CLEAN AND FRIENDLY

This hotel was very close to Overlake Hospital which was my destination. This is a no frills hotel at a good price in a pricey area. Everything was clean and as it should be for this price point. Management was helplful throughout my stay. I would stay here again.

exciting to have a fire drill on the only day I was able to sleep in. Hot chocolate from the hotel would have been a nice jester.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Here are just SOME of the issues: 1. The water in both the kitchenette and bathroom was gray. Definitely not drinkable and I wouldn't have showered there if I didn't have to 2. It is extremely loud. With a location right next to the freeway and paper thin walls, unless you are used to hearing heavy traffic […] all night it was almost impossible to sleep. 3. I could hear everything. I could hear my neighbor's television When in the bathroom I could hear my neighbor using his/her bathroom. Zero privacy. I will never stay there again despite my frequent trips to Bellevue. Les mer

I would not recommend this hotel. The staff was friendly but the hotel was old and not very comfortable. There was only coffee for one day, unless paid for in the vending machine. The vending machine was almost empty as well as the soda machine. The bed was rock hard and no extra blankets or pillows. The parking spaces were very narrow and once in, […] it was hard to get out. When I arrived to check in, the clerk was on the telephone. I waited my turn, about 7 minutes, and the clerk began waiting upon me. The transaction was almost complete - I need to sign and to get a key to the room. A man arrived and was immediately waited on leaving me waiting. His check out took several minutes while I, who was first in line, waited […] and waited. This is one of my chief complaints in this world. Half take care of the female and if someone who is male arrives drop everything and wait on them. Les mer

There was no DVD player the TV was small and way out of date, and I noticed right away when I laid down to go to bed the bedding did not smell clean.

Don't be swayed by the price you'll get for this hotel. Pay the extra money and go somewhere else. My room was filthy, including a sticky spill on the nightstand that was so bad, the alarm clock was physically stuck down. Bathroom cleanliness was suspect too. Security? Not much better, as I frequently found the doors on the end of the hotel propped […] open for lengthy periods of time. In addition, the dumpster area of the hotel looked like the city garbage dump, including old furniture and appliances. In the surrounding landscaping, more city garbage dump features. Wondered if the locals or employees weren't dumping their own personal refuse there to save themselves a costly trip to the dump. Stay away! The cheap price is NOT worth it. Les mer

The front desk clerk helped me check-in on-line for my flight later in the day. Friendly and helpful!

My shower had no pressure and took a long time to get hot water. Once the shower ran, it finally opened up and was decent. I told the very nice staff about it and they did try and fix it but I was not satisfied.

This property had good location to the Convention that I was attending and had a much better price than the Convention hotel.

We stayed here because the Seattle hotels were very expensive and this hotel was inexpensive. It is definitely a budget hotel with no housekeeping unless you're there for a week and old furnishings, seemingly from the 70s, and it did not have fine linens, but if you're going to be out and about for the day and just come back to crash, it is definitely […] a great value. It came with a complete kitchen area which was nice but we didn't use it. Les mer

This was a nice motel for the price. The staff was friendly and helpful. The motel doesn't offer much in the way of amenities but the room was nice and had a small kitchen as well. The only downside was that there was no convenience store within close walking distance and not much in the immediate area.

Internet did not work, remote for TV only worked about 2 inches from TV, bed was hard. Morning staff friendly and accomodating. Godd location, close to Hospital.

the room i got was clean and good.The TV remote was not working initially but that was replaced immediatly after a phone call.

It was a nice room, clean, spacious. Tv was a little small. It was quiet and staff was helpful. It was a little further from convention center than I thought it was.

We stayed on a very busy weekend for Seattle and I must say the hotel did their best to keep up! There was bumbershoot and and UW and LSU football game. Our only complaints were the bathroom fan didn't work, and the afternoon desk attendant was often missing. Our window had a crack that grew through our stay. We loved the kitchenette! It was a money […] saver in its self. So to sum it up our stay was great with some minor issues but we would recommend and stay there again. Les mer

There was a Blonde Haired Lady at the front desk, I think her name was Ashley, when I got there. She asked my name and I told her and spelled it out for her. She told me that I didn't have any reservation with them. I made sure she had my name spelled right, SHE DIDN'T. Then after pulling it up she asked to see my ID. NOW STOP...Wouldn't the first conflict […] have been avoided if she would have just asked for my ID in first place. As I'm standing there waiting for her to check me in I'm noticing how she is dressed. VERY VERY unprofessional. She had a nice button up shirt and pants but the under shirt was longer and hung down. The under shirt was torn at the bottom and looked very bad. The whole time she was checking me in she was making faces and noises like she was anoyed with having check me in. Needless to say I didn't talk to anyone at the hotel the whole time I was there. The room were great, clean, and big, but you won't catch me staying there again. I'll pay a little more to get actual customer service. Les mer

Front Desk attendant not there half the time. Left behind some clothes in the dresser drawer accidentally - no one knows where the clothes are two days later? That is straight theft. I don't care what the price is - it is unacceptable.
