Holiday Inn Express Austin North Central - Austin

Nice clean rooms, comfortable bed, a/c worked great and the front desk staff was very welcoming.

If you are using a GPS call the hotel and get a different address to type in. Otherwise you might be driving around for a very long time. The hotel was nice, the breakfast was good and the staff was courteous. The pool is in an awkward location in the parking lot, there is a fence but I still wouldn't feel comfortable sunbathing. They use throw away […] styrofoam and plastic place settings for breakfast. Since breakfast is served every day, I can't imagine the strain that's putting on our landfills. Les mer

It was our first time booking a hotel in Austin & everyone was helpful & friendly from begin to end of our visit. Loved the variety of the complimentary brkft items and the cleanness and I must say their was a team of soccer students. Way to go for the Housekeeping Team! My family and I enjoyed our stay.

We had a very nice stay. We were pleasantly surprise with the beautiful view from our room as well as the comfort of the bed. Excellent hotel! We'll stay here again.

Easy on & off I-35 to start with. Easy check in and easier check out. Friendly and helpful staff. Very clean room & bath. Took care of special requests. Breakfast choices very good. Very nice overall. Price a little higher than would like ,but not too bad.

I was disappointed that when we booked a suite and told it had two separate rooms, it was really one large room. However, it was very nice and clean. Pretty far from downtown. The front desk staff was a bit rude but overall, I'd stay here again. The breakfast bar was well stocked with many options as well.

The worst experience I ever had in my life...thats all I can say.

For a Holiday Inn this was very expensive. You can stay at a Marriott for less money in most areas.

Hotel was excellent. Staff, even though very, very busy due to SxSW festival, was extremely courteous and helpful. We love very firm, read wood hard beds, most people prefer them a little less firm. So to us the beds were a little soft, to others they were great! Breakfast smelled good, even though we didn't eat there. Location, like most big cities […] in Texas, excellent, good and bad areas are mixed. This hotel is in a good area. There was a sign saying take items in and lock car..really! What person wouldn't do that anyway. Next visit I would def stay here if wanting central Austin and north Austin activities. Is about 30 min from west Austin/lake side. Excellent Hotel!!! Enjoy!! The hotel was clean and very nice. The only thing I did not like was the bed. Horribly uncomfortable mattress!

The hotel was very nice and clean, the lobby was beautiful. Our room was on the 3rd floor and heard emergency vehicle sirens from I-35, but overall not too loud. Also the water pressure was less than other Holiday Inn Express', but also have never stayed on the 3rd floor before. Please note that the surrounding area is not the best and a big sign greets […] you entering parking lot to take possessions in with you and to lock vehicle. I was not that impressed with this hotel this time. I have stayed there in the past. I purchased a soda from one of the vending machines and it had expired a month prior to my stay. The free breakfast seemed like the days before left overs and the egss were so artificial looking, gross. For the price of the room I would've expected more.
