Dette hotellet ligger i samme bygning som shoppingsenteret Galleria med over 400 butikker og mange restauranter. 10 minutter med taxi downtown. Rent og pent og hyggelig personell Anbefales!

Strategisk godt beliggende hotell på vestsiden av bysentrum. Lett tilgang til alle hovedveien. Gratis parkering. Meget god fokostbuffet sammenlignet med alm. standard på hoteller i USA. Kveldsbuffet enkelte kvelder slik at man slipper å gå ut for å finne et spisested. Svært hyggelig betjening. Alminnelig god komfort på suiteliknende rom. Meget godt fornøyd.

"Not Impress"
Poor service, a/c worked but made loud noise. Asked for upgrade but could not receive it. The bedding was too small.

Nice room, good location, great pool & bbq area. Nice to have a dvd player - especially traveling with children. Floors in room not the cleanest. Bathtub drained VERY slow - let management know & they said it would be taken care of right away. Over all good experience, great price. Will stay again.
Was charged multiple times by the hotel. Staff was not at the desk. If I had not already paid I would have just left
So much noise above us had to call front desk and didn't have anymore problems! The room was roomy the girl at the front desk referred us to a restaurant that was nice! The pool was closed:(

"Wrong Reservations"
When we arrived they did not have a King room that we reserved. Instead we ended up with a queen.

"Extremely Dissapointed"
I was working nights and need to sleep during the day. I located this hotel on "Hotels.com" good rate, and a smoking room was available just as I asked for, everything was good, so I made the reservation. The next day at check in, it took about 30 minutes for the lady to check me in to a Non-smoking room because there was not any smoking rooms available, […] I replied, I have a reservation for a smoking room, her reply I’m sorry they told you wrong. So I had no choice but to accept the nonsmoking room. About 2 hours after I was settled down someone knocks on the door. When I answered it it was the manager. He asked what I was doing in this room? I replied trying to sleep. he told me this room was not supposed to be used it was for an audit and then he walked away. I shut the door. then desk then called my room and told me that she had put me in the wrong room, she was not supposed to rent this one out. I told her I don’t care, I have to go to sleep, she told me I have to get out of the room. So I packed all of my things and went to the desk and she gave me another room key to the opposite end of the hotel and had the nerve to tell me well at least this one is a smoking room, I told her that what I wanted in the first place. Needles to say I was extremely disappointed with the entire ordeal and will never stay here nor will any of my colleagues. Les mer

This hotel was the poorest I have ever been to. The carpets int he hallways and the room I stayed in were filthy. My room did not have a light bulb in the lamp next to the bed and the phone in the room did not have a cord. When I called the front dest to request these items, I was told that the maintence key were locke din a valt and they could not […] get to them to get a light buld or phone cord. This hotel needs to get the carpets cleaned and replace the furiniture and the staff. Les mer
"Very dirty and unorganized."
I came in at the check-in desk and the front desk girl was on the phone forever and did not greet me. I reserved for 4 nights non-smoking for my family with small childrens. But the room i got was very dirty and has a powerful cigarettes smells. There was also stains all over mattresses. I requested of changing to another room but the room that i has […] switch too is still very dirty. There is no room services or house keeping what so ever. Its ridiculous to not offer those services for that long of a stay. I was very very dissapointed and will never return again. Les mer
"Smell and Dingy"
The hotel is old. It has visible wear to the halls and rooms. The hall carpet is gross and could have at least been vacuumed better. The areas outside the hotel in the back were trashy. The worst was the smell of the hotel and room. It was like someone had cooked something long ago had seared into every fiber and piece of wood making up the hotel. "Very Noisy"
The only problem with this hotel is that the insulation is so non existant in ceiling and walls that you hear every time someone above you or next to you takes a shower or flushes. Also, the bottom floor is not where to stay, you hear people(kids) running around the hall above you most of the night. No Sleep!
"Not what I expected"
When I see "Deluxe" in the title of the hotel I guess I expect a little more. check in was fine. Room had funny smell. Oh well. There was no shampoo in the room so I went to desk to get some and they were out. I had to run to CVS to buy some. Later I discovered the sign by sink that said they don't clean room unless you stay for 7 or more days then […] it's only once. I sayed 6. I didn't read the fine print somewhere. If you want new towels you have to go to front desk and trade out the old ones. Breadfast... coffee, bagels, and muffins. The fruit in the basket (orange? and apple) didn't look too fresh so I didn't try. Location is very good. numerous restaurants within walking distance. Pool was ok. Work out facilities consisted of bike, treadmill and stair climber. Overall would not stay there again. Other hotels for same price in area that clean room everyday and have better breakfasts. I don't expect much outside of Houston hotel wise, but this place was below par. The room was cramped & not at all like the picture or other Extended Stay Hotels. There are several nicer places in the area, avoid this modern day gulag at all costs

Overall the hotel and my stay was nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My biggest flaw was the carpet in my room. You would clearly see that it was time for new carpet. The smell in the room was bad as well; it didn't have a fresh smell to it. I would stay here again if I had to but I'd probably look around at some others before making a […] final decision. Les mer

This hotel is close to shopping and plenty of restaurant choices. Rooms are very clean and staff is friendly

The hotel had a weird smell to it, we just stayed one night and the beds were not that comfortable, the pros were the pool was fun for the kids and there was a fridge and stove if you needed it. Also the room was very cold the way I like it. There were alot of restaurants around the area. If it were not for the smell I would stay again.

this will be the only place my first choice of where i will stay during my trip to league city. the location is great in the middle of shopping centers and near the main freeway.

This room looked as if it had not been cleaned in years. The toilet seat(in a non-smoking room) had cigarette burns all over it. There were hairs all over the bath tub and floor. The sheets on the bed were stained and torn. The room smelled of smoke really bad. Totally unacceptable.

Upon checkiin we were told that the room we reserved was unavailable. We were sent to two separate rooms. Unlike the room we booked that was to be a studio, the rooms were too small for our family. We actually had four adults sleeping in one room with only a queen size bed and two fold-aways. It was very cramped. Outside noise was a problem.
