Comfort Hotel Airport North - Toronto

Comfortable;Convenient;Clean Environment;Service Adequate;Hotel Amenities--Computer Service needs to Allow guests to be able to PRINT;Breakfast needs to be more ADVERTISED and provided to Guests. Hotel Location--very convenient to all major Highways/shopping/restaurants/airport,etc.

Restaurant and service was great. Nice pool and hot tub. Hotel was kept clean and staff were very helpful. Very nice stay.

Nice place to go the kids love the mall close by and the hotel is very confy.

As usual, generally enjoyed my stay, conveniently close to Woodbine Racetrack, room was clean & quiet, only one elevator worked throughout the weekend, loud whining sound from pool filtration room, guest computer needs to be replaced, restaurant served great breakfast, but bar closed too early & nothing nearby

Mi worstr experience: The shower head not working. Had to scoop water by hand to take my shower. Banging noise on the window all nite. Could not locate the source.

The hotel conveniently located to a lot of shopping and restaurants but the front desk staff need to be more friendlier and have a smile on their face because they are in a industry to please the patrons. Also, the front desk staff don't inform you of what amenities they have. For example, I didn't know I had to obtain a special code for the wireless […] internet. As for the hotel condition, this needs to be improved in many levels. Definitely some of the rooms need to be remodelled to the proper standards but for the price it is a good hotel. Les mer

Clean rooms. Good location . Friiendly staff.

Shower wasn't working, it would have full pressure at scalding hot or freezing cold. Got it to get some water at normal temperature for my wife to take a shower. Called front desk, they sent service man to repair but by the time it would have been fixed I wouldn't have had the time to take a shower. We had a meeting that morning. When I explained the […] problem at the front desk they said they couldn't do anything about the price of the room because it was pre-paid. The person at the desk told me that she would have somebody call me to address the situation. That was a week ago. Still no phone call or message on my e-mail. Not impressed. our room was excellent and food was great

Even though it would feature a complimentary shuttle service at scheduled times, this is not true. They never updated information that you have to call them. I waited for 2 hours in the cold and there were no courtesy phones to call them at the airport. Then, they have arrangement with a limo service, but would not tell you about the possibility to […] catch a shuttle downtown from the airport. The limo they have an agreement with gouges you. Room is OK if you're looking for a clean bed and shower. No breakfast. Front desk service is poor. They make you wait and then the clerk appears upset at the fact that you came to her for service. I was pleased with the hotel. The room was comfortable and the location was good. Being located in Rexdale, I did not know what to expect. The Hotel was very comfortable.

1 - Took 1 1/2 hrs. for "hotel pickup" van to arrive; they use a contractor which was changing shifts and so did not come till called 2 x. 2 - Adjacent room's A/C unit caused common wall to vibrate so loud I woke up at midnight when the A/C went on. 3 - A dozen spots of black (shoe polish?) on rug betw. desk and bed. 4 - Water spigot in tub/shower falling […] off...loose, and so shower did not come on till abt. 5 rotations. 5 - Overpriced restaurant with missing staff. We needed a place to stay for a quick in and out 2 night stay in the Toronto area that was close to the airport for an early flight departure. We did not spend time at the hotel other than when we slept there, and it was perfectly OK for that purpose. Internet access was unreliable. Location is very good, across from Woodbine racetrack and casino, 10 minutes to airport, 20 minutes to Wonderland. Walk to Tim Horton's with lots of shopping nearby. Room was decent for the price. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Lots of ice in machines. Only complaint would be the pool was small and the hot tub was out of order.

Great place at a great price. Been many times.

I stayed in the Comfort Inn in Saratoga, which was good, also the one on Rexdale Ontario, Canada. The room on the 18th to the 20th was great. The room on the 21st wasn't as nice. (both were August) The only complaint I would like to say is that there was shampoo but no conditioner in either room. There was in Saratoga and every other hotel I have stayed […] at. But I would go back to the Comfort Inn. Les mer

No special amenities, but is perfect if you just want a nice place to stay.

I used to stay in this Area... moved out almost 3yrs... the Hotel & Staff.. very good & friendly... would not hesitate to book at this location...

This hotel stay was everything we expected and needed. Great staff response from shuttle pick-up and return, front desk check -in assistance and tech assistance with our internet connection. Room was fresh and clean and well-appointed. All positives for this stay and would be our choice again when travelling through or staying multiple nights.

Hotel was as good or better than reviewed by others. Pros: Clean, good service, great rate, good location. Staff was helpful and friendly. Cons: Shuttle from Airport was very slow to arrive, and pool was closed for repairs while we were there. Overall, we would stay again without concern, but we were only looking for one night between connecting flights […] with no frills which we wouldn't have time for. Les mer

For my daughters birthday I wanted to do something to celebrate and it's a lot harder in the winter to find outings to accomdate the family. When I heard about fantasy fair...it was the prefect plan! To add to the excitment was to stay overnight where there is a pool, the kids love to swim. To our very disappointment, the pool was all ripped up. It […] should have been mentioned on the website and on the reservation page so we do not have to break our kids hearts, with new bathing suits and all when they can't go swimming. Nice hotel all in all. staff were friendly, surrounding was nice and clean. very comfortable beds.

If you'll bein the local area of the hotel this fully meets all basic needs for an overnight stay - no issues.

We stayed at this hotel one night and we'd definitely stay there again. The hotel room was beautiful and the bed was very comfortable. The shower also had great water pressure. The hotel is about a 15 minute drive into downtown Toronto so it's a decent location. Parking is free and they even have a car rental place in the same building as the hotel […] if you need one. The hotel restaurant was pretty good but the menu was limited. The food tasted great and the price was average. Even though it was close to the airport, you could barely hear any noise from the planes unless you were really listening for them. Overall great place. Les mer

I was there 2 nights visiting Woodbine Racecourse, which is practically around the corner, so location was perfect. Room was large and comfortable, very clean, new fixtures & TV, everything worked. Restaurant right next door (don't have to go outside!) serves all day and night, very convenient and good food. On a main artery, easily connects to wherever […] you're going. Staff friendly. Great bargin but hotel is "old". Clean but needs updating.

Stayed for three nights on business. The free Wi-Fi was a plus and worked well. It was wireless. Very easy and quick to get on line. Room was very clean and good size. I forgot to bring a razor. Called the front desk and and they had one waiting for me by the time I got down to the lobby, at no charge, of course. I would stay again. MSC.

Great stay! Shopping and Race track across the street. Close enough to the Airport and Highways without the noise! Great updated Interior. Fluffy pillows. Bright and airy.

Stayed here for 4 nights in total, 2 at the beginning of our holiday, and 2 again at the end. Hotel is of a very good standard, exactly what you would expect from the Comfort Chain. On the positive side, very clean and well presented rooms. Fixtures all in working order. Swiss Pick was good for breakfast, with a reasonable selection and additional […] side orders if required. Only negative, pool was on the cool side, even though it was late June, and it was indoors! The hot spa was nice to climb into after a dip though. Didn't really detract from the overall stay at this excellent accommodation 10 minutes north of the Airport, aeroplanes pass regularly. We were on the 11th and 12th floor, and really didn't hear them, the sound proofing was excellent. Highly recommend this hotel. Les mer

The room was very clean, especially the bathroom, and well supplied, & housekeeping staff were great. In fact, the staff in general were very helpful. There's a shopping mall within walking distance, which was great; everything else isn't and taxi's weren't cheap - I'd probably get a rental car next time. Hôtel sympa, un peu loin du centre ville, mais en voiture ça va (15 minutes à peu près) . Très propre, tout confort rien à dire.
