"Finnes bedre alternativer"
Da vi ankom hotellet ble vi booket inn i et røykerom selv om vi hadde svart på hvitt at vi hadde bestilt ikke-røyk. Resepsjonisten var alt annet enn overbærende og hadde en likegyldig holdning til problemet vårt. Rommet var forsåvidt rent og luktet ikke alt for mye, men mer røyk enn vi hadde håpet på. Det skal sies at parkeringen var god og det var […] flere kjede-restauranter i nærheten som passet vårt formål ved vårt en-natts opphold. Vaskeritjenesten var dyr, men rask. Vil ikke anbefale dette hotellet videre rett og slett fordi det finnes mange både renere og mer serviceinnstilte hoteller til samme pris i nærheten. The hotel is in a good area, things are easy to find. Now, for the BUT- it is very hot on the second floor in the hallway going to your room. We had a king size bed and it only had 2 pillows, come on now! Well we went to front desk and they could'nt get us any because housekeeping was gone. Bed was hard and room was not nice. Would not stay there again!
Upon entering the lobby for check-in, I was met by a very strong odor of cleaning products. It was almost overwhelming to the point of nauseating. When entering into the hallway on the way to my room, it smelled of cigarette smoke. "not for senior citizens"
I am 63 years old, had 4 suitcases. they put me on second floor, there is NO elevator at all. you have to go up stairs. My wife went to the front desk to ask about down stairs room, and why they do not advertise no elevator for senior citezens..the man was out side smoking, he said he could change us but would have to look at the room make sure we had […] not sat on the bed etc...ALSO am contiental breakfast, juices were watered down. Again when we went to check out, had to wait on staff they were out side smoking. And no they did not change out rooms for us. Will not stay there again. "Bring your own cleaning solution"
The hotel is very dirty and the beds are so bad I slept on the floor with the roaches. The bathroom was so dirty it smelled of urine. The bottom of the tub was black and greasy and covered with soap scum. I went to the cleaning station to get cleaning supplies to clean it myself. I was surprised to find the cleaning staff was cleaning with only a toilet […] bowl cleaner, bleach and fabuloso. The hotel didn’t have anything to remove soap scum in the tub. I stood on a towel when showering so my feet didn’t touch the tub. A simple bottle of proper cleaner would have saved this business many negative responses. I would have thought Travelodge would supply the workers with what they need to properly clean the hotel. The maids were very rude telling me to pay for cleaning products to clean the room they are being paid to clean. You would have thought the cleaning crew had to buy their own cleaning supplies to work at Travelodge. Les mer

They was about to start renovations, but all in all this was a great deal..... with the exception of no elevator... and the halls was HOT.....

"Decent Hotel for reasonable price"
The hotel was decent. Clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly and nice. The rooms and the furniture seemed to be old but was clean and tidy. The worst part of my stay was the breakfast. It was the worse breakfast I have ever had in a hotel. So just a piece pf advice do not rely on the breakfast. The location is a not that great too. Its 12-15+ […] miles from most of the attractions, so if you plan to visit Pensacola Beach or the lighthouse or any other tourist place, we prepare to drive around in the city. Over nice experience. "Way over priced"
Arrived at 4 PM and 1st room which had been trashed was not ready. 2nd room not ready and they finally put me into a 3rd room (this is now an hour later). I could have stayed across the street for half the price and had a better room. The lobby smells of cheap perfume, rooms need new carpet and fixtures in the bathroom and breakfast was hot watered […] down coffee - need I say more? Les mer
"Great for the price!"
I booked this hotel because we couldnt afford a lengthy vacation. It was worth money. The only complaints I have is the second day we were there, the room didnt get cleaned. One bed was made and the dirty towels were gone, but the trash was still full and the other bed wasnt made. I do think that they need to do some upgrades.

This was the WORST hotel we have ever stayed in. The rooms were filthy and needed lots of repairs. The sheets did not look like they had been changed. We had bites on our ankle area and am wondering if it came from the bed. The hotel needs lots of exterior maintenence....nasty
"Good hotel but...."
Good hotel but could use some work. Our bed was very old, it had no firmness to it at all. The washing machine worked but the dryer was in pieces. The cleaning staff severely lacked in their duties. The bed was never made and no clean towels after the first set. They did leave daily coffee cups in the room so we knew they had been inside. "Travelodge - Pensacola"
I have stayed here numerous times while working in Pensacola. Have also stayed in other comparably priced motels in the immediate area and for the money, Travelodge is by far the nicest as to comfort and cleanliness. The staff (Hank) has always been very courteous, helpful and professional.

"Travelodge Inn & Suits Pensacola FL-- WiFi Trouble"
Hotel has WiFi but it never works right. We had two IPads, two IPhones and a laptop PC. Phones worked some of the time but none of the other devices could get and hold a connection. We mover to another hotel as they could or would not fix the issue.

"Great bargain"
This is a cheap hotel, so don't expect a 5 star experience, yet for the price this was a great stay. Rooms need a little maintenance and housekeeping could do a better job, but front desk was very nice and helpful. If you're just looking for somewhere cheap for a night or two I'd definitely recommend it. We'll probably be back.

Negatives: I did find a bug in my room and there is no elevator. Positives: Large comfortable room and free Internet.
Hallway smelled of smoke but room didn't smell and was clean. Would stay here again if I was on a tight budget again.

We always thought the Travel Lodge chain was a step above a Red Roof or Motel 6...boy were we fooled. Never again would we consider staying at a hotel/motel like this. The front desk clerks were very polite, but the rooms were dirty, the linens thread bare, blankets and spreads were dirty. "What you pay for is what you get"
I brought my boyfriend to my hometown to meet my friends & family along with attending my best friends baby shower. The hotel hallway smelled like "old folks" & looked like it was as old as it smelled. We only slept there & was out during the day, so it was just fine for that. If you're just looking for a cheap place to stay, it's not bad: when we stayed there, the posted rate was irresistibly low.
