The check in staff was not helpful at all with directions to where I needed to go while in Pensacola, nor did they have any resturant reccommendations. The room was not as clean as it could have been.

I thought the room was perfect for what I was looking for at that price. It was clean, comfortable, and in the heart of all restaurants even I-10. Only down part was the front desk lady didn't even ask to see my I'd. I could've been anybody! But I will be staying in the exact same hotel in June!

Expect the bare essentials and nothing more. If you are looking for a convenient hotel at a cheap price then go ahead.... expect poor service or no service. I would only reccomend a 1 night stay.

bathroom smell like urin and I asked them to mop it and they did, but it still had the smell. Nice, friendly staff. What I expected for the money.

Check in and out was quick. Room was comfortable, clean and relatively quiet. Location was great, right off I-10. Not a resort stay by any means, but for work it was great

the hotel is obscure unless the sign is lit up at night. we drove right past it. when we finally found the hotel, they didnt have any first floor rooms as i had asked for when i made reservations. two in the party were disabled. then one of the rooms was a smoking room and i definately asked for both rooms to be non smoking. they did change the room […] to non smoking, but i feel i shouldnt have had to go through the hassle. all in all not a great experience at all. i will not use this hotel chain agoan. "Red Roof Inn - Excellent Location"
Despite dour predictions from a friend, I booked two nights at the Red Roof Inn in Pensacola, FL. The motel is conveniently located and easy to find. The room was clean and tidy. Thank you.

The service was great. The staff was extremely courteous and nice. The room was very clean and well kept. The bed was horrifically hard. I was not able to sleep through the night.
Room was ok; however, the beds seemed to have very little support.

The hotel put us in the center of places we needed to go. Only minor annoyance was noise from Interstate 10.
"No bells and whistles"
I booked this room for a concert in Pensacola. The hotel is ok, not super. If I was there to sight-see, I would have never booked that hotel. The front office was a little hard to find and service was ok. The room is the lowest quality I am willing to accept. If you need an inexpensive place to rest your (and expect nothing else), this will work.

this hotel was ok for the one night we were staying. It is in a nice location, right next to I-10 and close to restaurants, only about 10 minutes from base. Our room was ok,..standard room..i gave it a 1 for cleanliness because it looked as if our bathroom had not been cleaned before our stay. There were hairs all over the floor and in the bath tub […] and the toilet was dirty. I decided not to complain since we were only there one night. Other than that it is a nice, standard, hotel. The people were very nice and the rooms were clean. It was kinda hard to find your way in to the hotel. You had to go through the parking lots of other businesses, pass the hotel and then come back around into the parking lot. It was a little bit of a drive to see the friends we were visiting, but we had to find a hotel that accepted dogs and was not […] to expesive. Overall it was a good stay. Les mer
If you want a clean hotel with NO extras, this is fine. Desk clerk on duty was very nice and helpful. Disappointed with no pool, no breakfast, no hair dryer, no microwave; had just the necessities. Location was fine and close to where we needed to be. The mall behind it has been torn down with just three large anchor stores still standing.

the only missing link seems to be no provision of breakfast or any meals in the hotel, which is not a serious issue because you have such great eating places all around the hotel. the staff was brilliant and very helpful.
Cleanliness and Staff was great.
We loved it the bed was so comfortable we did not want to get out the bed it was clean and quiet at night.Planning the next trip.

I was very pleased with my stay at Red Roof Inn. The staff were very courteous, the air conditioning was on so the room was comfortable when I got there. The room was much bigger than I thought it would be. I will definitely stay here again when I return to Florida in August.

The room was clean. On arrival we had a room on the first floor. However, my wife had had a knee replacement recently so the manager put us on thebottom floor which was great. Good sized room. Not much restaruants near by to choose from. We went to the Chinese accross the street. That was good value.

Hotel is close to airport, easy access to interstate, had essentials needed for overnight stay when coming in to town.

Nothing Fancy here, but if you want a nice clean room, with wireless and TV at a very affordable price then this place is just fine!

This hotel was very clean and in good condition. I was in town for a weekend convention and wanted a room close to civic center, without paying a lot. This fit the bill. Convenient on off interstate and clean quiet room. Bed was not the most comfortable, but others in my party were fine with it, so was probably just my back. Everything was good. The only thing that was odd was the fact the lady could not furnish me with a room receipt at checkout. She said that would be provided by Hotels.com. That was not the case in prior stays there. Thank you for the effort you put forth. It was nice.
