Every thing was wonderful except for the breakfast. Myself along with two other guests were told items would be available for breakfast to our suprise the next morning. No bagels. Nice room, nice staff, but don't expect bagels.

I must say that this hotel far exceeded our expectations! The rooms were very clean and setup like a a studio apartment so we felt almost like we were home!! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and a full size refrigerator. This room was very comfortable and the price was just right. I would def stay here again!!

It was really nice and quiet, room was clean, service was very friendly. The price was very, Took only about 15 min to get to Disney parks.

This hotel offers pretty bare bones accommodations. The location is good. It's close to I-drive, but not in the middle of it. It is nice and quiet. However, it wasn't the cleanest and smelled pretty funky. The kitchenette was a big selling point for me, but the cookware and tools available make itpretty much useless.

Room was clean but every morning the upstairs person was smoking in the bathroom. I told the front desk staff the first day and it continued. I stayed here 3 nights. Overall loved my stay.

The only issue I had was that the beds were hard. Breakfast time had many different choices.

Other than the old peeling furniture and the terribly dirty carpet, the room and hotel were fine. The carpet was horrible. --white socks were black on the bottom Per the hotel staff, renovations are planned with carpet replacement included.

location was good for us,the front desk worked hard for us to keep us in the same room for our stay. Hotels.com reserved our stay night by night so we had different rooms each night. Did'nt like that. The rooms were clean but the carpet looked dirty on 3rd floor.

Location close to attractions - But, breakfast a bit skimpy and workers seemed to dominate the eating area - hanging out (talking on cell phones) for long periods of time and eating the food that I think guests were to eat.

The staff was wonderful and extremely helpful. The beds were comfortable and had a nice selection of pillows to choose from. The dishwasher left something to be desired, running for 4 hours before we decided to shut it off and hand wash the dishes. The hotel, and particularly the public areas, is in need of new carpeting as the current carpet is extremely […] stained and worn. IT WAS OK THE FIRST DAY. THEN ON THE WEEKEND THEY DO NOT CLEAN THE ROOM ON SUNDAYS, WE USED TWO BEDS BUT ONE WAS ONLY MADE UP ON THE SECOND DAY.

Try to turn off your nose and the rest of the hotel is ok. There was a permeating smell in the hotel that stuck with me the entire trip. Piles of garbage were outside the 3rd floor elevators all night long. The breakfast in the morning wasn't much more than prepackaged yogurts and oatmeal packets, bananas and oranges and apples. Would definitely stay here again. Very comfortable accomodations. Excellet value for you money. Especially if you were staying for an extended period of time in the Orlando area.

It did the trick. Comfy beds. Cleaning staff did not refill soap. Close to attractions.

Stayed three nights in February 2013. Staff was very friendly at check in and very helpful. We had a king size bed overlooking the pool and it was cozy, and the bed was very comfortable. Small, but very livable with a table and two chairs and a stuffed chair. Full size refrigerator, stove, microwave, kitchen plates and silverware. Nice TV with DVD player […] attached. Room was very clean and room staff restocked towels and emptied garbage. Extra cleaning services were $5 or $10 a day, depending on needs. Room was very quiet as well. Just a couple of negatives: Continental Breakfast was described as pretty good by staff. However, all we found were breakfast bars, muffins, and poor tasting coffee. They were out of yogurt and cereal. There were no biscuits, gravy, hard boiled eggs, waffles, cream cheese, bagels or milk. They did get some yogurt in on our last day. The coffee we made in our room was better than the continental breakfast, but they ran out of coffee packets the first day we were there. Since breakfast was a bit of a disappointment, nearby was a McDonald's, Burger King and a retro styled Denny's, where we ate two mornings. Hotel did provide free Wifi, however, to get better speed, they wanted either $2 or $3 a day for hi-speed internet. Standard wifi wasn't too slow in my book so I didn't pay the up-charge. Parking was easy and free. We would stay here again, but not for the breakfast or the coffee. Les mer

The room is smaller than I thought. Clean but things are getting old. Swimming pool is quite small. Quiet area with a couple resturants and a 24hrs Walmart across the street. Short driving distance to I-drive and Universal.

Great huge, clean, up-to-date room with kitchen and extra furniture. The maid only comes every other day, but that is not a big deal. The exercise room was outdated and disappointing. Over-all: great value and highly recommended.

The check in was fine until I got to the room I requested NON-SMOKING and what a surprise for me when I opened the door and it smelled horrible, it was a smoking room. I Go back down stairs and waited for more than 20 minutes because there was only one person attending the front desk and the telephone.

I was not happy at all!!! The clerk was very rude in the evening shift! I asked for a wake up call and never got one. The carpet was truly digusting!!

Don't listen to the rating. Our hotel room at the extended stay was better than our friends at the double tree at Hilton. It was clean, room smelled good, entire hotel clean, quiet area, I felt safe. Close to all attractions, food and Walmart. Good price.

A good value. $70/night. Nothing exceptional about the hotel. Good suite with cooking facilities.

The hotel was okay. I had a queen studio where I stayed for four nights. The beds are ok, very slow WiFi connection, and lots of construction workers staying there. At times it was a little uncomfortable to be there alone as a woman because of the gawking of some of the men. my husband and I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights, the hotel is clean and comfortable, i booked a king size bed, but upon check-in my king was not available, my room was then upgraded to a room with two double beds and a pull out sofa. Staff was helpful and freindly. Hotel is good for the price, I would definitely stay here again.

Very convenient location. Missing dishwashing accessories made it difficult to utilize the kitchen. Bed wasn't made one of our four nights. Only two mini-soaps for two adults for four nights? Could have been better.

My stay was comfortable and the staff friendly. The only problem I had was when I was in the hallways they had a strong smell of smoke.

Positive: Room and bed was very comfortable. Airconditioning worked well. Bathroom and bath were clean. WIFI worked perfect. Negative: Breakfast included was a juice, coffee, yoghurt, bagle and muffin. not very high quality. Better to go to a Denny's across the street.

I was in town to volunteer at a convention for a non-profit (The Barberhsop Harmony Society), and knew I'd only be in my room to sleep, so I wasn't looking for frills. And that's exactly what I found. This Extended Stay Deluxe was clean, and the room was clean and comfortable. The lobby is small with a registration desk, a few chairs and a breakfast […] alcove. It's obvious that they weren't there to create an "experience". I got my room key and headed to my room to drop my stuff before getting back to work at the convention. As I walked to my 1st floor room, I noticed that the hallway carpet showed expected wear, but was clean. good start. My room had a queen bed, full kitchen with a full sized fridge, a dining table for 2, a flat screen tv and a dvd player, and a chair which also had a hide-away bed in it. The bathroom had a standard tub/shower. Nothing special but everything was clean. (I know I said "clean" a lot, but when I book a low price hotel, that's my biggest concern.) I was an overnighter, but I noticed that maid service is provided weekly, and it otherwise available on request only. If you just need a cheap place to stay, this is a good one. :) Les mer

Everything was great we had a wonderful holiday there while I completed a work contract. However, the walls were very thin and we had to go purchase a fan to drown out the noise in the night and early morning. We could hear a couple next door arguing and a dog barking, otherwise we had a very pleasant experience.

It was o.k. The "continental breakfast" was sorely lacking. The sleeping accommodations were very snug and the room we booked for six, only had utilities for four. However, we were delayed in getting there and they were very understanding.
