Veldig bra hotell med kjempefin beliggenhet. Hyggelig, rimelig. Vi fikk mye mer for pengene enn vi hadde forventet.

Vi er en familie på 2 voksne og 2 barn (4 og 7 år). Hotellet passer fint til barnefamilier. Selv om Bourbonstreet ikke egner seg for små barn, er hotellets location perfekt for de som er voksne nok til å nyte utelivet. Hørte ingen støy fra Bourbonstreet, selv om denne ligger knappe et kvartal unna. Hotellet har veldig enkel men god frokost. Uteområdet med badebasseng er veldig fint. Rommene er greie i str. med veldig hode senger. Savnet litt mer info/brosjyrer på hotellrommet, ellers er vi veldig fornøyd med vårt opphold her! Veldig hyggelig betjening.

"Horrible"
This was by far the worst hotel experience of my life. We were placed next to the in/out door, and the noise was unbearable. When we asked to be moved, we were told the hotel was at capacity and we were stuck. One night of our stay, there was a loud party in the event room a few doors down from our room. This party was loud enough to shake the glass […] on our table, and kept us up until 2 am. The hotel staff was rude and unresponsive, and on the last night of our stay, there was a cockroach on the floor. Gross, dirty, rude and in a bad neighborhood. Save your money and stay somewhere nicer, like a Motel 6. Les mer
"Crowne Plaza airport - convenient and comfortable"
The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is located convenient to the I 10 and is easy commute whether going to Baton Rouge or New Orleans. Front desk was friendly and helpful. I would stay again - great value!
"Basic Hotel that worked for Final Four"
It was average, but did the job. The only issue its that they offered to send my bill/statement electronically, and I never received it. I requested it again and still haven't received it. Not big issue for personal travel, however, if this happened on business travel, I would be more concerned. I would recommend as average hotel.

"Exceptionally Nice"
I need a place to stay where a weekend conference was being held. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was large and the bath was very well appointed. I asked if I could extend my checkout to 12 PM, and was told I could stay until 2 PM without any problem. Plenty of fresh fruit in the lobby, cold water mixed with fresh fruit, and wonderful […] ginger snap cookies. A buffet or continental breakfast would be nice, but in my case if was provided with the conference fee. Highly recommended! Les mer
"Our night at The Crown Plaza in New Orleans"
The hotel lobby was absolutely beautiful, with exceptional service. The room was clean, beautiful linens, and very updated bathroom. The next morning we ate in the restaurant and were shocked at the amazing breakfast buffet that was provided. Real silver utensils on the tables, and the food was outstanding. From fresh fruit of every kind, to oatmeal, […] eggs, toast, biscuits, etc. It was truly an amazing experience. I could not get over how professional the service was here, and I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel to anyone! Les mer

"Good place to stay"
Clean place to stay with friendly staff. The room was very good. My only complaint would be that the pillows were too tall and firm. The location is pretty good because other businesses and the interstate are nearby. One problem is coming to the hotel from the south. There is a solid median so you have to go past the hotel and the interstate overpass […] to turn around and come back to the entrance. I would stay here again. Les mer

"Blood stain"
Woke up in the morning to a blood stain on the bed... Didn't see it til we woke up in the morning.... What a bad thing to experience...
While the hotel was clean and comfortable it was extremely difficult to drive into, especially at night. Be prepared to turn into the drive immediately after getting of the interstate and watch very closely as the drive is not very well marked and is difficult to see.

"Crowne Plaza-stranded but not bad"
When our flight was cancelled we were stuck in New Orleans for the night on an evening of a Saint's games. That meant nearly all rooms in town were sold out so we had to forgo the touristy spots and stay near the airpirt. The hotel while conveneient to the airport is far from the French Quarter and other attractions, but for a night stay precruise or […] for business it would be very nice. In fact I saw a lot of peoeple taking cabs to the pier the morning we left. The rooms themselves were comfortable, spacious and more luxurious then I expected. On site there is a restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner and a bar with a couple of big screens to watch the game. The hallways I found stark and uninviting but the room itself was pleasent enough that the view of the parking lot and airport werent an issue. A great business or night stay hotel. Les mer

"Last minute reservation"
We needed to make a last minute reservation, close to the airport. The Crowne Plaza offered the room for a great price but a little more included breakfast for two. Get the breakfast. It is a well done complete buffet with bacon eggs sausage, etc. Well, worth the difference. Also, the shuttle to the airport was easy and quick. They were very accommodating […] and next door to the hotel is a place on the corner called the Brick Oven. We have eaten there many times and never disappointed in this true, made from scratch Italian Restaurant. It serves some of the best Chicken Parmesan I have ever had. It is a bit pricey but worth every dime if you want something other than seafood, that is not fast food. If you need to stay close to the airport or just outside the city, this is a great location. Very quiet, large room with amenities there and close to the location. Les mer

"Don't judge this book by its cover"
Everything about the hotel room is comfortable, clean and new and fresh! And the rooms are larger than most of the downtown hotels. Since it's near an airport, the area isn't as lovely as a courtyard room in the french quarter and there's no river view from the skyscrapers downtown, but it's a great value. Most downtown hotels charge for on-site parking […] and valet service. If you have a vehicle available, this is an especially viable inexpensive alternative. From the airport to downtown and French Quarter is less than 20 minutes. For a romantic trip, splurge for the garden district or the french quarter. Keep this hotel in mind if you're in town for business or a quick weekend Saints game. Les mer

I was pleasantly surprised to see clean, crisp white linens on the beds. The lobby was very busy when we arrived, but, our room was quiet and we slept well.

The hotel was nice. Although you could hear clearly in the adjoiniong rooms. In room dining was excellent and inexpensive.However several of the people at the front desk were stoic and unfriendly. Almost everyday we had an issue with one of the card keys. Overall it served the purpose for my stay however i would try another location if i go back to […] New Orleans Les mer

"crown plaza hotel in kenner louisiana"
it was ok when we checked in. we went out for supper and when we came back around 10pm, there was no where to park. after numerous cars along with drove around for 20 minutes, we were told to park on the side of the drive or down the block at another facility. when we got back to our room and tried to use the ice machine, it was not working and had […] to go to the bar for ice. something was happening in the ballroom, but it interfered with the guests who could not find a place to park or obtain prompt service. this was the perfect location for parking and flying. the hotel was very well maintained and very accessbile to restaurants, not to mention convenient for parking expenses.

"Not bad for the price..."
There was no fridge or microwave in the room, and the 2-cup coffee maker only had enough coffee to make one cup. I know that they are little things, but we depend on these items when we travel. Overall, the room was great. Very clean and in excellent condition. It is very close to the hotel, but once inside, you cannot hear the planes as they land. […] The mattress was the most comfortable that my wife had experienced in quite some time on the road. For convenience, it is right off of I-10; so it was very easy to get to anything. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful, even calling the room of the party we were there to meet when we arrived. I will definitely stay here the next time I'm in town. Les mer

The room was very comfortable and the staff was friendly. This was a great room for the price. The only downside to the location is that it's in the outgoing flight path of the airport so 6:08 am Sunday morning the planes started flying out and so much for sleeping in! It really wasn't that bad but something to consider

Hotel was great, it's looks great. The food in the restaurant was great and it was brought to my room. Hotel rooms are immaculate. Nice, clean, beautiful hotel overall. I highly recommend.
