Extended Stay America Atlanta - Alpharetta - Rock Mill Road - Alpharetta

Found this by accident through a booking agent and I will definitiely stay there again if I go to Atlanta. Nice hotel, clean and the price was very economical.

We have stayed at this hotel before and had no issues, however this last time the heat/AC was not working and they had no one to fix it, my husband actually fixed it for them. Excellent. Quiet even thogh the hotel is adjacent to GA 400. Very clean rooms.

the room looked just like the pictures featured. The towels were a cut above regular but the sheets were rather thin.

The rooms don't typically have shampoo and you have to ask for it. Also staff turned away my dinner order by telling the delivery person that they had no one under my name at the hotel.

Entrance to the hotel...drive slow else, you will miss it!

Hotel was very clean and modern as is all of the Extended Stay hotels. We have been staying at this hotel chain after out first pleasant stay was surprisingly nice.

All the rooms at this specific location have been renovated, and you're getting a great room for a great price. The rooms look more modern and include flat screen TVs. During my stay, they recently changed out all their mattresses with new Serta mattresses which is a 100% improvement in comfort. As far as safety goes, the hotel is in a nice area and […] I feel safe here. Keep in mind that housekeeping services are limited in order to maintain low rates. Therefore, if you're a weekly guest, you will only get one full house houskeeping service per week. So if housekeeping services are more important to you than getting a better rate than don't stay here. If you're a nightly guest, you receive daily housekeeping services. The only other "amenities" include a laundry room and vending machines. They also offer wireless internet for $5.00. However, the speed of the wireless internet leaves much to be desired (it's pretty darn slow.) If they want to attract more business clientele they really need to increase the speed. In conclusion, if you just need a place to lay your head at night, this is a great place to stay. I highly recommend it! You won't regret it! Les mer

Extremely close to the Amphitheatre, very nice rooms with kitchenettes, cable, and recently renovated. If your staying there for a concert or a couple days and trying to save money this place is perfect. This is the 2nd time we've stayed and will always stay there for any event we attend in Alpharetta.

We stayed at the hotel with our dog while my husband was in training. The hotel was functional and fairly clean. The hotel was being remodeled while we were there and on the last day couldn't use the hand cart because the hall was filled with carts of trash from the rooms being remodeled. There is no daily service so if you want enough towels or coffee […] during the week- plan to visit the main desk during business hours. The maid, even if you could find her, will not give you anything. She will ask you to go to the desk. They also will only give you what you ask for, nothing extra. Need sugar? How many? They will count them out. Need coffee. Plan to visit front desk EVERY DAY!! Room was small but smelled good. Construction made it difficult to work from the desk in the room. There are other hotels with larger rooms that offer breakfast and a manned front desk all day. Les mer

Rude person working front desk when I checked in. Room not ready until 5:30 PM when check-in was 3pm. REALLY Dirty room and they do not clean it each day like a normal hotel for short stays like my 3 day visit. I killed a small roach in my bathroom. Yuck! It worked out well for the recent shows at the Verizon Wireless Amph. in Alpharetta. Clean room, friendly staff. The $5 charge for internet use seems like a pretty desperate attempt to make a quick buck by the hotel. I had a great stay at this hotel the staff was great Marsha the front desk clerk was really helpfull i can trully say that this is the hotel i will be staying at when im in that area 5 star service

Hotel had a bad odor. Had to change rooms because of the smell. Also killed two small spiders.

I really had a bad experience in the hotel I landed. I had reserved 3 rooms. When I checked in there was a foul smell in two of the rooms. The most of the carpet was slightly wet. There was mold on one side of the wall. The shower faucet was not clean. In the second room, the bathroom could not be locked, when I asked at the front desk, the said they […] cannot fix it until the next day. One of the comforter had holds in them. I also mentioned about all foul smell, comforter issue to the hotel manager, but her response was that they cannot do anything about it now, but they are planning to renew stuff in that location. Great experience overall and a great price provided by Hotels.com, especially considering the neighboring hotel prices. The bed and pillows were slightly less than acceptable. Service and staff excellent.

Bed was too hard. Convenient to restaurants and shopping. Economical. Housekeeping in elevators and hallways could be better.

There was no dish wash. The cups were dirty and the sugar pouch was opened. The kitchen is too small.

Nice stay all around...but could have used a shuttle.....

It was very clean and the room was very spacious. We had a full kitchen and we could have food delivered to our room. It was only 5 minutes away from the concert venue we were going to and for the price I don't think you can beat this hotel. It's a great option for a long stay, specially if you really just need a place to sleep, clean room, good condition... I think however there were some bugs that bit my feet, not sure what it was because I checked and double checked the bed and did not find anything. overall a decent place to sleep after a hard day at work.

There were little problems, but at the recommendation of other reviews, I brought a couple of my own pillows and a couple of my own towels and that made all the difference. It's important to understand that they do not spruce up your room each day. You can pay for more stuff that you would be used to in another hotel. Front desk agent was EXTREMELY PLEASANT. However, you would think that management would require that the room be dusted, cob webs removed from ceiling and spider webs be removed as well when you know someone is about to occupy a room.Towels weren't clean as they had been sitting there collecting dust for a period of time. Not satisfied, bad smell, very cheap kind of maintainance, for same price in Laquinta-in rosewell which I stayed earlier was wonderful.

No bells and whistles but this hotel is great. room was comfortable, friendly staff, tucked out of the way a bit. convenient to many locations (Verison Amphitheater for me). will certainly stay there again

Was a typcal night @ an Extended Stay.

Thanks to Hotels.com I had shelter during the floods here. Wasnt like I was planning a vacation, I just needed a spot to call home for a few days. I couldnt have found a better rate and I was actually surprised that the room was so clean and bug free at the price I paid.

I chose this hotel because of convenient location. Only three lights in our hotel room worked. There was no information about surrounding areas in the room, nor about the television channels. The iron didn't work. Their idea of a "fully equipped" kitchen was one broken spatula, and one pan. There wasn't soap to wash dishes with, or hand soap in the […] bathroom. When I spilled something on my sheets, the front desk handed me a packet of sheets, and I had to change them myself. Towels were only replenished if I went to the front desk and asked. I was completely unsatisfied with this hotel and I will never recommend this hotel or this brand to anyone. I hope someone reads this review and makes the right decision NOT to stay here. There's about 20 other hotels in the immediate area.... CHOOSE THEM! Les mer

The hotel was exactly what I needed for a business stay. Grocery stores, etc were conveniently located for me in case I needed anything. Rooms are clean and all appliances were functional. The staff was pleasant and welcoming.

Very nice room, quiet, convienient, everything we needed in a room . If we needed anything all we did was ask, very good staff. The only thing is that it could have been a little cleaner. This was the first room we've had with a real coffee pot in years, would deffinatly go back.

I am very unhappy with the hotel. The bed was very uncomfortable and hard. Had no silverware and the bath room was not clean at all, had a hairs all over the floor and no soap to wash the dishes we did use.
