NH Frankfurt Airport - Kelsterbach

Når jeg ankom Frankfurt kom det buss fra NH hotel nesten umiddelbart. Etter hva jeg leste meg fram til så skulle jeg kjøre med buss nr 3 etter den adressen jeg fikk fra Hotels.com. Sjåføren på buss nr 1 ba meg imidlertid bli med han. Når jeg ankom hotellet så sjekket jeg inn som normalt og alt var greit. På kvelden reiste jeg ned til sentrum og skulle […] hjem senere på kvelden med taxi. Jeg oppga adressen jeg hadde fått fra Hotels.com og endte opp på feil NH hotel. Før jeg fikk oppklart det hadde jeg fått en taxiregning på 85 €. Hotellet jeg hadde var helt ok, men at de flytter meg til et annet NH hotell uten at jeg får beskjed om det kostet meg denne gang en taxiregning på 85€ istedet for 30 som jeg fikk oppgitt at var "normalpris" på kveld. The hotel was okay in itself, both the room and the breakfast were to our satisfaction - but the system with the shuttle buses from the airport was quite confusing for someone not knowing there are more than one NH hotel in Frankfurt. We ended up taking a trip to a different NH hotel farther from the airport, and then missing the next bus to our hotel, […] resulting in a cold and tiring wait at the airport. And a little warning: When you book your shuttle to the airport, make sure your schedule isn't too tight, as the bus wasn't even nearly on time... The only reason I can think of to stay here is to be close to the airport. But for that purpose, it was perfect, thanks to the reasonable cost and the comfort and service of the facility. We had a 10 a.m flight to catch, so got to the NH Frankfort Airport the afternoon before. We caught a free shuttle from a pickup spot near where we dropped off our […] rental car--a wait of maybe 10 or 15 minutes. Check-in was a breeze, the room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities practical. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant, which was nothing fancy, but adequate and reasonably priced. The breakfast was excellent--many choices catering to a variety of travelers' tastes. Our 8 a.m. shuttle filled up, so the hotel paid for taxis to transport those of us who behind by the shuttle. If I ever have to fly out of Frankfurt again, I would definitely book here again. Les mer

perfect for an overnight stay. Best was that restaurant is open till 11:30 so even after late arrival you can get a very nice meal without feeling rushed!

Convieniently located close to Frankfurt Airport. Had frequent shuttle service (every 20 minutes) to and from the airport. Clean and modern facility. Helpful staff.

Breakfast was awful- the so-called hot breakfast buffet was all cold. I complained to the reception manager and she just gave me a glare and asked what would I like her to do about it? I repeated the complaint and said maybeshe should tell the chef. She just gave me another irritated look and shrugged her shoulders. Never going back.

Hotel is solely for early morning transfer to airport. Free internet is terrible, must pay to upgrade, towels like dishrags. Every effort made to use as cheap as possible anything. Nothing near hotel if have desire to eat elsewhere. Good airport shuttle. A $40/night hotel in United States.

it was great. The transport from the airport was right on time just outside baggage claim. the decor was great. The bed comfort was awesome and the internet was strong.

Decent hotel close to Frankfurt Airport. Leave a little early as the shuttle can get backed up in the morning going back to the airport.

The room was clean and the bed was confortable. The hotel has a free shuttle to the airport which is really quite nice. The serving staff were pleasant. The gym has all the basics but no water fountain so you must bring your own water bottle. Eating at the hotel is a little pricey but that's not unusual.

Rooms are very comfortable, great relaxing sauna area. Wasnt so impressed with the service at dinner but I wouldnt knock the hotel for that, the food was pretty good, id use this place again no problem.

The hotel was excellent in comparison with its overnight rate and location to the airport. The free shuttle from the airport was easy to catch and we did not have to wait long even after arriving at a late hour at the airport. The staff was helpful and attentive. The dinner was very good and the breakfast buffet were typical. The room was very small for the price and the 25Euro charge for 2 hour early arrival was a surprise..

it was definitely good. The only thing missing was really the exercise room and a better sauna facilities, some ambiance music. But all and all was really good.

Clean, modern, efficient, convenient, and close. The airport shuttle made a quick layover overnight very easy. Hotel has wifi and TV and a bar and restaurant for what it lacks in charm makes up for in accessibility and convenience, and the staff speaks English. The gym room is small and not well equipped but the sauna is nice, large and clean.

Overall nice stay. I had a overnight transient flight, so I needed to find a transient hotel to stay. The hotel is not really inside the airport but with the shuttle bus (every 20 mins) I could arrive easily (10 mins distance). Hotel has a simple restaurant which served some choice of food (ok in quality) with attentive service.
