Bugs in the room. I believe to be roaches but was told waterbugs. Only stayed one night out of 4. The front desk was Very cooperative and understanding about cutting our stay short. When I looked at the reviews on this hotel they looked good. I don't know what those reviewers were thinking! Thank God I put Frontline on our dog before going! The room […] was not cleaned well. In a word: grubby! The staff at the front desk were both lovely, helpful women. They were great. The room - not so much. When I picked up the dishtowel from the counter in the kitchenette, I discovered the towel to be dirty & covering a handful of crumbs. There were no extra linens for the foldout sofa, just an extra blanket that had been washed […] with some industrial chemical that had turned it from polyester to chicken wire. The sofa was so dirty, it really needed to be thoroughly shampooed & then burned. It didn't seem that the blankets for the bed had been washed at all. My traveling companion described them as "crusty." My recommendation is pay the extra 20 buck & stay up the street. Les mer

Everything about my stay was just right - friendly staff, the bed was comfortable, the room clean and quiet.

The desk clerk was great, extremely friendly. I rec'd a courtesy call 15 minutes after I was in my room to make sure all was well. The bed was extremely comfortable as was the room. I'd recommend this hotel whole heartily !

Good place. Continental breakfast was lousy; plastic-wrapped bagels and mediocre fruit. Room was fine with a kitchenette.

No hot water in shower....tub did not drain while in shower...first room given key to was under construction....given second room when I asked. Overall, I will spend the extra $50 per night and stay elsewhere...

The desk was unattended when we arrived and at check-out. The room was drab--worn sofa and outdated bed linens made it look dreary. It may be a good location for business travelers going to the various big corporation buildings, but for vacationers it was not near places we wanted to visit.

Only good thing about hotel is location and price. While check-in we were treated as if they don't care about you. We booked king room and paid extra for it, but got Queen room as they were sold out on king. Guys, nobody deserve the way they treat customers. stay somewhere else as there are many good hotels around.

I stayed there for a week for a business project nearby. At approximately 6pm on the fourth day, a loud horn started going off outside my room. It was a fire alarm and I was told to evacuate the hotel. I stood in the parking lot for approximately 20 minutes waiting for the fire department to show up. It took the fire department another 20-30 minutes […] to deal with the problem which turned out to be a smoky fire in a kitchen in one of the rooms when cooking oil spilled onto the electric burner of the range (each room has a refrigerator and range top). I was told that the fire alarm occasionally goes off and the building is evacuated because the hotel is used to house section 8 families. I had no idea this was the case until the building was evacuated and the parking lot was filled with families with small children. During my week's stay, both before and after the fire incident, I did not notice these occupants. The room itself was clean and roomy. The mattress was a little hard for my taste, but I was able to sleep with no problem. Be aware that, in an Extended Stay hotel, there is no maid service during your stay, or at least there was none for my room. Les mer

I stayed in the hotel for 2 nights and found the hotel to be great. Would extend my special thanks to Hotel Manager Debra who ensured me and my wife stay was great

The carpets are all coming up. The pots and pans were practically unusable - and we booked here so we could cook. Bed was terrible, neither of us slept much.

This hotel had inadequate parking, vending was horrible. Room was dirty and the entire hotel was run down and in need if updating. Remote control did not work.I will not use this facility again

I wanted a home style , the microwave and refrigerator in the room was what I wanted ... Great location close to the highway and in a great neighborhood..

It was clean, room was fine, no complaints. Will go again. you do have to pay $4.99 for interent

The room was not what was shown in the pictures. I would definitely recommend this to business travelers or for a couple. The rooms are too small for families.

Only issue is no breakfast and wireless is additional.

My boyfriend and I have stayed here many times and have never had a bad experience.

My only issue was that the bed was very hard. Everything else was perfect and what I would expect for a more expensive hotel

Estuve junto con mi esposo y mi hija hospedandome en este hotel a finales de octubre 2011. Nos gusto a todos,por que teniamos d todo en la habitación, pudimos llevar nuestra comida y cocinar ya q cuenta con cocina y todos sus utencilios. Muy completo! No tienes que llevar nada! Solo tu pertenencias personales y ya! Muy tranquilo y con una vista hermosa... […] esta ubicado como en una montaña y lo q ves es arboles y respiras aire fresco! Pero ni a cinco minutos de restaurantes y centros comerciales. Se los recomiendo a todos. Yo y mi familia volveria, Me encanto! Les mer
