Nice people, helpful and friendly. The elevator did not work properly once so being stuck in it was not a good experience. It was handled promptly and efficiently, however.

The Air Conditioning was off in our room when we arrived. The A/C was off on the 3rd floor - they had a window open to vent it, but it had to be 85 degrees in the hallway. There was old (blackened) gum in the carpet in the room and black specs on the counter in the bathroom. The ice maker on the 3rd floor was broken, so we had to trek down to the 1st […] floor for ice. I was there to take my grandkids to a basketball camp during spring break. I wanted something with a good location for all our needs and Super 8 met our needs. The room was clean and everything worked toilet, tv, air, and cleaning people were great. The price was good and close to restauarants, movies and the school where our camp was held. One-night stay on our way to Dallas. Room was clean and met basic needs, but the appliances and decor were a bit "tired." The staff were very pleasant, however, and the Texas-shaped waffle was a fun start to the day. :)

Room 222 had additional plug in receptacles over the room we we in earlier in the week. The only problem was that the bathroom door didn't latch. Motel Management over the years have added many pluses to a small room. This includes small refrigerator, safe, microwave, iron and ironing board. My 10-year old son & I drove from the Houston area, we got there around 9pm. Walking to our Non-smoking room, the hallway smelled like cigarettes. Upon arriving in the room, I automatically pull back the sheets on bed, there was dirt in the sheets of one bed. All the plugs for the lights, and clock were unplugged. When I went to plug in, I noticed on […] the floor between the bed & nightstand what looked like marijuana stems. I called the front desk and she came up , so I showed her what the issues were, she did apologize and offered to move us to first floor, which we gladly took. The room she put us in was cleaner, but then I noticed there were no privacy drapes to close, only the sheer ones. The solid were only for decoration. I had to make due with the clip style hangers they had in the room so that there was privacy. In the middle of the night, someone tried to open our door, and thankfully, the safety latch was there. When I tried to use our room key the next morning to get back in, they didn't work. Needless to say, I did not sleep well. I will NEVER go to a Super 8 again. Les mer

Front desk was left unattended 95% of the time. Most of staff were not friendly. Cleaning personnel would enter your room despite do not disturb request. Room was 85 degrees when we arrived. Cleaning crew put several items back in place but did not clean them despite an obvious need for it.

The room was not smoke free which I requested, therefore; I was miserable! There were even ashes left on the toilet seat and soap left out which had been opened. In other words, it had not been cleaned thoroughly. The bed was comfortable.

room is totally outdated, microwave didnt work, sound on tv didnt work, and the breakfast was just toast and a waffle iron. There is a carwash right next door and lots of construction so very loud during the day.

The hotel staff and cleanliness was good, but there were no curtains that would close over the window. Therefore, lights from surrounding businesses shown through into the room. Plus it gave me an uneasy feeling that I could maybe be seen.

The hotel smelled stale. My car got broke in...sitting in front under a light. they supposedly have some type of security...but there was none to be found. I just needed a place to stay for the night, but this place was not nice. The tv and remote didn't work right. Not a big deal, but I had 3 kids with me. The outlets didn't work in the bathroom, so the hairdryer attached to the wall couldn't work, so I had to go to work with wet hair. The walls were dirty in the bathroom, gross! Other than the fire drill which we never understood, the stay was convenient for visiting relatives. Rooms a small but ok. Breakfast could stand some fresh fruit.

You get what You pay for with this hotel but it is a convenient location. Everything was clean except the shower curtain. The bed was uncomfortable. I was so tired from doctors appointments I didn't go to breakfast so do not know what it was like. The rooms are not very sound proof and it is right by the highway so there is road noise. Our overall experience was fantastic at this hotel. I only have one complaint. They turned off the air conditioning in the hallways, stairs and lobby, which I assume was to conserve energy. Hotel was clean an sanitary, some guests were not. The room was clean and A/C worked well. Complimentary breakfast was nice; pastries, cereals, and a waffle maker.

The motel was great except the hallways were hot and smelled like ciggerate smoke. For someone like me who doesn't smoke it's not to appealing. Great swimming pool and over all not to bad..

The room & hallways smelled of smoke on the second floor. But overall the room was decently clean - just appeared to be an older building that needed some TLC. The problem I had was with the management. The occupant/s in the room above us literally walked around and shook their bed from when we attempted to go to sleep around midnight until SIX in the […] morning - when I say it was loud I mean the light fixture hanging above the desk was literally rocking/shaking back and forth. Throughout the night we called the desk downstairs to complain - 3 AM, 4:30 AM, 5 AM, 6 AM - and it wasn't until 6 AM that someone actually walked upstairs to the room making the noise - rather than phoning - to inspect what was happening. At which point we were told we could 'check out late' if that would 'help us' any, when they realized how upset we were - they offered us another room until our check out time. Too little too late. We then had to attend a wedding on 2 hours of sleep and make a 5 hour drive home. They did not offer us another night or offer a discount on the cost. Les mer
