Vi er meget fornøyde, men synes at hotellrommet var for lite. Vanskelig å få varme på rommet når det var vind og litt kaldt ute. Vi kunne også tenkt oss en liten minibar på rommet. Ellers er alt til å anbefale. Har vært på dette hotellet før, og kommer garantert til å reise tilbake dit. I hvertfall hvis det går an å få til noen av mine ønsker.

På nordbredden av Themsen ligger boligområdet Hammersmith, som har beholdt sin travle sentrumsstemning med butikker og kontorer. Området rundt den fantastiske hengebroen fra 1800-tallet er ofte fullt av besøkende til Hammersmiths mange puber langs elven, spesielt i April, når den årlige roregattaen mellom Oxford og Cambridge farer forbi. Fulhams hovedgjennomfartsåre, Fulham Road, er full av elegante barer og restauranter og moderne butikker. Området er best kjent for Stamford Bridge, hjemmearena for fotballklubben Chelsea FC.

Greit rom med ok standard og renhold. Under 5 min gange til Tuben. Grei standard på frokostbuffet. Det som trekker ned er dyr og dårlig internettmulighet. Det skal være Wifi, men det var dårlig/ingen dekning på rommet. Det var kablet (såkalt) bredbånd på rommet, men det var dyrt og ustabilt.

Hotellet tilbyr trådløst internett via eksternt selskap, Orange. Tjenesten er dyr, ca. 10 pund/døgn, og har ikke dekning i alle rom. Alternativet er internett via kabel på rommet. Prisen er enda høyere og kun en person har nettilgang om gangen. Veldig dårlig i 2012 når flere vil sjekke e-post osv. mens man er utenlands. "Flott opphold"
Hotellet lå helt perfekt i forhold til vår konsert på Apollo. Vi valgte Excecutive room, og dette var både romslig og innbydende. Frokostbuffe var også god og variert, med både varm og kald mat. Hotellet ligger litt langt unna sentral London, men det er vel det eneste som er å utsette. Meget god fornøyd med opphold, hotell og betjening.

Helt greit familierom. Flott spisesal og resturant. Alt i alt et bra hotell med kort avstand til "underground" stasjon. Kan anbefales.

Da vårt opprinnelige overnattingsalternativ ikke ble bekreftet måtte vi ut og lete etter noe annet - noe som ikke var enkelt da det var både Wimbledon og Hyde Park Calling musikkfestival i London samt ferietid så ganske så fullbooket. Snublet over Novotel London West på hotels.com og ble meget positivt overrasket. Ligger midt blant kontorbygninger, […] men bra skiltet, kort vei til tuben (hvor det går hele 4 linjer med Piccadilly Line som den mest praktiske), hyggelig nærmiljø med puber, Starbucks, Pret, et lite torv samt Kings Mall. God standard og størrelse på rommene - særlig til å være London! Flott lobbyområde med 2 restauranter og en hyggelig lobbybar. Flere mac pcer med fri nettilgang (20 min av gangen). Alt var fint men hadde problem på toalette med flash systemet som virket ikke på riktig måte. Jeg sa til hotell persjonalet men ordenet ikke. Resten var helt griet.

Oppholdet var for to voksne og et barn i tre netter. Hotellet lå greit til i forhold til fly fra Gatwick: en halvtime med tog, 15 minutter med grønn undergrund og 5 minutters spasertur fra Hammersmith stasjon. Til Storbritania å være hadde hotellet høy standard. Rent rom der alt fungerte som det skulle. Vi hadde rom for tre personer og det ble veldig […] lite med sovesofaen foldet ut, men man er jo ikke på hotellet for annet enn soving.. Vi valgte å ikke ta frokosten på hotellet for 17 pund per voksen, men heller rusle ned på Pret a Manger i senteret ved Hammersmith stasjon. Ting skled greit ved innsjekking. Da vi skulle bruke internett i lobbyen var det ikke tilgjengelig. Ved utsjekking fikk jeg beskjed om at vi skulle betale for en natt selv om hele oppholdet var forhåndsbetalt.. Etter en kort samtale med konferering på bakrommet var imidler tid alt greit... Alt i alt bra. Kan komme dit igjen uten problemer. Les mer

We spent only one night at the hotel and we were very pleased. The room was small for four persons (2 children and 2 adults), but for one night sleep it was OK. We had a light meal in the bar in the evening, which I "do not approve", and breakfast the following morning, which was very good. The service was very good - all over ! The hotel offered everything we needed included the opportunity to leave our luggage in a safe place on the day of our departure. We were able to enjoy our last day and pick up our luggage prior to coach departure at 8PM. The only suggestion I have is that you do not use first names without being invited to, I would have been happier to be addressed […] by my full title eg Mrs ...... rather than by christian name on the email inviting me to fill in this feedback and also by the young lady that booked us into the hotel for our stay. Hotel is great, stayed there before. I don't like car park charges for residents or charging for wifi but this is hotels in general it's a disgrace.
"Novotel Hammersmith - great quality & location"
We spent 3 nights at the Novotel Hammersmith and will definitely be going back again. It was our second stay there, but the first with the kids. The family room was superb, the hotel is of a high quality and cleanliness, the staff are really helpful, and the location is good - serviced by 4 major underground lines at Hammersmith station which is just […] a 5 minute walk away. Our only minor criticism was that at breakfast, when the room is very busy, they use an overflow room and whilst the food is of the same quality, the furnishings aren't, they're still clean, but it just takes away from the higher quality spec of the rest of the hotel. Would definitely recommend to anyone considering a stay in London though and we'll be going back again soon :-) Les mer

I walked in to reception and was immediately in awre of the Hotel. My firiend & I were booked in to an executive room and found it very good but a tad small. I was disappointed the next day when two friends arrived and the double room that they had booked was the same size. Therefore I would go there again but not book an executive room. Also, don't […] park in the Hotel Car Park as it costs a fortune. I stayed 2 days (approx 49hrs in fact) and it cost £75. The car park had about 10 cars in it and could easily take 100 plus cars. Novatel are turning away money by being so expensive on this front. Phil Les mer

Stayed at the Novotel London West in December 2011, really nice hotel, good sized rooms, all the facilities you would normally expect from a Novotel. Would definitely recommend

Hotel was fine but the shower was a disaster! We used it twice each during our stay. The flexible hose was fractured and leaked badly.The shower door was ill-fitting. The result of these 2 was that the bathroom flooded each time it was used. We ended up with a pile of soaking wet towels! The cleaners must have been aware of the problem!

Overall is good as it's a 4-start hotel. But I do expect more from the service. When i asked for 2 extra pillows in the first night, the one pick up the phone told me there's 1 in the closet and asked if i really want two pillows. "Nice quality hotel for the Hammersmith area"
It seems the hotel recently redid the lobby, bar, and restaurant. The hotel is about a 5 minute walk from the Hammersmith stop on the Piccadilly line. This makes it fairly easy to get to from Heathrow (about 45 minutes). Plenty of restaurants towards near the tube enterance. I ale\ways prefer Novotels whenever possible- and this hotel in London did not disappoint. Good breakfast, clean room, nice hotel bar. Friendly staff. One wish: Wireless internet in the lobby and the room. Cable connection does not work with my tablet.

Great hotel with own parking (for a charge). I was going to the Hammersmith Apollo and this hotel is a 10 minute walk away. The food was excellent and reasonably priced. Staff very friendly and efficient.

At first sight, Hammersmith seems to be the wrong place to be for central London. But it isn't. The Tube and Bus station are 2 minutes away, and in 4-6 stops, you are in the centre of London. For the price, the Novotel is also very good value. Excellent and friendly staff, with one exception in the dining room. Reception staff are excellent. The hotel […] is huge, and it does feel like a 5 mile walk to get to the elevators. The price of an English breakfast is high, but probably no more expensive than any other hotel. We arrived late at night ,but, the reception service was very efficient , we were very pleased with the Location and just within a reasonable walking distant from the tube station, and it being on the Heathrow airport line. The breakfast we thought was a little expensive, but, then there wasn't much in the vicinity to chose from.

Overall we were very pleased with the hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone. The location adjacent to trains buses and shops is excellent for anyone including elderly. The only negative aspect was we travelled by train from Heathrow to Hammersmith station. On arrival at the station there was no clear signage for travellers getting to the hotel. Overall we had a pleasant stay at the hotel, clean but could supply rooms with extra pillows. Not too far from the tube station. Free gym which they don't mention on their website. Nice foyer and bar, restaurants too but a tad expensive. Gift shop in hotel very expensive for drinks and sweets. But it's in London and there is plenty out there.

Hotel was fine, have stayed here many times, recent renovations are nice, but room is always WARM and never really cool, AC is on full blast but by US standards is poor.....room never is really cool.

This hotel is located in what looks like an office complex. It is convenient to the Tube (Piccadilly line to Heathrow, so handy) and many bus routes. The hotel is enormous and our room was located a long walk from reception. The room was rather small but clean. The bed was quite hard and the pillows small. Breakfast was included in our rate but we didn't […] have it most days as it was quite ordinary. There was no free WiFi in the hotel; it was really expensive at £15 per 24 hours. There were four free terminals in the lobby but there was always a queue for them as they were never all working. I would not return to this hotel; it had no character and was purely functional. I did have a few problems with my room, however, these were sorted out so quickly and in such good grace that I didn't let if effect the overall mark I gave. To receive such prompt and polite service (within 10 mins) is so unusual and I would definitely stay there again.

I stayed here as i had a course nearby and it was close to tube stations shops etc as well. The public areas were impressive looking and the staff couldn't do enough for me. I had a meal at the bar in the evening which although I was a little disappointed in my burger, the burger bun was hardly the "country loaf" described in the menu, but never mind! My […] only disappointment was being placed in one of the rooms that has not been refurbished and was tatty and extremely shabby. I was tired so couldn't be bothered to ask to be moved but I did mention to reception on checking out the next day my disappointment in the standard of the room and she said they are still in the middle of a massive refurbishment and would happily of moved me to one of the newly decorated rooms. "Large Modern Hotel - Efficiently Run"
Myself and a colleague stayed i this hotel for 3 nights and 4 days attending a conference which was also held in the hotel. I had read a few rreviews on the internet saying that the hotel needed refurbishment. This must have been already carried out as there was no part of the hotel where the condition could be faulted. It was all clean, modern and […] in a very good state of repair. ll the staff were helpful and efficient. The breakfast was very good with plenty of choice although it was usual high hotel prices. We ate in the restaurant one night and the food ws very good also. My colleague used to be a chef and he agreed so it must have been good. Although I didn't need it, there was an unternet/TV/Movies package in room for a reasonable price, again by hotel standards. Hammersmith Tube station is about 5 minutes walk away and the bus station is just over the road. The conference facilities were some of the best I have seen. Very professional and everything worked. Okay room for the price. Good location for the Hammersmith tube stop. Front desk staff somewhat rude and not helpful at all. No good restaurants in area dinner. Eat elsewhere about town before returning to the hotel.

The hotel was five minutes walk from Hammersmith tube and well sign-posted but the entrance was off the street and a little hard to find. Very convenient location, though, especially if travelling from Heathrow. The room was lovely, and the area (overlooking a square with offices surrounding it) was very quiet at the weekend. I didn't get up for breakfast the first morning as I was feeling ill and my husband took me up a little bread and cheese, which I couldn't finish. I mention this only because the one slight issue I would have is that the plate with leftovers was not taken away by the cleaners when they cleaned the room later that day, which I assumed would be the case. (Perhaps it's this hotel's policy to dispose of these yourself if you haven't paid for room service, which seems a little strange?) "Outstanding Hotel"
Great Hotel in an excellent location only a block from Hammersmith tube stop so it is easy to get to Heathrow or into City Center. Only negative was that the hotel bar had no british ales on tap or bottled, so for one that enjoys a nice pint , you will have to go to a pub. Room was large , more comfortable than most London rooms I have stayed in.
