"Adequate in all respects."
Good. No problems.
We booked a handicapped room. we did not getone. We were assigned to the 3rd floor. We had to pay $13.59 to change rooms to 1st floor. There was no elevator.It was not a good stay.
Hotel was convenient and great for the price. It did not have elevators but not difficult if you did not need an elevator.

The room was nice but didn't like that there wasn't an elevator and we were on the 3rd floor trying to carry luggage.Ask for a wake up call the next morning to depart and never got one.
"excellent location"
It was decent enough for the price! The staff could have been a little friendlier, the pillows could have been a little plumper- but the creepy thing was that the shower wall had a hole in the wall about the size of a large man's fist!

The Super 8 staff was very friendly. The hotel was very close to the concert we were attending. The room was adequate. No frills. Nothing special. The room was clean. "Great and Cheap"
I was really worried after I read the last review talking about this place not being excepting to all kinds of people. I was praying it wasn't racist like someone had previously stated and it wasn't at all. We are a very mixed family and were treated just great! The hotel price was super cheap and this room was worth it. If you're just needing a place […] to sleep/shower and keep your stuff this place is perfect and clean! We stayed with our 2 little kids for a holiday weekend in Fayetteville and it was exactly what we needed. We would totally stay again. And like others have said, Rich is great! Overall a very clean hotel. Needed a quick/cheap hotel for a one night stay going up and back from Houston. Staff was elpful in the evening and morning. Room clean, Restaurant next door if you really want breakfast.

"Just What I was looking for"
Needed a room to spend the night for the Chile Pepper Cross Country festival. Wanted inexpensive and clean. Super 8 delivered! very helpful staff and the room was clean. The bed was kind of hard, but I think it is hard to sleep in a different bed than you are used to. The hotel was less than a 10:00 drive to the race. Very handy.

The hotel was exactly as advertised and a good value. It isn't a deluxe hotel, nor does it claim to be, but it was clean and pretty quiet. If you want a clean, reasonably priced place to stay close to U Ark, I recommend it.

Simple basics, convenient, good price. I have stayed there before and will again.
Great value for the price I paid. In town for a college visit and just needed a place to sleep. Room was at or above what I expected for the brand and the price. Staff was friendly and the location was perfect. Very easy Interstate access. Would consider staying at this location again.
Great for a one night stay, I only stayed in the room from about 10:30p until 7:00am the next day. Convenient to the U of A, excellent price, was quiet the night i was there. Would not recommend for extended stay, My only complaint would be the smell of cigarette smoke was noticable when i first entered the hotel to check in. "Next to the trailer park"
In reading the reviews prior to my stay at this motel I thought it would b a pleasant stay, however I was pleasantly surprised to find out that I was wrong.... To make a long story short.. Don't stay there we might of as well stayed at the trailer park next door!!!!
"Great hotel"
this was an awsome hotel. the room was clean and the ac worked great, even better than mine at home. The bed was clean. The room had a recliner which was dated but in great shape. The bath room had a curved shower curtin rod witch is great for bigger guys. The breakfast was the usuall "free" one but it was always stocked. The help at the front desk […] was great. One of the front desk clerks even went as far to talk to my son (he is 5) about some worms that he found on the leaves outside. The clerk and my son went from worns to butterflies. And then the clerk called my room to let me know where he had ordered some "Life Cycle" butterflies on the internet, and printed out a web page so i could order them for my son. "Super 8 Excellent"
Amazing personalized service. I arrived way before I was supposed to check in, and needed to stay 2-3 hours after I was supposed to check out. Even though they were very full, they managed to work things out and accommodate my needs. Very personalized, and would recommend this hotel to ANYONE who want a decent cheap place to stay!

Everything was really nice , clean and comfortable. However on the day we were leaving there was only 1 person at the desk taking caqre of it as well as the breakfast area. Both places were busy and too much for 1 person to handle. He was working very hard to meet all needs,

Front desk person was very helpful..went out of his way because our hotel.com reservation had not come through. This is the first time this has happened to me. It was late at night and we were tired but he worked for an hour or more with operators to get our room.

We only needed a room to sleep for the night especially getting in late. The room fit our needs for the occasion. We found the night desk clerk to be friendly and helpful. The room and hotel probably need some much needed updating and renovations but again, it suited our purpose and for the right price. Very close to the University which was a plus […] for our needs. While not fancy this hotel was clean & tidy and the staff very helpful & friendly. There is a Denny's right out the back door if you need a meal and can't find anywhere else.

"Super 8 in Fayetteville, AR-Adequate & comfortable"
I chose this hotel in Fayetteville for the low cost and the good reviews of it's breakfast. We were travelling on a shoestring budget and wanted to stay where it was included. I noticed there was syrup, but nothing to put it on so I asked the attendant about it and he promptly refilled the waffles. Yes they were frozen, but there was peanut butter available […] to put on them for protein. At the end of a week of travel staying in guest rooms with a couple of different relatives, the bed was the most comfortable I'd been on since I left home. When I got home I was a bit dissapointed to discover Super 8's bed was more comfortable than there too. The room was immaculate if dated. The shower head was high enough for my 6' son. "Hotel Staff"
The front desk attendant, Rich, was extremely helpful - like a tour guide. He showed us lots of things to see and the order we would come to them on our travels.

"Room fine but had people waking us."
We were happy with everything except there was no micro wave oven. And people going up and down the stairs bothered us a lot, but our room was by the stairs. So don't stay by the stairs.
"Great room for the money"
This hotel was very clean. The staff were considerate. And, although this was not a problem for us; there are 3 stories to this hotel without an elevator. You need to be quite mobile.

"Nice Hotel"
clean, comfortable, good nights sleep. Could use a internet station to check emails and such. Good continental breakfast, more than usual toast & coffee.
