kamer. Niet alle stopkontakten geven stroom, maar er zijn er genoeg, wel even uitproberen. Komt dicht in de buurt van het betere motel. Had één nacht last van lawaai van een groep motorrijders die om 3 uur 's nachts aankwamen.
