1. booked non smoking room w/king bed. got smoking room with what apeared to an oversize double. 2. room stunk so bad could hardly stand it but was too tired to go complain 3.bed was hard as a rock and sheets felt like hospital 4. vintage tv was so small couldn't watch from bed 5. shower so gross i didn't want to get in it 6. no soap 7. awoke to 3 police […] cars in parking lot and officers in building got the hell out of there... 8. all my clothes smelled like smoke the rest of my trip Les mer

Close to 580 freeway, which is not usable from 5:00 AM to 9:00 AM Westbound or 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM Eastbound. Traffic flow from Altamont Pass during peak times is Stop, Stop, go a little. Hotel also is furnishing city paid rooms for homeless, which one on 3rd floor had both small dog and cat in their room; despite signed disclosure"No Pets" required […] for all rentals. Price very good for the area and for short stays without need to venture on freeway during peak travel times. Les mer

I stayed three nights. This place was very satisfactory for my needs and for the price. Slight stale smoky smell in the hallways didn't bother me too much. I had a non-smoking room. The bed was very comfortable. Refrigerator was handy. The toaster didn't work, but I managed without it. Nobody bothered me and the staff was friendly. I would stay here […] again. Les mer

No room cleaning for the 4 days my stay? Tiny old TV with picture tube going out? Hotel staff more concerned about humoring each other than helping the guests? Maybe I missed the change over to self service at Extended Stay, and for monthly guests it might be attractive, but for a 4-night stay, the price is not nearly good enough to compensate for the […] lack of services. Good price, near location I needed and very close to a restaurant and golf course. Only complaint was that the beds were hard.

Like most hotels, there are pros and cons. I'll start with the cons. The room I had had a large ( 12" by 4" ) tear in the curtain, the outside part that's supposed to block all sunlight. It could easily have been fixed with even a stapler, and never be noticed. The bedspread was obviously old, and had a small rip in it, but SEEMED clean, as clean as […] hotel bedspreads usually are. The TV was kind of small and older, and there aren't a lot of channels, but the selection was good enough for my 4-night stay. The desk chair, which I used a lot, was not cushioned nearly enough for long-term sitting ( I used one of the pillows to help). The internet is available through Wi-Fi only, and I kept losing the signal while playing an online game, or it would be very slow to load a page. And lastly, when the neighbors close their doors, the doors slam shut, and is very-well heard. Some of these people left early, on a Saturday morning, and kept waking me up with those slams! NOW, the pros! Despite the aforementioned noise from outside the door, the rest of the time was EXTREMELY quiet! I mean, absolutely NO TV or talking or other sounds from neighbors! The bed was comfortable, just right for me, and not squeaky or anything. I liked being able to cook in my room, and to have a full-size refridgerator with freezer was nice. 2 desks, nice. Les mer

I've never stayed at an Extended Stay Hotel. It was nice to have the sink, big frig, stove & microwave. This facility does have outdated furnishings - but it is clean and rooms are quite large. The service was outstanding. The girl that checked me in was wonderful. I do miss continental breakfasts though - and this location didn't even have vending […] machines. But it has many restaurants right next door. I love the fact that they allow pets - now I know where I can stay with my dog. Price is great too! Les mer

Unlike some extended stay hotels I've stayed. This one I must rate as "Top of the LIne!"

This hotel is convenient for all highways, close to good restaurants, clean & probably a good value for the area. Could use a little update.

This place was in a safe and extremely convenient location. The amenities were far above what I expected, and the room looked like a little mini-suite for just around twenty dollars above the Motel 6! I also had all thatI needed to make meals at the hotel instead of having to go out everytime I wanted a snack or ice. Everything was there right down […] to untensils and a cutting board. Not to mention a large grocery store just around the corner and just off the freeway. The service was outstanding and they not only accepted my service dog, they welcomed him and offered to help care for him, and help me with him because I'm disabled, and need him with me at all times. The law only requires them to accept him, but nothing else. None the less, they offered to walk him and when I said I could do it myself, they made certain that when I walked him at night a security guard came with me even though it was in a very safe and lighted area. They appeared to go above and beyond their call to make certain I was comfortable. I have been humiliated at public places before with my service dog, and they never made me feel bad about it. They did not even ask me for his service dog registration card. They just told me to place it back in my wallet because they could tell by the way he behaved he was well trained. I was so pleased with this hotel, I plan to stay there a few days next week. Les mer

ただ寝て泊まるだけなら十分です。近くにコンビ二やレストランもあるし：）私はホテルの近くに住む友人がいたので、移動手段には困りませんでしたが、空港や観光地へのアクセスはやや不便です。お風呂はバスタブが無く、シャワーの水圧もやや弱いような気が・・・お風呂で疲れをとって。。というのは期待できないかもしれません＾＾； 私は出来るだけ安く滞在したかったので、値段とお部屋環境には満足でした：）キッチンも綺麗でしたし♪ホテル近隣へ訪問の際はまた利用したいです。まあ、ホテル近隣は観光地ではないですが。。。

ホテルの北西の植え込みの切れ目から、隣のステーキハウスの駐車場を通じて、セブンイレブン、ファストフード店が徒歩で可能。リバモア自体、安全な町ではあるが、ダウンタウン以外で、歩いてこういった環境のホテルはほかに知らない。 ただし、ホテルの種類から過剰なサービスを求めるのは、良くない。ビジネス旅行（リバモアへ観光でわざわざ行く人はいないと思うが」）で、勝手にするから必要最小限のファシリティだけ提供してくれ」という目的では、これまでのこの地域の宿泊経験をして、最上といえる。 できれば、窓を開けっぱなしにしたかったが、ストッパーが壊れていた。 よくある話だし、何かつっかえ棒をさしておけば済む話だ。
