Extended Stay Deluxe Las Vegas - East Flamingo - Las Vegas

The room was ok could have been cleaned better. My husband said he felt flees in the room, and I found sum kibble n bits in a corner of the room. I wont stay here again but it was alright.

It would have been nice if the room has cooking utensils...

Room was reasonably spacious, Breakfast was below average, Wi-FI IS NOT included in the price of the room, you must pay a fee which was misrepresented when booking the room. Some TV channels were not available for 2 of our 4 night stay.

My accommodations were comfortable. It is more expensive than some of the other places that are similar. Overall I felt safe during my stay here and it also conveniently located near stores. I would recommend it to any woman traveling alone.

Review; When I checked in to my room it smelled musty and old like body odor that mot even the AC could help to minimize. The toilet looked clean but smelled like urine. The in-room safe was great except it didn’t have a door on it. The light in the bathroom was so dim until it was useless. Most of the channels on the television looked like a show storm. […] The only phone was across the room from the bed. The workers at the front desk didn’t know anything about the operation of the hotel. I asked for an ice bucket and was told by the desk attendant that she didn’t know what was talking about. She then told me that I would have pay for the ice because the ice machines were a vending machine. After confirming that the ice was free, I contacted the manager and was given an ice bucket. This property claims to have free breakfast, DON’T WAIST YOUR TIME. Coffee and bagels is it. Nothing else. I travel regularly and have on many occasions stayed at America Extended Stay properties. This was by far my worse experience. In fact, this will be the last time I use them for lodging. I was totally disappointed with my stay. Never again! I wouldn't reccomend this hotel to stay in. I was nicely greeted by the front desk people very quickly placed into my room which was very dirty & moldy smelling. As I had to walk back to the front desk to get my pots & pans there was dog feecis in the hallway, I told the front desk about it. After about 4 hours I had to go out again & the dog poop was […] still in the hallway. Les mer

Ugly and duttloy

We don't ask for much in a hotel. Just a clean place to lay our head and decent service. Any promises made to be fulfilled. We were very unhappy here. Staff was rude and unhelpful. We were charged $5 extra a day for internet access which was advertised as free. When we told them about the free internet advertising they said, "Well that's just too bad […] for you, isn't it?" Hookers and drunks were hanging out in the parking lot. Only bright ray of sunshine was the tavern ,"Murphy's Law" just out fron and in no way affiliated with the hotel. I will eat there again with pleasure but I will NEVER stay at this hotel again. In a town with the most hotel rooms in the world, I recommend this one put itself out of business and travelers out of their misery. Les mer

Nothing good about it. The staff was nice.

I contemplated several options for hotels outside the Strip and I was very happy with this one. I think this one is the best option for the price and distance to main attractions. THE HOTEL WAS NICE AND CLEAN AND THE YOUNG LADIES WHO WORKED BEHIND THE COUNTER WERE COURTESY AND VERY PROFESSIONAL, THE ONLY COMPLAINT I HAVE IS THAT THE OUTLETS IN MY ROOM DID NOT WORK. This was a good hotel for the price. It is only located a few miles away from the Strip. If you like the walk it isn't impossbile to walk from the hotel to there (though it is a bit of a walk for couch potatos) The coffee maker didn't work in the room. This isn't a huge deal as they have coffee in their continental breakfast room. The continental breakfast […] was nothing to write home about but about what you would expect given the hotel. Hotel staff was very friendly - though a few of them are initially difficult to understand due to their thick accent (not a deal breaker either). Nice hotel to stay with a family, They have nice little kitchen. The A/C was bit loud. They didnt do the room service

Probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The first room that they gave me smelled like a dirty resteraunt kitchen. There was no way my son or I could have stayed in that room. The staff came to the room and said they could not smell anything and gave me a hard time about getting another room. Once we got a new room, it was clean, however them […] mattress for both our beds was like sleeping on the box spring. We ended up sleeping on the pullout bed in the sofa as we stayed there for 2 nights. They have listed on hotels.com that they offer Breakfast. This is one of the reasons I choose this hotel. Upon waking in the moring and going for breakfast. I found out that their breakfast consist of coffee, plain or cinnamon bagels with only plain cream cheese and apples or oranges. THAT WAS IT. This hotel is great if your looking for a room away from the busy strip. Its a good price for a quiet stay.

This was the worse place I have ever stayed! I travel for a living and stay in hotels at least 3 weeks of the month. Upon checking in the staff we pleasant enough, but the room was horrible. It's outdated, the furnitue is very uncomfortable and not very clean. The bed was hard though they advertised "pillow top" beds. I had to change rooms 3 times to […] get an ok room (the only reason I didn't check out was because I had already paid through hotels.com and they can't refund you). The heaters in the first 2 rooms didn't work and the front desk girl told me it was because they hadn't been on in a while (it was February). The hair dryer in the 2nd room didn't work and was filthy! The carpets were stained and there was dust and dirt everywhere! Les mer

We decided to stay at the Extended Stay Deluxe Las Vegas because it’s a pet friendly hotel. The pictures of the hotel looked pretty nice but when we arrived, not the case. We ended up paying extra to get a room on the lower level which we were supposed to have prior to check in. Walking to our room the halls smelled of smoke. Inside the room was even […] worse; the carpets were so dirty our dogs wouldn’t lie down. The comforters on the beds, couch and walls were even dirty. It felt like the room had never been cleaned before. The surroundings felt un-safe and check-out was a disaster. I would not recommend this motel. Les mer

We have been staying at Extended Hotel on and off for the past months due to hospital visits. The rooms are always clean, staff friendly. However, the breakfast has alot to be desired. We went down for coffee at 730 am and all decanters were empty, this was a Saturday. The TV guide given is out dated, there is no TCM available, which is to bad. The hotel was nice< our room was nice and the employees were also nice. The only thing I wasnt pleased with was that I thought the pool would be bigger. It was a very small area. Another thing was the breakfast, it would've better if there was more of a selection of breakfast as well as plates available. There were only napkins. it was a good place to stay at. the rooms are really big and even the standard room comes with a living-room style extension. definitely worth it. will be staying there again in the future.

It was a holiday weekend and the big places were booked, so we took a leap and stayed here. Hotel staff was nice, but the rooms were really rough around the edges. Lots of dents in the walls and corners, stained sheets, TV signal was bunk, and the wall AC unit was touching the bed, so it loudly blows right in your face all night. Right next door there […] are a couple of Help and Recovery type centers. Which ya know, I understand they have to be somewhere and I'm glad places like that exsist...but I feel like it brought a rough looking crowd of possible drunk or high people wandering the parking lot. This is not a hotel that you should stay at if you want service as that is not their forte. You get the basics and can go to the desk for any additional items. For the price I was pleasantly surprised that it really was set up like a one bedroom apartment. The living room had a couch, the kitchen had a full fridge, a microwave and 2 hotplates.

The hotel was conveniently located and service was adequate. However, the beds were terrible to sleep on and the carpets of the entire establishment looked as though they had never been washed. My bare feet were black from all the filth on the carpets on both stays, coming and going, on our trip. staff was friendly. hotel is old need improvements especially the a.c. & restroom. they have laundromats on site so thats a plus. small pool but works; upside is you can go at any time of day,night, or dawn which took advantage of plenty of times. stores nearby.overall you get what you paid for.
