Relativt nytt sted. Rommet var rent og pent med gode kokemuligheter, kjøleskap, strykebrett osv. Litt langt å gå til nærmeste spisested/dagligvarer, må ha bil.

"overall price is not bad"
Over all the hotel is not bad. but there are peole that stay their for weeks and have pet. not good and the internet is poor.

No bar soap in the room. Carpet was very dirty. No backup trash bags or toilet paper. My biggest issue.....if I am traveling, Im not packing dish detergent. Why soulx you expect me to want to stay there again????

The only thing I was disappointed about was there wasn't a bathtub, only a shower. I was looking to soaking in a hot bath when I arrived.

I was only in the room long enough to shower & sleep, so my numerical review may not be accurate. If you're looking for someplace to crash, then this is your place.

The location of the hotel is great. The room comfortable and clean. The surroundings were clean and quiet. Overall, this was a pleasant stay with a good night's sleep.

I had asked for a non-smoking room. I had to switch rooms because of the awful smoke stench despite being a non-smoking room. I relented and stayed in the second room even though it too smelt of smoke. One of the hand towels had something black on it. I ended up using one of my own. "The hotel located off of Hwy 55 in Durham"
The hotel itself is situated in a nice location with many resturants and shopping within walkiing distance which is a great convience. The hwy is has easy access which we took advantage of to go to Chapel Hill to pick up a niece, to NCCU to pick up a niece and friends and quickly accessed the hwy to travel to Raleigh to the Crabtree Valley Mall. The […] hotel had roaches in our room and we immediately called the Lobby and Nate, the employee was quick to respond and come and check on the problem. We were just using the hotel as a one day visit to see our nieces/daughter, so a nice place if you are not planning to stay long. Les mer

"Crosslands Durham NC-Research Triangle Park"
Very clean, well maintained. Was about 7 miles from downtown Durham, however easily reached via I-40 and the Durham Freeway. In a nice new area, much better than the rundown areas of Durham where other low cost motels are located....I will return.... Also close to a very good Blues/Cajun club with good music and food....Papa Mojos Roadhouse!
"Stay at your own risk"
I stayed in this hotel for a tournament the following day. All I needed were beds for myself and the team. It barely provided them. My room was a mess with dirty towels still left on the floor. The sink had not been cleaned as there was a white, powdery substance all over it (whether it was drugs or cleaner, we didn't bother to find out). The comforter […] had blood stains on them and there was a dirty knife under one of the beds. Our room was right next to a floodlight so it was bright all night long and the curtains did nothing to help. Fortunately, the other rooms turned out to be OK but there was a smell in each of the rooms which we couldn't figure out. Eh... like I said, it was only for one night but the price seems a little crazy for what we got. I'd pass and find another place... definitely in my Top Worst 5 ever. Les mer
"Questionable neighborhood, too much loitering."
Really only stayed for the price and because it was on my way. But I might have stayed in a nicer area if I was more familar with Durham. Lots of people loitering around late at night. "Good basic accomodation"
The room was clean and suited our need for a base while delivering our daughter to college. The room was set up for two guests (towels, glasses etc.), but extra items were readily available. Two element stove, microwave, sink and mini-frig. were in good condition. Plenty of budget restaurants in the immediate vicinity.

It certainly wasn't a high end hotel...for one thing, the doors all open to the outside world. The TV was small and had a limited number of channels, but it had a functioning remote control. The room had a small kitchen area and a couple of dishes, glasses, etc. It was clean, and the air conditioning worked fine. Access to fast food (Bojangles and others) […] and a few sit down restaurants (Golden Corral, El Dorado, some chinese place). Also close to a grocery store (Food Lion). "Ok"
Hotel was better than expected wasnt 5 star by any stretch but was clean. Outside looked really nice like it had been renovated, inside was ok. Kids hanging out as they do weekly rentals. For a guy needing a place to stay for a couple nights great, for a guy romancing his sweetheart maybe not.

This hotel is a wreck. When we arrive after we find it way in the back and drive threw sink holes to get too. The lobby smells of such strong deoderizers, insence or who knows what. We get our keys head to our room, we unlock door to the smell of stale cigerette smoke. The room was not clean at all, the shower was full of broken tiles and a tub that […] was losing its refinished finish. We just drove 12 hours, we are tired and dont feel like moving, we decide to go for a swim. The pool area is ok nothing to speak of the landscape was not up to looks at all. When we get into pool there are so many pieces of concrete all over deck you can barely walk barefoot. Then when you get into the water, same thing all over the bottom is broken cement pieces, it starts to get dark and the lights come on around pool area, only half work hard to see. We go in and take shower and go to sleep, only to wake up early to leave. When we wake up we hear extremly loud music coming from parking lot. When we get done packing up, we go outside and find about 10 construction workers loading trucks and getting ready to work for the day playing really loud music mind you it is 7am. we check out with intensions and had booked for another night in a couple days. We went on to our destination and made sure we could stay an extra night there and canceled or reservation for Friday June 25 at this Days inn. Im sorry for all this but we have stayed at a lot of days inn. We travel alot and have never had such a bad experience. Les mer

When we arrived we were given a key to a room that was already ocupied. Then we were given a new room that was vacant , but after being there for a couple of hours we realized the room had not been properly cleaned ! ( there was a soiled towel on the back of the bathroom door and hair on the sink) I put a call in for 6:30am and about 6:10 we heard the […] door opening !!! This place was much nicer than what I expected for the price. I will certainly look for more Crossland facilities as I travel. Hotel staff was extremely courteous & helpful, nice area of town, easy in & easy out. Highliy recommend this place.

"June'09 Stay"
They all the amenities for an extended stay. Cups, plates, silverware,coffee Pot etc, except no coffe or fixins after it was done. We were only there for a short time due to an early flight departure or I would've called and gotr some sent up. Very Quiet and restful.
"Non-Smoking??"
We had to request a change in rooms because the 1st one (depsite being non-smoking) smelled strongly of cigarettes. Fortunately, the staff was very helpful in making this change.

Nice clean rooms with conveniences included. Friendly staff. Conveniences nearby. I would stay here again if needed.
