"What breakfast? Comfort ?"
Don't let the "free" breakfast ad fool ya. I am Not a picky person but even I wouldn't eat what they were serving. Watered down o.j. Cereal and stale rolls just were not appealing. And if you LOVE to sleep on hard beds then this is the perfect place to lay your head.
I was only there for a quick sleep, but the gentleman who checked me in was extremely polite, and courteous. The room was nice. I enjoyed my, although short, stay.
We were just passing through on our to Calgary from Phoenix and the Super 8 was all that we needed, clean hotel and room, good price, good breakfast included-perfect
Breakfast was ok. Did not use the spa. The Sauna was not operational.

"Nice Staff, thin walls."
I never post reviews. Water was slow to drain in tub, which was also dirty. Walls were so thin, I could hear the couple next door arguing all night. I felt like is was in the same room. Every noise in the hall, water, echoed in the room.

"Needs minor upgrades"
Very adequate for an overnight stop. Upgrading needed on electrical outlets. Thought we were plugged.but slight movement stopped power. Killed computer.

My stay at this Super 8 was generally positive. It was close to restaurants and a Walmart. The room was good, it was quiet, and the staff was friendly. The only issue I had was that while taking a shower the water ran hot and cold. I was there 3 nights, and it did this each time I showered and also when my son showered. "Close to freeway"
Hotel was nice. Had booked a nonsmoking room, but it was clear that someone had smoked in it prior to me staying there. The are is nothing special. You will have to drive to get food or snaks..
"Clean and easy"
Very clean room with comfortable bed. Great place for a overnight stay close to town. Only problem was with the dry sauna, I believe they were using it for storage.

The motel was clean and the staff was very friendly. It was nice to stay at a place that didn't have a weird smell.
"It was an "OK" stay"
The hotel is in a convenient location, and the rooms were ok. The worst part was that the Sauna was out of order, and the "HOT" tub was like a luke warm bath. It's located next to the lobby and the desk manager came in and scolded us for getting water on the tile floor, by the hot tub, where there is a drain for water :o( lame..The breakfast was fine. "Good stop on the way to or from Yellowstone"
This was a good place to stop and relax on the road trip on the way back from Yellowstone. Located within easy walking distance to food and pharmacy. Clean rooms, pool and free breakfast.

This hotel was a good hotel and I would stay there again. Being so close to Yellowstone, this was a good choice to stay and drive in the next morning. It worked out great.

OK place to stay - close to interstate and close to restaurants. Hot Tub so not working. Shower went from hot to cold so it wasn't a pleasant experience. Breakfast was OK. Would stay again.

"Not kid-friendly"
This hotel is clean, but it is not kid-friendly and the customer service was terrible. We had a football tournament nearby and had 4 kids with us. When we arrived around 10pm, we were greeted with 'hold on'. There was a complaint about noise when we were getting settled and there was no understanding from the staff, just annoyance with us. The hotel […] employee just stared at me tapping his phone on his leg when I told him the noise complaint was probably from us and I was getting them ready for bed. The outside doors and even room doors are loud so other guests can hear every time it opens and closes. The hot tub was broken down and after the 1st night, other football parents went to another hotel, which I didn't have the luxury to do since we booked non-refundable. Not the place to be comfortable after a long drive with a packed car. There were plenty of hotels on the same road to choose from and almost all of them had a working pool. The breakfast room was out of cereal for the kids by 8am. If you're looking for a clean room for a night and you don't have a family, might be ok, but if you have a family, not the place to relax and be comfortable . . . mostly due to customer service and lack of amenities. I stayed here after a kite festival. The room was comfortable and clean with a single queen sized bed. Worked out well for just myself travelling. Several places to eat a couple blocks down the road and across the street. It was a little noisy in the morning with showers being run in other rooms and water temps in the shower were flaky.

Not a bad hotel but the walls are very thin and the layout is very confusing. Pretty good breakfast and priced right.

I was disappointed!!! We definitely got what we paid for. CHEAP!!! The room was clean but the bed was sooo hard, we had two awful nights, waking up with back aches. The breakfast was terrible. Only carbs, yucky cold cereal, bread and waffles. AWFUL! The worst was when we checked in and the person in front of us got a way better rate than we did, and […] he walked in. "Motel 8 in idaho falls"
Not being really familiar with Idaho Falls we needed a hotel that was easy to locate especially at night. Also being close to the LDS Temple was also important to us. The room was nice and we really enjoyed the breakfast in the morning.

I highly recommend staying at this hotel. It is very clean, the breakfast area has a lot to choose from and the food was fresh and delicious. You can't go wrong staying there!

The facility and grounds were well kept. My room was clean and comfortable. I did not take advantage of the breakfast, but it sure did smell good wafting though the halls near the prep area. Good access to several restaurants and to the river walk. The only downside was the absence of adequate air conditioning in the halls.

One word: Gross! From the less than stellar "greeting" we received when walking in to check-in to the maid actually entering our room while we were still sleeping at 8:00 am (even with our "Do Not Disturb" sign on our door!) we were less than impressed with this "hotel." BEWARE of the sauna and jacuzzi! Both were terribly dirty - you could actually […] see the dirt on the steps and floor of the jacuzzi (and the shower), and there were obvious rust spots as well. The included breakfast was less than appealing. The only actual edible part of breakfast was the juice. The other hotels on the same street looked so much nicer-wish we would have booked ANY of the others rather than this place! SKIP IT! Les mer

Staff was friendly and willing to give their recomendations on places to see in Idaho Falls.
"Great room for the money."
The hotel was clean. and for a family of 5 we received a room with 3 Queen size beds. Hot tub/ sauna. and breakfast included! We only stayed one night but would stay again. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only problem I had was I couldn't get my internet to work but that could be me.

Bed was very firm... my husband didn't mind, but too firm for me. The evening staff was not very friendly, but the morning staff very nice. Could stand improvement, but you get what you pay for.

The bed was comfortable and the location was exactly as I needed and is well positioned for the West side of Idaho Falls. The wash basin area was on the small side. I had to get the drain in the tub un-plugged to shower without having my feet soaked up past my ankles - the maintenance staff did it and the shower as a shower.
