very convient location. staff was very friendly. room was a little cold but very nice overall

The hotel was supposed to be convenient to the Dusseldorf airport, a must for me as I need wheelchair support, instead, the hotel is built into the parking lot, access by lift and no way to conveniently reach the terminal without a lot of walking, really inconvenient. Good located just a few steps from the train station and across the street from the airport. The resturang looks nice, but our dinner was not ok ... BF is not included - 23 EUR extra.

The hotel is in a great location staff very nice the only downside is the food selection at hotel but airport has alot of choices great place to stay with a next day departure

This was a perfect hotel in which to stay in between flights. We didn't get in until 10:30 PM and it was so easy to pick up our luggage and pull it the short distance to the hotel. No taxi or shuttle needed. The hotel is very nice with plenty of space.

I booked a room here because it is "in the airport". This description is deceiving. I had to walk out of the airport to get to the hotel (inconvenient). Although the lobby was alright, my room was disappointing. I would rate the room a 2.5. Perhaps it looks better at night when the dreary traveler just drops onto the heavenly bed.

Very convenient hotel only steps from the airport but expensive at 260 Euro a night. Pro: Convenient and great staff! Con: No free WiFi.

This is a very convenient airport, especially for early-morning flights. The rooms are small, but on the other hand, it is not used as a base for a vacation! I booked the hotel because I had a 7 AM flight the following morning, and had driven 90 miles from the prior day's meeting to get there.. Welcoming reception, clean and comfortable room complete with a mama duck and ducklings waddling around outside, and a sound sleep in the comfortable bed. Could not ask for more.

We've stayed at this hotel several times before when transfering to a US bound early morning flight. We also travel with pets, so the convenience of the hotel is a real plus for us. This made our trip back from Rome to the US much more pleasant. HIghly recommended !

Utterly convenient, a short walk to terminal. I was able to drop off the rental car a day early, which saved some money and helped make my flight back to USA much less complicated and taxing. I faced a pretty little green courtyard as well. Room was modern and comfortable.

Quick check-in: friendly service; clean and comfortable rooms. We use this hotel often for our ourselves and our guests. It is directly located in the airport parking area and takes only a few minutes to walk to our gates. The price is well-worth it.

The only thing worth recommending about the hotel is its location. The hotel looked no way a 4star plus hotel as it says on the website. It has really small rooms, the carpet is old, and foul smell comes from the toilet air system. HIGHLY NOTTTT RECOMMENDED!!! I will never stay at the Dusseldorf Sheraton hotel. Located at the DUS Airport; Nice hotel lobby; Friendly staff; Free wireless Internet in the lobby; Clean updated rooms; Convenient Train station is also at the airport; 10-minute taxi ride from Old Town Riverfront; No worries about getting to the airport on time for your flight!

Carpet leading to the room was old and dirty, room had a bad smell. Looked clean but didn't smell or feel clean.

We have been here many times and always enjoy it. It is so quiet even though it is on top of the airport. The staff are very good, especially in the restaurant, very helpful, and the breakfast is good although expensive. so eat up. The hotel is located in the parking deck of the airport, We did not hear any airplane noise. We walked maybe 10 minutes to check in. The hotel provides free of charge 2 water bottles 2 beers a coke and a juice in a mini refrig in your room. That was a nice benefit that was unexpected. There is free internet in the loby. We needed to be close to the airport for a morning flight back to the US. This hotel is perfect for that. The room was very comfortable, clean and quiet. The surroundings were very pleasant. Very convenient, it's part of the airport itself, efficient check-in BUT - I was givena room that appeared to double as a meeting/syndicate room with a fold-down bed which was both uncomfortable and had a huge gap behind it, down which the pillows disappeared. Hotel probably OK but be wary of the room you are allocated!

If you can afford the rate for this hotel, given Hotels.com great pricing, this is well worth the money (especially given an early-morning departure).

Just in Dusseldorf for meetings at Airport Conference Centre. You cannot get more convenient than this...a 2 minute walk from arrivals. Rooms very well insulated as never heard any aircraft, and comfortable. Whilst the hotel is dated, it is clean, and extremely convenient. Walk out of the hotel and the train station is there (15mins into City). Restaurants […] at the airport give a bit of choice. Staff very helpful and friendly. It is not 5* luxury, and facilities such as gym are limited, but if staying over or connecting to a flight or business at airport, i would recommend. Les mer

Die Lage im Airport Düsseldorf ist excellent. Leider entsprach der Zustand des Zimmers, bzw. des Badezimmers nicht 4.5 Sternen! Der Abfluss war verstopft und der Duschkopf verkalkt und hatte einen braunen Belag. Ich kann nicht verstehen, dass das Personal, besonders in Hotels dieser Kategorie, nicht auf diese offensichtlichen Mängel reagiert und diese […] abstellt! Les mer

Ud af flyet, direkte over i en seng flot og enkelt hotel. Super venlig service. Ingen fly støj, ingen gener, god morgenmad. Bus direkte fra lufthavnen/udenfor hotelllet til messer - og tilbage igen. Så nemt og bekvemt.

ホテルは綺麗ですし、申し分ないです。 ここを拠点にするには周辺の食事するところや飲み物を買いに行くところががないので（空港内しかないので夜はしまってしまいます）少し不便ですが、翌日フライトが早いときはすぐ空港なのでとても便利です。

Para volar temprano desde el aeropuerto es la solución perfecta.
