The hotel was clean and had great service. Room was large and the location to the highway was perfect

I did not expect the level of service, attractiveness, and physical comfort that there was in the room, lobby, and pool area. My bed was firm and made up in the way of top hotels: crisp cotton sheets not adulterated with cheap highly perfumed dryer sheets or fabric softener. The room and bathroom were very clean, and the towels fluffy, white, and clean. […] They were adequately appointed, with toiletries, hotel information, and a small fridge that worked. The food was good, especially at the generous breakfast, included in the price. The staff were very nice and tried hard. The guests were mostly very nice, cordial and respectful, well-mannered. However, the wake-up calls did not work, and I almost missed my lecture I was supposed to give. Cabs to Memphis were very expensive, though the trip was not long. And I could smell cigarette smoke in my no-smoking room. The location is not attractive: next to a major highway. Les mer

I was certainly made to feel welcome by everyone including the front desk clerk. Clean comfortable quiet room but would eat outside the hotel.

This was a very nice hotel. If there are any concerns would be the television reception on certain station was very fuzzy . The indoor pool which was kept up well. It was advertise as "heated indoor pool" , well it was not that warm. Other than those 2 items , I might stay there again, nice place.

We are in the worst heat wave and the air conditioner was not cool in our room. The front desk hung a sign on the door that said back in 5 min and left us outside the hotel front door for waiting to get inside for 15-20 min in a area that was not safe after dark. We could not even use our room key to open the front door because that option was not available […] to us. I will never use this hotel chain again and will not use hotel.com. I booked this online for a business trip and I expect better accomadations and a reasonable amount of secure service when traveling which I do a lot of. Should have done more research on my part. The cherry on top is when we ate at a nearby restaurant and stayed up most of the night sick in a hot room. Was the worst experience I have endured in a while. Les mer

Won't stay again. Toilet was clogged when we arrived in the room. Security brought me a plunger and said that "all the maintenance crew had left for the night". I had to unplug the toilet myself. Breakfast was awful. Cold with little selection. Front desk staff was rude. During check-in, the attendant stopped our conversation twice. Once to take a […] phone call and once to help someone else who walked up to the desk. Les mer

The hotel was hard to get into. One way roads are a little confusing if you don't know West Memphis well. Service was slow checking in. We came for Beale Street Music Fest and they should have had more front desk help. It is a busy weekend! We had a loud neighbor-playing loud horrible music at all hours of the night., we had to call the front desk twice […] to get help with them toning it down. What are you gonna do? We survived. IT was worth it being close to Beale Street. They had cheap shuttle service. That was a bonus! Les mer

I was given a smoking room and the smell of smoke was over powering.

Overall, I would say that the hotel was ok. The surrounding area was a little suspect, and seem to be a lot of people hanging around at night. Made me feel a little easy. Couldn't get a hold of the front desk do to it being busy. The elevators didn't work all that well, buttons not working and one of the two elevators not working.

Went to see Beale Street and Graceland..Hotel was really nice but no fast food right close. Hotel has decent food in the on site restaurant. No hot tub if thats important to you but the pool was great and the right temp. Beds were comfy, good pillows (we had 8...yep 8) and the room was really clean.

I wouldn't want to spend more than one night here. It is a decent place if you are traveling through. The bar was too smokey to enter and the hotel itself is old but reasonably well maintained. The room was large and the staff friendly. The neighborhood leaves much to be desired, but it didn't seem particularly unsafe.
