Hotellet ligger svært sentralt både for shopping og for å få sett Chicago. Personalet der var superhyggelige, og rommene var helt nyoppusset. Vi hadde rom med parkering, og dette fungerte svært bra. Vi slet med å finne hotellet ut fra GPS, og når vi sjekket inn fikk vi høre at dette var et problem for mange av hotellets gjester (TIPS: Når GPS sier at du har kommet til oppgitt adresse, men du ikke ser hotellet, kjør da rett frem gjennom første lyskryss, så vil du se hotellet et lite stykke etter lyskrysset). Vi anbefaler gjerne dette hotellet for andre!

Flott hotell i Chicago, rett ved Magnificent Mile. Servicen var bra, og hotellet har fin beliggenhet. Kort vei å gå fra Clark/Lake station (blue line), som man kan ta fra O'hare flyplass. Midt i sentrum, kort vei til de fleste beliggenheter, mange busstopper og metrostasjoner rundt for den som ikke kan gå. Anbefales på det varmeste, men er ikke akkurat spesielt billig for den som er på et stramt budsjett.

Prisgunstig hotell i forhold til størrelse på rommene og beliggenhet. Alt som er viktig i byen ligger innenfor 15 minutters gange. Grei frokost inkludert i prisen, men den burde vart til 10.00 og ikke 09.30 på hverdager. Lage køer før maten ble fjernet. Vennlig og hjelpsom betjening, men noe mangelfullt renhold. Godt isolert og lite støy fra gatene og mellom rommene. Manglet safe på rommet til oppbevaring av verdisaker.

This hotel was in the worst location to find ever. The customer service was horride!!! Half of the motel was taped off and stated not fit for occupancy!! The room was terrible pillows were stained, walls all looked like they were bleeding, you couldn't even shower because of how dirty it was. We had several neighbors come and go with hourly rates!! "Just pay the little extra to stay somewhere else"
This hotel stay was not good by far. When i arrived to check in the hostess had a terrible attitude. I thought maybe it was just a bad night, but a day later my brother needed a place to stay for the night and she treated him twice as worse. On top of that you can not get extra towels and when room service comes to clean up, they take your towels and […] you have to wait hours for them to bring them back. I was not expecting anything amazing but the room i was in even had little cracks and holes in the wall in the bathroom. I was trying to save some money because of Christmas but never again. Les mer

My stay at this hotel was just okay. It could use a little maintenance. Based on other hotels I've stayed in, there were a lot of things that could be updated. For example, no microwave or small fridge in the room, no alarm clock and the pillows on the bed are very thin. But, I was satisfied with the stay.

Stained mattresses, a/c was being held in by drywall screws, stayed a week and never changed the sheets, the pillows were a inch thick, the swimming pool was the gaurd dog pin, the bars of soap were in peaces and when I got in the shower there were […] two used ones with hair on them. I threw them away including the broken ones and they pulled them out of the trash even the used ones again and put them on the towels, the building was falling down and just laying on the ground, you had to kick the door to open and close because it was coming apart. Room I statyed was not clean, heater was too noisy , poor customer service, blankets were too thin. wash basin not working.

Was incredibly warm when I checked in. The bed was made, barely. The toilet needed to be worked several times to flush properly. The towels also need to be changed more often. I stayed 3 nights, housekeeping only showed up one time, my last day. The maintenance is also marked low because they are renovating, but some of the condition was not so great. cheap room near to the train to down town chicago. last minute rate was great but would not pay more than we did due to location. surroundings are nice enough. plenty of places to eat and shop and very easy to catch the 45 min train to down town

Good place to stay for a night if you're just traveling through and on a budget. Great service by hotel staff. It's what you would expect from a low rate hotel. Would recommend taking your own pillow.

I was very disappointed in this hotel. I chose it over several other options because I was familiar with Knights Inn and have stayed with them at different times, and never been disappointed. Until this time. The outside was very rundown and in need of multiple repairs. It had an abandoned look. Inside was no better. The owners are friendly, trying their best to accommodate ours needs. The room was clean and the price good.
No shower curtain in bathroom as well as no bath mat. They did not even pick up the trash in the room. There was a rusted refrig in front of the sink that I had to move in order to use the sink.There were other rooms available, so I don't understand why I was placed in a room that wasn't fit to be rented. "Good place to stay for not much money"
I liked this hotel. It was clean and comfortable and quite cheap. The only downside is the location, which, whilst not unsafe, is kind of in the middle of nowhere. If you're going to stay here, make sure you have a car.

After turning around 4 times to find the road to get to the place; & that's with GPS, we pull in @ 10ish in the pm to check-in. We get our room key with no problem. we get to our room & I am scared to stay there! But we have to since we have already paid, been on the road all day with my 4 year son & we are all beat! Writing this I look back & should […] of demanded my money back & went somewhere else! When we walked in it was steaming HOT, no air; no toilet paper; only 2 small towels! When we turned on the TV, porn was on! I then thought this was a pay by the hour motel! When I checked in there were 4 people @ the desk! So when I called for the toilet paper he said I had to come & get it! I had to walk up to the desk twice;once the toilet paper & once for towels! The shower is falling apart, the tile in the bathroom was not secure, & the spray paint job was well let's just say for me & my family or my friends or anyone I know we will not be gracing that place ever again! I wanted to save money; my husband who did all the driving ( all the way up through 5 states & all day) did not get any sleep - it just was not worth it! I was on my way to Chicago for a doctor's appt. (which vary from every 6-8 weeks) & this time we wanted to make a weekend out of it & the weekend got off on a wrong note! I tried to read their permits they had posted in the window, but it was like they had a permit for 8 different locations except for that one. I was very dissappointed when we arrived.The motel was falling apart literally.We were not alowed 2 check in after driving all night due to them cleaning the rooms.But when we did get in the rooms had not been cleaned,the bathroom was disgusting dirty soap and hairs everywhere.Called the front desk they sent the maid she still did not clean the restroom.I […] have plenty of pictures of the filth.Also the police drove thru the motel every few minutes to let you know what kind of area we were in,not a good area.There was also no breakfast served as they had said. The hotel was quite simple but clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Although there wasn't much choice for breakfast I got fresh waffles!

Spotty internet, needs to update router, no blanket on bed.When asked for a blanket, I was given another comforter. Very anemic heat.Their idea of cleaning the room was to take out the trash and used towels. Even though construction was taking place, they did not dust.

I arrived early, (7:30am) and check-in time is 3:00pm. I was "dead tired" from a 6 hour drive from Mt. Vernon, IL. At first the hotel attendant told me that I would have to wait until 3:00pm to check in, but then he decided to give me a room with 2 double beds instead of 1 King Bed as was stated on my reservation. The room overall was in good condition […] except for the fact that the room phone didn't work,(eventhough they advertise "free phone calls" and luckily I was carring a cell phone) and that one of the channels openly and FREELY available on TV was a PLAYBOY channel. Besides this channel, there were only a FEW other channels available to watch that my daughter & I could watch. Also, the WIFI internet was not constantly available. It was as if when the hotel staff went to bed, then they shut down the internet access. Les mer
