Et bra hotell med god standard. Store rom med gode senger. At Starbucks og Appelbee´s er integrert i hotellet er helt utmerket.

Fantastisk at de bringer deg til og fra flyplassen gratis! Ikke nok med det, de utfører samme gratis-service til Mall of America. Hyggelig personale, fine/komfortable rom og gratis wifi bidrar også til at jeg definitivt anbefaler dette hotellet.

Ok hotell og service. Bra standard men kjedelige omgivelser rundt. Kort vei fra flyplassen, Mall of America og Downtown Minneapolis. ca 10-15 min kjøring til alle tre steder. Dette er et sted du bor og ikke noe mer.

"Service, breakfast, and convenience"
The BEST things were the free wifi (so nice) and the amazing breakfast! Fresh eggs, bacon, and a pancake maker? Whoa nelly what a great way to start off the day! The convenient location and friendly staff at the Holiday Inn Express made our stay very satisfactory. "Not a bad place to stay for an event at the MCC"
We stayed here due to it's price and location. One block from the Minneapolis convention center and close to downtown shopping and restaurants. The breakfast was a nice thing to have.

Best breakfast of a week of hotels, very friendly staff when we arrived very late -- 11:30 pm. Stayed one night but will definitely stay there again when we return to Minneapolis in October.

The front desk person was great and the breakfast in the morning had many selections and was very good. The rooms were clean and in good condition. The pool was small and 5' deep which was fine. The pool area was rather slippry though and the whirlpool bubbler would not work. Overall though I really liked the area and I would stay there again.

"Convienient Location"
One night stay to attend a concert at Orchestra Hall then flying out of MSP the next day. 1 block walk and close parking to the concert. Several close bars and reaturaunts. Friendly staff and great continental breakfast bar!

Went to a Vikings Game and walked to the dome from the Hotel. Little bit of a walk. Parking was good but if you don't check in before 3pm you might have to park/pay somewhere else as there is only a few parking spots for guests. Room was clean and staff was very helpful! "Good place to stay!"
The hotel was very accommodating and the breakfast was very delicious and hot and way more than a normal continental breakfast. A little dissapointed the pool area closed by 10 but otherwise very nice stay.

Other than one of the "duds" at the front desk, it was a really good place to stay. Breakfast was very basic, but good. Would stay again!
"parking"
I would like to express my feeling on parking, I was not told in advance that parking was a first come first serve basics. I had to pay an additional $34.00 in parking, We had a church funtion and went back and forth and I feel like this should have been mentioned to me especially that i was coming from out of town. This was an inconvience to me.

I highly recommend this hotel for the friendliness of the staff, the quality of the room and the overall ease of staying there. It was comfortably close to all I came to see in Minneapolis and I choose this place over others to stay again. A+++

Since the reason we chose this hotel was it's proximity to the Convention Center, I'll start there, it's very close, 1 city block north of the CC. It is a very AVERAGE hotel. The pictures don't convey this. The pool is very small, with 6 people in, it feels cramped. The Hot Continental Breakfast was nice. If you've stayed at other HIEs you will get […] the same selection. We requested a Single King, and we ended up getting a Handicap Accessible room. Which is fine, but you can't take a 'bath' only a shower. Do NOT, I'll repeat, DO NOT rent an in-room movie. $12.50?! It costs less than that for us to watch a movie in the local theater. Overall, for what it was, it suited our needs, but we'd really have liked to have a larger pool. Les mer

"Excellent Stay"
Took THREE kids to a Twins game and stayed 2 nights here. No complaints about the hotel. It was clean, the staff was friendly, we were lucky to get hotel parking and it was reasonably priced compared to the rest of downtown Minneapolis. Would stay here again.
"Stayed overnight and went to Target Field"
We stayed in July and went to a night game at Target Field. Checked in around 3:00, and later walked easily to the game. Loved the hotel, very clean, staff was so friendly, and rooms were really nice. We loved our stay, recommended it to friends, and plan to go again next year and do the stay and game again. "Closest To Convention Center"
There's a lot of hotels in the surrounding area but you can't get any closer than this, and it's hard to beat the free breakfast. The wifi is a little touch and go, though.
"Good hotel, awkward location."
Everything about the hotel was fine - navigating on downtown Minneapolis roads and getting on/off the Interstates is extremely confusing. I'd recommend the hotel higher if getting to/from it were easier. I also did appreciate private hotel parking - I had a classic car for the weekend and this was a big plus for me.

"Really great location for the price"
I had a conference at the Hilton just across the street, and this hotel was PERFECT. It's also close to the convention center, Orchestra Hall, Nicolet Mall... It wasn't super fancy, but the rooms had updated decor, were plenty comfortable and clean. We had a great experience staying there.

This was hotel was great for my short trip. The room was very clean. It was close to my destination for my trip. The staff was great in helping me determine the best way to get to Target Field...since it was my first time! The breakfast was amazing...much more than I was expecting! "Clean, affordable, and great breakfast!"
My friends and I stayed in this hotel for just one night, but the beds were clean, comfy and the room was nicely decorated with a big tv. The free hot breakfast was surprisingly great with omlets, biscuits, pancakes and muffins. Definitely worth staying for a short or long trip.

Nice hotel, efficient, simple - not a glamorous place. If you are looking for a clean hotel, in Downtown Minneapolis, with a free breakfast, this is a good choice. I was able to walk to meetings and dinner - several very good restaurants and pubs nearby. I will go back again. The front desk people were very polite and helpful. Close to the Convention Center. Breakfast was great. I had friends staying at the Hilton and Hyatt with multiple complaints about the attitude, service, odors and water problems, as well as ripoff prices.
