Dette hotellet overrasket oss, da vi skulle være der for noen netter. Det var rent, i et anstendig område, vi trodde at det skulle bråke fra veien, men hørte ingen ting på rommet, eneste var AC, men det får man ikke gjort noe med. De hadde kjøleskap og micro på rommet noe som gjorde det enkelt å lage mat om man hadde lyst på noe annet enn vanlig mat en dag. Det var kort vei til et kjøpesenter som var rett over veien. Det var kort vei til en outlet og det var i nærheten av mat som man kunne spise. Ellers så var det rent og servicen var god. Frokosten var som man forventer i USA, søt og noe "normalt". Har ikke noe å si på dette hotellet, parkeringen var også skygget fra annen trafikk slik at vi følte ikke noe ubehag ved å sette fra oss bilen.

The room was big. Had a lounge-area. The room was clean. Breakfast was coffee, juice and muffins. Not what europeans would call a continental breakfast. 15 min drive to downtown Portland. Nice place to stay on a tight budget.

Then the next morning room service knocked on our door four different times while the do not disturb sign was hanging on our door. The hotel seemed nice until we turned down the sheets and found blood on the sheets. I called down to font desks and was told I had to come down and get my own sheets and change my own bed. Not happy with customer service.

"Great hotel, but didn't sleep well..."
Almost everything about this hotel was great. The room was clean and modern, even included a small fridge and microwave. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy - check-out could be done from your room on the phone. They even offer exercise equipment that you can check out and use in your room. The only problem that we had was that neither my wife […] nor I slept well. The bed was comfortable enough - it even had an adjustment for firmness (although I could not feel any difference from one extreme to the other in the settings). The problem, I think, was temperature. The bed had a sheet and a very nice, plush comforter for covers. My wife and I prefer a cool room to sleep in, so we opened the window to cool the room down (the air-conditioning appeared to be disabled, being that it was December). The room was comfortably cool, but using the comforter was too warm, and using only the sheet was not enough. Consequently, we tossed and turned all night. If we had stayed more than one night, I'm sure that we would have figured out a solution to the problem and enjoyed our stay much more. Les mer

Very nice people, clean and comfortable room, great service and all the things you'd expect from a high quality hotel. My only problem was the noise from a very large group of kids on my floor.

Nice hotel reasonably priced, very nice clean room and near all shopping and close to acouple of nice gyms, if you like getting a good workout, "Edge" gym is the best. small bar, bartender not to knowledgeable. Bed's not as comfortable as I thought they would be.

Looking for a comfortable and attractive hotel with easy access to Portland and surrounding areas? The Hilton Garden Inn fit the bill. The price was very reasonable. The room was very comfortable and clean. Plus the restaurant in the lobby was handy! These accommodations made my Thanksgiving visit with family and friends easy.

the perfect place to stay. staff was always friendly and helpful. enjoyed the 24/7 coffee/tea table. room was perfect. only suggestion, provide a continental breakfast. i was there for 4 days and to pay for the buffet breakfast wasn't a option but a continental breakfast would have been convenient and helpful.
Wonderful hotel & location; great price; we couldn't believe it was only 3 stars.
"Easy access to major roads"
Nice location for access to major roads to go anywhere in greater Portland metro area. Friendly staff, quiet location. Room had still not been cleaned by 4:00pm after our first night, and we were to tired to wait longer, so room wasn't cleaned for 2 days. Otherwise, nice place to stay near Portland.

"Hilton Garden in Beaverton"
The cons: We reserved a room with 2 queen beds and a roll away bed. When we got to then hotel the front desk person that we talked to said that the room we reserved was unavailiable. Instead, she told us we could have a room with a king bed, a fold out couch and a roll away. However the catch was we could only have it for 2 nights out of our 3 night […] stay... After that we would have to go into a room with 2 queens only and our 5th person would be without sleeping accommodations since the hotel was full. We accepted the room offered to us since we were tired from driving over 10 hours from California. At the time this employee was not very helpful and seemed put out that we kept questioning her. When we spoke again regarding our room situation (the morning of the day we were either supposed to move in to the dual queen room) they told us it was fine for us to stay in the room we were already in. Although the outcome was fine, this whole debacle left us with an unfavorable feeling towards the front desk staff. Also, several requests to have the room serviced were also unheeded. When we asked to have the sheets on the pull out bed changed (it had crumbs and other debris on it) the front desk told us that they would have to charge us for it. Needless to say we had just checked in, it should have already been cleaned. They brought us new sheets for it but we had to change it ourselves. The pros: The breakfast buffet was very good and the staff there was helpful and professional. Les mer

We have stayed at this hotel and it was a good experience so when returning to the area we chose to stay there again. When we left we forgot something in the room and didn't realize it we were home, several hours after a late check out. Called and spoke with the desk manager on duty. Excellent service and very clean. We stayed with our 2 year old and they were very accommodating and friendly. We enjoyed our stay so much we are planning on making this our 'regular' Portland hotel.

This hotel is nothing extravagant (typical lower end corporate) but it is clean, comfortable, staff is very nice. Pool is small but good. Location is not not great (very suburbian, sterile suroundings). If you don't care about the high design and slightly remote location it is a very decent and comfortable hotel.

I was impressed at the price, and the fact that I didn't feel like quality was reduced, as a result of the low price. I have spent more at other hotels with much less quality and room size. This is close to everything in NW Beaverton/ Hillsboro, and right by highway 26, so a straight shot to the coast or downtown Portland. "Great Hotel"
I have stayed here several times and absolutely love it. However the price has went from around 79 a night up to 189 a night and that is WAY to much to spend for a hotel room. I stay there for clinicals at OHSU and when I have a 7 am to 7pm shift back to back it is a great place to relax, but too spendy for a total stay of about 9 hours.

This hotel was very nice. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Everything was neat and clean. It was nice to have an empty fridge for our own food. The water was actually hot, which is nice for a change. So many hotels only have lukewarm water now, so that was much appreciated! Love the free wifi and the breakfast was delicious! "quick stay but nice"
Room was clean, roomy enough for the 4 of us. Staff was helpful and friendly when needed them. The only down fall was a room near the elevator, hearing it during the early morning hours. And the alarm clock that went off at 4:00 a.m. We were not at the hotel long enough to utilize other amenities.

"Noisy Heater"
The heater in the room is very noisy, particularly at night when the thermostat kicks on, then the noise is very loud to the extent that you wake up. We complained to Maintenance and they say that it was the normal noise for a heater. The solution for us was to put the thermostat at night over 86 degrees for a while to maintain the room very warm and […] then turn off the heater altogether to avoid the noise of the heater at night Les mer

The lobby is wonderful very fast check-in with fresh baked cookies on the counter. The room was great. If we had a complaint it would be about the carpet in the halls(Made us dizzy). Restaurants are within walking distance. Nice centralized location.
