"Stille sted, bra hotell"
Utmerket hotell, gangavstand til restauranten Cracker Barrel (bare soft drinks) og andre serveringssteder. Ca 6-7 km til sentrum. Fint for overnatting om man ska ligge nær hovedveiene uten å roe seg inn i byen. Lakrismuseum inne i Lincoln for de som liker det.

"Overall a great stay"
Made reservations as we were driving into town. Called for directions, and Bill was very helpful. Check in was slow. Bill said there was a new computer system, so that may have been part of it. Hubby and two toddlers outside were impatient after 20 minutes of waiting. Toilet ran every minute or two to refill, shower drained slowly, waffles were fresh […] but disappointing in flavor, pool was newly cleaned but too cold to use, issues with the internet so got a late start on the road. Still, got a great night sleep, decent breakfast and shower. For the price, I'd still stay there again. Besides, I gave them the maintenance list, so it should be taken care of by now. Les mer
"Returning home"
On the return trip back home, we decided to stay at BW Crown because of the nice facility and the convenience of the location to the Interstate highway. Great value for the cost of the room.

After a long day of driving we were delighted to find this very comfortable and nicely priced Best Western. The woman that greeted us at the front desk was courteous and friendly. There were warm cookies waiting. Our room was clean and comfortable. We had a great sleep and a nice breakfast in the morning. My husband and I both agreed that we would stay […] at a BW again. "Comfortable, Clean, Convenient"
Had a nice stay in a clean, comfortable room. It's always a plus to be near a Cracker Barrel. Convenient to Interstate 80 and easy access to downtown.

"The hotel was quiet and it was clean!"
For some reason our reservation had the address listed as 610 28th Street. Our Garmin took us directly there - in the middle of a questionable neighborhood that had NO HOTEL! With some investigating we found the Best Western driving down 27th. Then the task of figuring out how to get into the hotel when it is very dark out. I believe some reflector […] type signs would be helpful. ...and MOSQUITO spray - the mosquitos were vicious! It needs some updating - when people on other reviews say "it's a nice, basic, hotel room, no frills" this is entirely accurate. I flat screen TV - updated wallpaper in the halls and pictures in the room that look a tad more modern would go a long way. There were 4 pillows on the bed...but I recommend taking your own if possible. The pillows had more lumps than a bowl of sugar cubes. The towels we had were scratchy and I found 3 washcloths for the 2 of us a bit skimpy. On the plus side......our reservation was accurate and our room was there and ready. The hotel does have an elevator - a big plus with heavy suitcases. Our room was nicely cleaned in the morning (we were there 2 nights) and my cosmetics were left in place on the counter. Even with the girls soccer team staying in the same hotel, we heard no noise in the hallway or between floors. We had a good night's sleep - which is the main reason for getting a hotel room in the first place! Les mer

the only thing I would say is that the neighboring business had there music playing loudly over their parking lot all night long.....very loud and unless you ran the fan in your room airconditioning system, it would keep you awake

"Clean and Well Maintained"
Nice economy hotel - clean and well maintained. Pretty good breakfast. Convenient location on 27th Avenue - easy access to core of Lincoln features - two minutes walking distance from Cracker Barrell restuarant.
Best Western Crown Inn at 6501 N. 28 St., Lincoln, NE was excellent. Rooms clean, breakfast great, staff friendly and helpful, pool and whirlpool looked very clean and well kept. Was a great place to stay.
Hotel was excellent in every way but was just a little bit difficult to find because there were no signs on the highway and it is on a very short street so you have to weave just a bit to get there. Excellent bed and also very good breakfast.

Very clean newer property with a very good continental breakfast that included a couple of hot items. Waffles and biscuits and Gravy.
Was pleasantly surprised by the hotel, considering the amount of money it cost. Would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again.
The hotel was nice, the staff were helpful and very cordial. Pool is a little small but our kids enjoyed it nonetheless. Clean room, breakfast was very nicely done, kids loved the waffle maker and the waffles themselves. Very pleasant experience.

I would not recommend this hotel. The windows were broke and I was unable to lock them. Thankfully I was on the 3rd floor and not worried that someone would break in. The hot tubs was not working and anytime you wanted to get the jets to work you needed to contact the front desk and they had to push some button in the utility room. The fan in our room […] didnt' work correctly so the room stayed pretty much the same temp all night even though we wanted it cooler. The front dest was very friendly and the breakfast was good. "Good people, satisfying hotel"
Good friendly people, clean room. Tucked away, access from the back.. no biggie. 5 places to eat within 500 yards, so walkable. Breakfast is satisfying: waffles, hard-boiled eggs, plus the usual bagels and cereal and juice and such. Pool, but no workout facility (you can get a pass to SNAP offsite). Easy place, happy customer.

i recently stayed at the Best Western Crown Inn in Lincoln, NE. I had only been to Lincoln one time before and didn't not have much to go on related to where the hotel was or its overall state. I don't typically spend a lot on hotel rooms because I will only be in them for a few hours each night. For my needs the price, locale and accomodations were […] more than adequate. "Not a good night."
This hotel is a bit difficult to find an entrance to. It comes off of a back road instead of the highway. My big complaint is the room temperature, which was too warm. I turned on the cooler at the window unit, which came on periodically all during the night, but never did cool the room to a comfortable sleeping temperature. I was driving through literally feet of snow and three mountain passes through colorado on my way to this hotel in Lincoln, Nebraska. I kept in contact with them all day during my drive and they were very accomidating and understanding. I had to postpone till the next night and they were, again, very accomidating when I needed to change my reservation […] within the 24hr cutoff timeframe. everyone at the desk was very helpful and curteous. "Nice hotel for the price"
For the money you are paying, this a prety good place. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was ok., could be better, but it was something that you can have before you leave early in the morning. I would recomend this hotel as ideal for overnight stay for for less money. I would stay there again, if I am in the area.
"Very clean and friendly hotel"
Wonderfully clean smelling hotel. The fact that it was recently converted to totally smoke-free was one of the reasons we chose it. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room/ beds/ bathroom were clean and comfortable. Could have used an explanation guide on the wall for the waffle-maker so we didn't have to learn by trial and error, but food […] was good for a continental breakfast. "Dirty Carpets"
Do they clean (not just vacuum) the carpets? There's a dirt track where people walk. It would seem that periodic carpet cleaning would be in order.

We have stayed here before and the service is consistant. There is nothing fancy about this hotel but it is clean, the service is good and the price is reasonable. They have a pretty good breakfast but don't be late. Sunday breakfast is supposed to go until 10:00 but when we came down at 9:00 is was not only gone but completely cleaned up. The beds […] are firm and the rest of the furniture is older but everything is in good shape and most importantly clean. Les mer
