Alt i alt fornøyd!

To store dobbel senger. Nyoppusset.

"very romantic spot"
no concerns in a great area
"Great alternative to Carp and SB"
Very convenient location. Very friendly staff. Breakfast was delicious, hors d'oeuvres hit the spot and dessert was a treat! Away from the business of Santa Barbara which is exactly what we wanted. Choose a room on the 2nd floor if you can.
"Amazing Honeymoon evening"
What a quaint and lovely place! Staff was wonderfully friendly and helpful and when I called an hour before to see if we could check in 3 hours prior to checkin so we could use the room to prepare for our wedding ceremony she was so gracious and told me she would ask the housekeepers to move immediately to our room to be sure that it would be ready […] upon our arrival. The evening desserts were incredible and the morning breakfast was not only amazing but they sent it to our room so that we may continue our honeymoon in private. Only downside was the jets in the jacuzzi tub did not work and the ocean view rooms come with the noise of the freeway. My parents have stayed here many times and say that if you ask for a back faced room, while you will miss the ocean view you will not be bothered by the freeway sounds. So I guess it's all what you're willing to compromise. I cannot wait to return soon, hopefully on our 1st year anniversary! Amazing place to spend our first night as husband and wife! Les mer

"Inn of Summer Hill"
Overall very satisfied. The freeway is very near, but once inside the hotel, it didn't bother us. You can hear the Amtrak; it is very close too, but the sound of the passing train was comforting if you don't mind hearing it when it passes. The cheesecake was out of this world - delicious. The breakfast was very good too. The cobbler was to die for […] - warm, not overly sweet, or tart, and the topping was excellent. The homemade scones were just as good. The bill was not clear to me even when the clerk explained it to me. I like a clear balance at the end of my bill. Total charge is... Les mer
"Beautiful hotel"
As other reviews have mentioned the location is a bit of a catch. Right off the very noisy, busy freeway with lots of traffic all around, but once you pull into the parking lot and walk into the hotel...calm! And beauty and welcoming and peace. Our room was beautiful, the sheets super soft, the bathroom well stocked, a tea table set, complimentary water […] bottles in the little fridge-loved it! The evening appetizers were yummy, the evening desserts FABULOUS (Chocolate mousse pie, my fave!) and the breakfast substantial and delicious! I would love to stay here again! Les mer
"Great stay!"
The Inn was wonderful. Near enough to Santa Barbara to go in for dinner, but far enough away to feel like we were in the country. The Inn itself is very nice and the food was wonderful - especially the afternoon appetizers and evening deserts. Although close to the Hwy - rooms blocked sound out well. Definitely would go back again.
"Inn on Summerland is Close to Santa Barbara"
Inn on Summerland is a small complex right off Hwy 101 - so the traffic noise bothered us at first and then we loved the Inn so much that it didn't matter anymore. Beautiful Beach across the street -nice open stretch of beach with natural setting - no homes overlooking etc. So it almost felt like a secluded Hawaiian beach. They don't brag about that […] on their website enough. We also compared other places in Santa Barbara and for the money, this was the best deal, by far. Great Breakfast and dessert at night waiting in the cute dining area. It was nice to be away from the busy parts of Santa Barbara but go there whenever we wanted. Every time the train went by, I smiled. I love to hear the trains no matter what time. They stop blowing the whistle at night. The rooms are quiet if you close the sliding doors, you can't hear the traffic from 101. Hop on 101 for 6 miles to Santa Barbara. Nice antique stores on same street but expensive. Still fun to take coffee from the Inn and walk over there and check out the cute gardens and birds. The rooms are nice and spacious too - that is nice. Soooo clean - only thing is - bring your own favorite pillow. For some reason, the pillows were hard. Nice ocean views from all the rooms - but I didn't feel like sitting on the patio with the traffic noise. It didn't bother my husband at all. So I enjoyed the views from the closed sliding doors or just went down to the beach and took a walk at low tide. Our Great Find: Check out the Boathouse Restaurant in Santa Barbara - 3 mi. up Cliff Dr. Amazing how it sits on the beach sand with an outdoor patio and great breakfast - served late - so get breakfast at the Inn and then go to the beach at the Boathouse beach then have another great breakfast ! Or book it for sunset. Dogs are allowed on the beach and have a great time! Les mer
