If you don't plan on spending much time in the room, this Hotel is OK. The staff is friendly, but the carpet in my room was discolored and starting to wear down to the base. It was OK, but I would pick another hotel over thjis one again. It'll do in a pinch, but not more than that.

I wasn't happy the way it looked better on line than in person The staff was very rude. I will not stay there again.

Sleep number beds DID NOT WORK properly. Toilet would not stop running. Even with the maintenance problems, the hotel was convenient to Love Field.

We attended a conference at this hotel April 9-11th. It's not the newest or most up to date hotel we have stayed in recent years but it made a great hotel for our event. We found the meeting rooms to be comfortable and the food service both in the restaurant and for the banquet to be more than adequate. We would highly recommend this hotel to another […] organization and we hope that our club books it again. We appreciate the hard work and dedication of service by the staff. This was probably top of the line 20 years ago, not so much anymore. The people at the front desk are super nice, and the room was clean, but that is about all it has going for it. I was here for a conference so I did not look around the surrounding area. The hotel restaurant was expensive, the food so-so.

The hotel's location was convenient for our visit in Dallas; there were a couple of small brown ants in the bathroom; unfortunately, our room was located just above the hotel lobby, so throughout the night and early morning hours, we heard everyone who entered the hotel. A good place to say, just make sure to ask for a room away from the lobby.

I was in Dallas for a major event I was producing and performing at, and needed a comfortable, easy hotel experience because the weekend was so stressful for me. What I got was anything but that. We checked in late Friday. When I sat at the desk to work on the event, the chair was broken and sank to the ground, leaving me with no desk chair to work […] from. One of the beds was at the highest sleep number (like a rock) and the controller was broken so it couldn't be fixed. The other bed was also broken, and felt like a cheap air mattress. It sank down in the middle, and any time my bedmate rolled over I bounced around the bed. I did not sleep well since I was clinging to the edge of the bed all night to keep from rolling in or bouncing off. Saturday morning I woke up and discovered there was no hot water. Since I had to be at the venue early we quickly changed rooms - we had to move to a different floor, which we didn't like since we were previously on the same floor as the rest of our group, but in an effort to get showered and leave quickly we went ahead and accepted the new room. Within two hours of having switched rooms, I realized I had left my headpiece for the show in the original room in our haste to get to a hot shower. I immediately called the hotel to ask them to retrieve the costume piece and hold on to it so that I could run by and grab it before the show that night. When I went by to get it, I was told that nothing had been found in the room. Later I was told that it had been thrown away. I am not clear which is the truth - but I do know exactly where it was left and am highly suspicious of both responses. When I stated that neither response made sense, since I know exactly where I left it and I doubt that anyone would have thrown away a piece like that, I did not get the sense that anyone on staff cared about the loss of the costume piece, the impact it had on my show, or the fact that it happened because the original room was such a disaster. First time staying and was pleasantly surprised. Service was excellent; food was great and overall I was extremely pleased. Would definitely stay again.

Had an early flight out of Love Field on Tuesday Jan 3rd, so we spent the night of Jan 2nd at the Park Inn. What they didn't tell you is that their bar/resturant would be closed and the desk clerk didn't seem to care one little bit - in fact it seemed that he was "miffed" that he didn't get the day off. I was put on a room on the 10th floor, internet connections failed continiously, when called to ask the answer was we know and we need to get another service ours is very weak, water pressure was horrible, no complimentary coffee in the morning, rooms were just so so, interior decor was offensive. Very quick & accurate check-in. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was nice. Overall, a very good experience.

I stayed at this hotel because they were hosting an event and I didn't want to drive home after. I was locked out of the room on more than one occasion they had an engineer come fix the lock. I usually stay at Hilton hotels and was under impressed by the hotel, it was obviously older, but for the price and convenience it was fine.

Stayed here for NYE. Big mistake. Our room had ants. No hot water for the shower. The room was not very clean either. The beds were the only clean part of the room. My friend had a suite in this same hotel. Huge difference. If you must stay here, I recommend paying the extra $ for the suite. Otherwise , stay elsewhere. From the hotel staff at reception to the shuttlebus drivers to housekeeping the staff at this location is the absolute best. I left a sweater in the lobby and realized as I was about to board the train, i called the hotel and they were already running it back out to me at trying to catch me before my train departed- they did!! I woke up on the second morning of my trip with a beetle on me! I immediately called the front desk who sent a Manager on Duty (MOD) to my room to inquire about my concerns. I showed him many beetles that I had killed that morning as well as one that was still walking around. He then started trying to explain why they were in my room and blamed it on […] the doors that led to the balcony. Did he think I really cared WHY they were in my room? The point is that they were there to begin with!!! He offered to buy me breakfast in an effort to smooth things over, and said that the GM would be contacting me, but it's been over a week now, and I haven't heard a peep from anyone. Les mer

The experience of staying at the hotel was an extremely positive surprise! The staff were very friendly and always ready to assist, no matter how busy the reception area was. The room was very clean, spacious and completely refurbished. We had a little problem with the internet, but it was because the hotel was at its full capacity for one day and the […] issue was solved after 8 hours. The hotel location is 15 mins from FWD airport and 10 mins from Dallas Downtown, just next to the highway - Best location for business people with a lower budget. Highly recomendable ! Les mer

Okay, so I've stayed in over 25 countries and slept in countless hotel rooms, and this is by far the worst. Let me just cut it short and get to the points; - Many large bugs crawling in the room and dead on the floor. These were called 'waterbugs' by the staff but I know baby cockroaches when I see it, and this is what they were. I killed at least […] an average of 10 per night and this is no joke. - Cleanliness was lacking (see above). You would've thought that the hotel staff vacuumed the carpets before I checked in, but clearly they did not. Amongst the culprits I found on the floor were nail clippings - disgusting. I actually called the Staff at about 11pm to come up with a vacuum. - Internet connection was absolutely horrible. It was never consistent or fast and shutoff many times. I thought it was my room but found that my colleagues all had the same problem - as well as the so called "water bug" problem. The hotel lobby's internet connection was abysmally slow as well. In short, it was so disappointing to stay here. I've never written a formal complaint letter to a company, but the condition of the Park Inn was so horrible that I can't let this one go. All of my colleagues who stayed there as well couldn't believe the condition of the rooms - luckily for them, they only stayed one night, I had to stay 3. Les mer

Only problem we had was at check out. Clerk had problems and acting like he didn't care if we checked out or not. Still don't have a receipt .
