Staff was friendly and courteous and hotel was well-maintained. Room was nice but curtains had stains and bed was hard as a rock. Overall not bad though if you get it on discount. Not worth full price.

The hotel is in the process of being renovated. The carpeting in the halls and rooms did not look so good right now.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Crowne Plaza. The employees were incredible and assisted me with everything that i needed. I will definitely be staying there the next time I visit Dallas

The hotel itself was perfectly nice & clean and the staff were friendly. We were told breakfast would be $12 per person but then we were charged $16 per person, which was a little high either way.

I think this hotel is way overpriced for what you get. The hotel is very rundown. It was raining outside during our stay which also meant it was raining inside our room and the halls. The location is great, but other than that I would have rather stayed at a $50 a night hotel.

Great location, easy to find and easy access to downtown. The hotel was beautiful, and the staff was super friendly.

Hotel was not clean..dirty carpets..old building..needs renovation. Booked 2 double beds..hotel gave me one queen bed and a sleeper sofa. Terrible.

It was a decent place. The staff was great and helpful. The hotel is under construction and you can smell the wet paint. They are taking single rooms and making them into suites. Which leaves for large space; and at a great price. However; the bed was hard and the pillows were hard; there was not one soft pillow to choose from. We've stayed at the hotel on previous occasions because of events we have attended. It's not a luxury hotel but it's adequate and comfortable and the rates are good.

Hotel is nice. Rooms are big and very clean. The only thing I would suggest is that they update the old-school tv's they have in the rooms. That will go a long way in modernizing the rooms. Very clean hotel.

Worst room I've ever had at the Crowne Plaza. It almost appeared as though someone had a fight in the room. The headboard was tilted sideways, the front panel of the bathroom vanity was crushed in, the TV remote didn't work properly and the hair dryer in the bathroom didn't work either. It was a beautiful trip. Check in was a little wait cause there was only one person and there was a long line. I wish they would have provided a fridge so we could keep our drinks cold, but other than that it was a wonderful stay. The bed was so soft and comfy.

I was very surprised at how much i enjoyed this hotel. Although the internet was out for a full day of my stay, which was rather an inconvenience, it was very nice. The pool facilities were lovely, and the room service was probably the best I have ever had. They have nice little cards available that show the route to a bordering neighborhood walking/running […] trail. The trail was fully lit, with playgrounds, dog parks, water ponds, and led up to a nearby school with baseball and soccer fields. The whole area behind the hotel where the trail is is filled with the most beautiful houses. I would go back to this hotel just to take advantage of such a nice safe place to go for a run in the evening. Les mer

I really enjoyed my stay here. The only trouble was "timing" I guess. The Fitness and Pool area were shut down. However, it was raining, so no big deal. The first person who greeted me at the desk was nice, but they did not tell me about the PRIORITY CLUB. I overheard that later as I was waiting on a friend. Great hotel. Great service. VERY uncomfortable pillows and the air conditioner was so loud that it woke you up each time it came on during the night.

Overall not a bad experience. My sheet was stained though with either makeup or blood (little troublesome to see), and I was unimpressed with the size of the beds, as they weren't queen sized (was by myself, but was put in a 2 bed room, neither were queen size). Staff was friendly, good location though.

This is the former Harvey Hotel on Midway Rd. It is past it's prime.......... The rooms smell of dampness! They give all guests Sleepmasks (the drapes can't close??) and Ear Plugs to silence noise??. The rooms are SMALL, the matress has been retro-fitted with a strap-on one inch pad hidden under the sheets. No in-room Safe, a 20 year old 25" TV, no […] on-line channel guide, no on-line check out. The 4th floor (Top Floor) hall carpet stained from ROOF LEAKS. All in all, you can do a-lot better for the money and be much closer to the Galleria. Enjoy! Les mer

The Crowne Plaza was very convenient to an array of restaurants and fun places. I loved the fact it was in a safe and quiet neighborhood especially since I was traveling alone and not too familiar with the area. I would absolutely stay here again!

Given the location and the setup, it seemed to look very appealing. I reserved the best room they had which was an executive suite, only to find out that the executive suite looked outdated. It had a "loud" window unit with a wall control for the AC, along with a very small tv that sat far away from the living room. Not to mention the living room was […] the same as the bedroom just large enough to space it out. As soon as I called the front desk, I got no answer on the first three tries. Aaaannd, the hotel is large enough to get lost. They gave no directions to get to your room so you noticed the same people walking in circles trying to find their room. I tried contacting the Gen Mgr because of my dissatisfaction only to get the front desk guy to tell me to leave a message for him and then offered me a "downgrade" from what I paid for. Im not going to go off on a tangent but this will be the first and last time I stay here. Les mer

My sister and I had the best time staying here. The hotel was spotless, and the staff was polite. It was a great, relaxing stay and I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to anyone.

The furniture, bathroom, and tv are very outdated. No way in the world hotels.com should give this place that high of a rating! We've used the service many times and feel duped. I booked this place for my family along with the in-laws and was embarrassed by the accommodations. I no longer trust the website.

The air conditions was noise ( maintenance) during the time we stay in the hotel, Since we use it only to sleep I guess you get used to it. Cleanliness The last night a woke up and went to the restroom only to find cockroaches, I called the front desk and later the maintenance personnel show up with a security guard to take care of the problem. My hotel room was very nicely decorated and extremely clean. The hotel staff could not have been nicer. On the negative side, the bed was VERY uncomfortable. Extremely creaky and noisy each time you moved. Additionally the pillows were just as uncomfortable. But the worst part was level of noise made by the air conditioning unit. People service excellent. Infrastructure ugly. The rooms are 1 star rating at most. Even a Days Inn have flat TV, newer beds and carpets. People service should get a raise since they are selling a 1 star room for the price of 3.5!!!
