et meget bra hotell med topp service.bodde 6 døgn i forretningssuite/executive suite stue garderobe,bad og soverom.i stuen var det flatskjerm,steroanlegg og dvd spiller.også flatskjerm på soverommet.store fine rom som var bra utstyrt.kan nevne blant annet,kaffemaskin,vannkoker,gratis sjokolade,frukt vann etc.hadde også tilgang til fri lounge med frokost,afternoon […] tea og kvelds drinker.det meste du kan tenke deg av små matretter kaffe,te hvin,chanpagne,sprit alt inkludert i hotellprisen.når vi hadde hvert på handletur og kom tilbake i taxi med mange bæreposer ble disse bært opp på rommet uten at vi hadde spurt om dette.meget bra service kan annbefales på det aller varmeste.hilsen fra fredrikstad Les mer

I stayed in an old room on the 13 th floor. The room was dated and humid. Clearly not worth the price. So there is a huge difference between renovated and mon renovated rooms. The latter ones not being up to par.

We had a wonderful stay at the Langham. The staff were unbelievably attentive and friendly and couldn't have done more to make our stay more enjoyable. Eating there wasn't cheap but nothing is in Hong Kong. We would stay there again.

Hotel easily merits a 5 star rating - everything was the highest quality. Service was above what was expected and the room was too

Excellent hotel. Very convenient for airport connections. Upscale neighborhood with expensive restaurants. If you are looking for luxury, this is it. If you are looking for value and access to the old Hong Kong attractions, this is not.

Beautiful hotel. Fragrance of flowers greeted us when we stepped into the hotel, make us feel very relax. Staff was very friendly n helpful. Great location. Wonderful Staff. Love the weekend brunch most of all. Excellent location. I will absolutely stay there again. However, I was a little surprised at the condition of the room. The room had been renovated I think back in 2009 and the material on the headboard of the bed was flaking off which made it look cheap and worn which is inconsistent […] with the rest of the hotel. Great service - from the front desk check in person to the concierges who were extremely helpful - everyone was great. Very glad we picked this hotel would definitely go back. My only suggestion would be to have more electrical outlets in the rooms. But we did have enough outlets to charge several devices at a time.

Pleasantly surprised at the high standards and cleanliness in all areas. The staff were friendly and helpful. Service at the restaurants we visited were very satisfying. we left the room 2 pm and came back at 630 pm to relax but unfortunately we cant because the housekeeping was just starting to clean the room at that time

Was a bit of a challenege to get to the hotel on Xmas eve due to all the police road blocks, however however location was superb- right in the middle of all the action. Close to many restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend this hotel. I had worst experience in Langham Hongkong.The room smell is very bad.Even I could not sleep, when I complain this the hotel dropped few drops ginger oil, that's it.Also the hotel limousine service asked extra charge after departure 1,700HKD due to late. Shocked.They did not say anything when departture time, but during driving they asked charge extra […] money on my credit card. It's a typical english and you can feel the luxury of english. The location is very convinient but the deluxe rooms are not so big. To feel the old glory of english you will stay here.

We are regular Langham clients but it was out first stay in Hong Kong. The hotel smelt wonderful, we both said we felt like we were coming home. The shower was fantastic, the room comfortable and quiet. We had a smaller room than usual but were pleased with how spacious it was. We had no complaints. We ate in house and the food and service was excellent. […] I was impressed with the gym - one of the best hotel workout spaces I have ever used, light, airy and a reasonable amount of space. This is by far my favorite hotel in Hong Kong. Total luxury and impeccable service! The best shops in Hong Kong are right there! The club room is amazing!

Very nice hotel in a great location. Concierge was very helpful regarding sightseeing, local restaurants etc. Lacks an intimate bar area and drinks in the lobby area are completely overpriced.

It was not clear who made error with buffet breakfast that I concretely checked before I made reservation with expedia. We got to hotel and informed that buffet breakfast not included and after many conversations hotel discussed with expedia. I was still billed for one buffet breakfast. First time visitor to the langham and was thoroughly impressed with hotel and staff. If I could take the housekeeping with me on all my trips it would always be excellent experience all the time. So far I've been to Paris and Dubai and there are none that compare to the langham. Thanks for the exceptional experience

I had never stayed at a Langham hotel before but will now seek them out. The rooms were lovely, well done, and elegant, if a bit traditional. The room servicing was impeccable but I was most impressed by the lobby staff. They had that warm European small hotel style about them, walking me to the door after I had paid and checked out. An excellent hotel. Worth paying extra for the Langham Club on the 11th floor where breakfast, afternoon tea and evening drinks with canapes are served. The food here is of a really high standard.Service here and in the rest of the hotel is excellent. No complaints at all. We have been many times to Hong Kong but our first stay at The Langham. Excellent attitude of the staff, very willing to help with anything and very knowledgable. Rooms were cramped (we had a 'Grand' room) and being away from the water had no chance of a view of the harbor. If you can live without the view this is a great place to stay.

We were impressed with the size and niceness - full sized tub with windows that opened into the rest of the room, great desk space, comfortable bed, and plenty of closet/drawer space. I could not falter this hotel. The staff bent over backwards to assist with every request and an added bonus was that the staff spoke very good english. The hotel itself was excellently maintained, extremely clean, and in a great location. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is considering a stay in Kowloon.
