Veldig greit motell til rimelig pris nær DFW International. Egen bil som bringer til og fra flyplass gratis ca hvær 45 min. Bare lett frokost, men god og rimelig døgnåpen restaurang like over gata. Kan anbefales.

Svært fornøyd med prisen på hotellrommet som var stort nok for oss med to store barn; studio med 2 queenbeds. Særlig godt med egen "forstue" med kjøkkenkrok. pluss sovesofa. Daglig renhold med håndkleskift. Innendørs basseng fikk vi ikke benyttet. Kort gangavstand til bl.a.History district samt stilige skyskrapere. Flott utgangspunkt for en snartur til Dallas.

After we went round and round to find this (off the freeway on a one way street) we pull in to try to find the office. Found it only to find that the lady was there just to wash her clothes. She promptly shut the door and a gentleman came out to help us. We gave him our recipet and asked for 2 keys. He oly gave us 1. So we hike up the awful trash filled […] broken door stairway to get to our room. (It reminded me of a dorm). Bed was small. Room smelled like smoke. NO COFFEEPOT (as advertise) and NO SHAMPOO. What a hotel with no shampoo! All in all we could only just laugh and vow to NEVER stay here again. We even got on the road 3 hours earlier just so we wouldn't have to stay much longer. Les mer
too many suspecious people around too much noise it was kind of scary atmosphere no security it was just like we on the road im sorry i will never ever stay in crossland but i will for sure stay in homestead suites
"Last Resort"
I would only ever stay here as a last resort. We were moving across several states and ended up needing to stop for the night when we were hoping we wouldn't have to. We booked the hotel online because it was cheap and, no surprise, you get what you pay for. We called for directions and the male receptionist asked where we were coming from. I told him […] I20, a major highway into Dallas, and he said "I don' know where that is but we are at 30 and 635." Not very helpful. We got to the area and drove around for almost an hour because Google Maps was inaccurate (another big surprise). When we got there he handed us a room key that didn't work. We went back downstairs to the office where we were given a new key to a new room on the opposite side of the hotel. Our room was booked for two people but there was one small towel, one wash cloth, and a bar of soap. No shampoo, no extra towels, and no iron, although there was an ironing board. The room looked recently painted but everything else was out of date which was expected but the mattress was awful. I could feel springs and it sunk so bad in the middle that we were forced up against each other the entire night. Not the best night's rest... Also a side note on the neighborhood and the patrons... It's in a very industrial part of town so not too much in the way of scenery or really anything other than warehouses around. I'm a dog lover but there were several guests with pit bulls that were clearly not just loving house pets and there were lots of people loitering... at midnight... on a Sunday... If my boyfriend had not been there, I would have just kept on driving because I did not feel safe there. Les mer

The Hotel was very efficient and clean ,however the maids are lazy,they walk around on cell phones,speaking spanish ,when you ask them to service your room they act like they dont understand and hand you sheets,towels and toilet paper and keep it moving. I stayed for 4 days and never got room service. The rooms had mini-kitchens and I could prepare […] my own meals. For the money its great ,great location and the young man from Louisiana was great. "Will not stay here again."
The best thing about this place was "Geri" at the front desk. Very friendly and professional. The room looked clean from a distance but the bathroom had not been cleaned well at all. The shower curtain was too far up, water all over floor after shower. The rest "looked" clean and did not smell. Someone tried to use their room key to get into my room […] before midnight, don't know who's mistake that was??? The guy had his bags so I think he had just checked in........ Les mer

I was only at the hotel for one night but it was a bad first impression. The personnel were courteous but it doesnt seem they take the time to ensure all is well with the stay. At no point was I actually asked if there were any problems or issues with my room. Yes there was.. it didnt look like anyone had vacuumed in weeks and there was trash under […] the beds.... not the small bits of paper that is hard to pick up with a vacuum, but, plastic vacu-form packaging at least 8 inches long!!! we had to wait out side for 20 min until some one came and open the door so we can check in.this was the wrost hotel we had ever stay in. this should be call motel...
The room was a non - smokig room and it smelled bad like someone had smoked in it

CAR WAS BROKEN INTO, MANAGMENT DID NOT CARE AT ALL, WENT TO FRONT DESK TO REPORT IT AND FOR THEM TO CALL POLICE..THEY SAID :DO IT YOUR SELF YOU HAVE A CELL PHONE: NEVER BEEN TO AREA BEFORE DID NOT WANT TO CALL 911....THEY DID NOT GIVE A FLIP THAT MY WINDOWS WERE SMASHED AND THINGS INSIDE MY CAR WAS STOLEN...ASKED FOR A GARBAGE BAG FOR WINDOWS(BECAUSE […] IT WAS RAINING AT THE TIME, THAT TO WAS IGNORED...CALLED A WINDOW SERVICE TO COME AND FIX IT ... Hotel more of an extended stay, partys and loud music late at night. Hotel office closed more than open and once sign said back in 30 minutes, she came back in two hours. Sheets and bed covers where not clean.

You can't beat it for the money. Good location right off I30 and two minutes from lots of restaurant and shopping. A little tricky to get to but once you figure it out it's awesome.

One good note was that front desk was very kind and helped us get directions for our destinations. There is no front desk attendent at night. You call the front office and you get housekeeping. The hotel is right next to a major highway so you can here the traffic pass by. Our room had an ironing board but no iron. We called front desk and they said […] that the room usually comes with an iron but that they come up missing. They had none extra to use. A construction company had their employees stay there and they congregated in front of their rooms with 6 packs of beers Friday and Saturday night. Basically this hotel is good to lay your head on a pillow but that's about it. Les mer

Staff went out of their way to assist us. Don't let the off-ramp location fool you. Very quiet.

I would probably stay here again for an overnight stay, but not two or more nights. The room was clean and the beds comfortable and the fact it had a kitchenett made it even better. The only real problem I had was there is no maid service except for once every seven days of your stay, unless of course you are willing to pay extra. If you needed towels […] or linen, you had to take your dirty things to the office and they would replace them. The third day I took down three towels and wash clothes and only got one towel and two hand towels back because that was all they had. Les mer
