Helt greit hotell, stort og godt rom. Vi var to voksne og en på 14 år. Gå-avstand til det meste, enten severdigheter eller subway. Stille og rolig om natta. Deilig med mikro-popcorn :)

Great location, friendly and helpful staff. Spacious, comfortable and attractive rooms. Only complaint was the mattress in the pull out couch - needed to be replaced. Otherwise a really nice place.

This is a timeshare property but of the highest standard. The location is very central being just three blocks from Columbus Circle, the subway and Central Park. It is just near Carnegie Hall. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The staff were very helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. We had a very pleasant stay. Room not ready when we arrived (check-in is 4PM), so we were invited to wait on the 26th floor where they have a large Members' Lounge that serves cookies, coffee, tea, newspapers, etc. gratis while you wait for your room. This room is used for Continental Breakfast in the mornings for a charge. We didn't try that. Rooms […] on the second floor, where we stayed, were recently renovated in very good contemporary taste. I don't know about any other rooms in the hotel; didn't see them. Our room did not have a lamp on one side of the bed, nor a nightstand, which was my only real complaint. They said that some of the rooms just don't have this which is odd. The "suite" that we had is really a nice sized hotel room. Has a microwave, bar sink and refrigerator in one area, but I still wouldn't call it a suite. Plastic plates, cups and flatware. Also a hideabed, a coffee table and a desk, with a very good HD TV, but no dining table. Other lighting was adequate, bed comfortable, A/C worked fine and excellent linens and towels. We were asked once to attend a timeshare presentation as this is a timeshare/hotel. We declined and were not bothered in any way after that. I had some difficulty the first night obtaining the free internet connection, but there is a good sized room with about 6 computers available for guest use also on the 26th floor. Hotel is in a great mid-town location near Central Park. Seems a little expensive, but hard to find a better deal. Room was fine, not fancy but bed comfortable. Definetly not as nice as it seemed in the promotional photos. It was ok for 2 adults and 2 small kids for a few days. Usual problem with catching an elevator. Friendly enough staff. My husband and I have traveled the world and we have never stayed at a more well organized, CLEAN hotel such as this. The people who work there are so helpful, friendly and organized. We will be back for sure to stay at The Manhattan Club. We could walk to everything, literally everything, saved so much money on cabs/subway. There is not one thing I […] could suggest or say that they could do differently. You are in for a big big treat if you stay at this hotel. Reception weren't aware of the special requests we'd phoned through to hotels.com re no feather pillows, however resolved very quickly. Receptionist was very friendly and welcoming. Room was reasonably spacious, very comfortable, with tiny kitchenette that was useful. Only downside really was that Manhattan suite rooms are on 2nd floor of the building, […] so you get no natural daylight and no views. Having said that, value for money is high due to excellent location. Not recommended for wow factor, but definitely recommended for convenient location. Les mer

Great hotel -- the location is great, the room was excellent, and the personnel were very helpful.

There was no shade on the bathroom window and the toilet was right next to the window. After checking in I ask them to take care of it and went off to a meeting. When I returned it was not taken care of and I was told they didn't have any shades. Unbelievable!!! When I asked how I was suppose to use the bathroom they suggested I hang a sheet over the […] window. The guest services booklet says it all: "this is not a hotel and as such you should not expect the same services as a hotel." WOW!!! I thought I was renting a hotel room. Located close to everything, this hotel was perfect for us to catch a Broadway show, go to Rockefeller Center and hot the Carnegie Deli. The hotel staff were so friendly, the hotel was clean, and our room was beautiful with great amenities.

My experience with this hotel was the worst I've had in awhile, certainly at this price. The hotel staff was rude. The room was much smaller than described and unbearably hot and stuffy, in addition to being dark. There was no way to get any fresh air or to lower the room temperature so that we could sleep comfortably. Hotel was over crowed but highly under staffed. Took 4 hours to get extra set of pillows for the pull out bed when they knew 4 people were staying in the room. After several calls they brought them at 10pm at night when the kids were already asleep. Had to wait forever for bellhop to store bags. Waited over an hour to get my car from parking garage […] that they valet park the car. Went to management and they told me to walk over to he garage and get it myself. Just not what i expected. My family and I go to NYC very often and try to stay a boutique hotels, Never will I recommend this one .... Stay Away Les mer

We had two rooms. One for a family of four and one for our family of three. The queen bed was very comfortable with extremely relaxing pillows; the pull-out couch for my teen-aged son was fine. We brought our own breakfast and ate at the kitchen table which was near a dishwasher, microwave, small refrigerator, coffeemaker, dishes, bowls, glasses, cups […] and utensils. They also included microwave popcorn, coffees, and teas. There were two thick and comfortable bathrobes in the closet. The gym on the 26th floor was a nice bonus too. The room was a good size for NYC. We even brought a bicycle into our room that did not get in our way. We were very close to Central Park and Broadway, so we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only complaint was the a/c was too cold by the sofa-bed, but nothing a few extra blankets could not help. We did receive a call about looking into buying a timeshare there and receive bdwy tx or cash for a restaurant for our time listening to their offer. But we had to leave by 11am and had no time for that anyway. Les mer

Accomodating staff, great location and spacious accomodations. Convenient continental breakfast buffet. Very comfortable and well-appointed guest suites too. Valet parking was efficient.

The pull out couch was very uncomfortable.

I was very disappointed in the Manhattan Club from the minute I walked in needing a rest room immediately....The single one in the lobby was occupied and I said to the staff member that it was an emergency. She just walked away. We had to wait a LONG time for a bellman to help with the luggage. Our room was not ready, which was OK since we were early. […] When we came back to the hotel, they did upgrade our room. However, we waited a very long time for the luggage to be brought up. While waiting we noticed a small bug, reported by the bellman to be a bed bug, crawl across our bed. The bellman took it downstairs to check it out. I insisted on changing our room and we were put into a smaller room. When the sofa was opened, I had to climb over it to get out of my bed. I spoke to the reception desk a few times and they offered me breakfast vouchers. We had other plans and could not use them. They did not offer any other compensation, not even a drink that we had in the lounge. In short, it was a very disappointing stay. The one great feature is the location in Manhattan. Les mer

From what I had heard and read, I expected a very upscale and "fancy" property. In fact it is rather ordinary for a nice hotel. There were small maintenance issues in the room. The scaffolding/sidewalk cover out front looked permanent and ruined the appearance from the outside. Service met expectations. The location, however, was excellent.

We stayed at this hotel with our 2 small children and thought it was perfect for a family of four with the king sized bed in one room and sofa bed in the other. The kitchenette area is stocked with plates, wine glasses and utensils along with a mini dishwasher and a good sized fridge. Note: there is no room service but there is a restaurant and large […] lounge area in the hotel. The location was perfect for us since it was 3 blocks to Central park and walking distance to Time square. The decor of the rooms are nice ( flat screen TV in each room) and there are 2 full baths ( in the King bed suite), a small draw back are the very busy elevators, be sure to try and get the higher floors since the elevators get full and zoom by the lower floors! Our first trip to NYC. We had a one bedroom suite. The room was great. Only bad thing is the fold out bed was not comfortable. Good location, and comfortable king bed in the bedroom. I would stay there again!

The metropolitan suite was very clean and comfortable. It has obviously been redone fairly recently and exceeded my expectations for the price we paid. The hotel is in an ideal location.. literally across the street from Carnegie Hall. Here's the catch... we got a phone call from the hotel management inviting us to explore their time share options. […] For our time they would give us a $100 gift card and $50 meal voucher to a local restaurant. We figured why not. They say it takes 90 minutes and they mean it. They really put the hard sell on you. They want a decision by the end of the presentation. We did not buy but the experience of saying "No" over and over was a bit tiresome and I'm not sure it was worth the gift. Les mer

perfect location if you are taking in a show at Carnegie Hall or feel like spending some time enjoying Central Park.

At a recent stay at the Manhattan Club I was surprised and pleased with the room. The rate was good and the room, extremely pleasant. the specific room I was in was on the hotel portion of the property, which is the lowest floor of rooms. The rest of the place is a time share, and one of the few that I would actually consider after my stay. The room […] was comfortable and of slightly larger than average for New York. Pleasant staff, rooms were cleaned in a very timely fashion. The worst thing that I could say was the room was on a low floor so offered no spectacular views. Otherwise, the linens and bed were very nice, a fabu bathroom that I wish I had fixture that good. I would recommend and hope to stay on my next trip. Les mer

Habe mit Familie (3 Pers.) vom 13.-20.Okt. im Manhattan Club Suites eine wunderbare Zeit in New York verbracht. Würde das Hotel sofort wieder buchen ! Gute Lage (diverse Subway Stationen, 5th & 6th Ave. praktisch gleich um die Ecke, relativ ruhige Lage...). Guter Zimmerservice, freundliche Angestellte. 夫婦二人で利用、円高効果もあり1泊2万円ちょっと(最も低価格の部屋)で泊まれ、大満足でした。ホテルはタイムシェアのコンドミニアムなので固定客(所有者)も多く、サービスレベルが高いのは当然です。webや観光本の地図に一切掲載されてませんが、このホテルはパークセントラルと同じ建物で、入口は56丁目沿いにあります。入口には常時屈強なガードマンもおり、夜中でも安心です。格安ランクの部屋でしたが、参考までに部屋の様子を記載します。 スイートではないのでワンルーム、通常のツイン程度の広さです。バスルームはバスタブなしのシャワーのみ。電子レンジ、冷蔵庫、コーヒーメーカーあり。コーヒーはシアトルズベストのものを無料で常備いただいています。美味しかったです。プラスチック製の使い捨てコップやお皿も常備。アメニテ […] ィはバス&ボディワークスのものです。バスローブもあり。ガスコンロはなし。もともと電子レンジのあるホテルを探し、このホテルを予約しました。ホールフーズやゼイバーズで購入した惣菜類、パンやベーグルをホテルで食べる際は電子レンジは必須です。また、スマホ所有者の私にとってwi-fi無料は大変助かりました。 最安でしたので2階の56丁目沿いの部屋でした。もっと上にとお願いしましたが、空いていないと断られました。ホテルががアトリウム形式になっており、内側向きの部屋も見せてもらいましたが、昼なのに暗い感じでした。56丁目沿いの2階なのでそれなりに騒音はありますが、ニューヨークのど真ん中なので、やむを得ないことです。エレベーター混雑時には階段で往き来できますのでこれもありかと思います。高層階ご希望の方はランクの高い部屋を予約されてください。 ロケーションは良いです。どのように行動するかで評価の別れるところかもしれませんが。徒歩1分で1路線、2～3分で2路線、5分程度で(コロンバスサークル)3路線ありますので十分かと思います。 帰りは出口を出ようと思った瞬間にベルボーイがタクシー？と聞いてくれ、路上にダッシュでタクシーを拾ってくれました。 ホテル、部屋、価格には大変満足でまた泊まりたいと思います。ニューヨークは行動によってロケーションを選ぶべきなので、この辺りがベストという方には大変お勧めです。 Les mer

いつも泊まるホテルが改築で、今回はじめてこちらを利用,7泊しました。 娘の希望で、別室でかつベッドも別々 簡単なキッチンがあって、トランクを広げても余裕のリビングルーム バスルームも2箇所あり、母娘でもバッティングせずにゆっくり使えました。 ここの最大の利点は、交通が便利なところと、ホールフーズなども近く、買い物を気楽に置きに戻れ、ミュージカルシアターも徒歩圏内でしかも何時でも安全なことです。 コストパフォーマンスばっちりです、またお世話になります。

Hotel muito bom e muito bem localizado. Próximo do Central Park e do metrô. Dá para conhecer muita coisa à pé. Recomendo para aqueles que gostam de conforto e não se importam de pagar um pouco mais por isso.

Hotellet var bestilt i forvejen, med en god rabat da vi var tidligt ude. Hotellet har et business room hvor der er adgnag til internet og printer. Meget anvendeligt når man skal check-in via internet. Vi var 3 personer, så den ekstra seng bestod af en sovesofa, som desværre var totalt ubrugelig. Det var det eneste negative ting vi oplevede på hotellet. […] Der var et lille køkken, med mikrobølgeovn, køleskab, kaffe maskine. Les mer

En fait, il n'y a rien à redire sur l'hôtel lui-même qui est très bien entretenu avec des chambres propres. Mais c'est malgré tout trop cher pour ce que c'est ! Finalement il n'y a rien de particulier à cet hôtel. De plus, le petit-déjeûner n'était même pas compris. La télé n'a jamais fonctionné malgré nos réclamations. Pour le prix payé, je pensais […] vraiment avoir quelque chose de plus particulier ! On peut trouver l'équivalent pour beaucoup moins cher ! Les mer
