Jeg bodde her en uke i starten av mai i forbindelse med en konferanse. Det ligger lokalisert på et sentralt sted. Rett ved siden av Wet´n Wild for de som har tid til park. Nær butikker og restauranter. Fint område å jogge i. Svært imøtekommende resepsjonister. Rommene var store og fine, og badebassenget overrasket med sin størrelse og gode fasiliteter. Her reiser jeg gjerne tilbake.

Oppholdet var veldig bra. Hotellet har egen innkjøring med kontroll av sikkerhetspersonell hele døgnet som gjør oppholdet ekstra trygt og godt. Beliggenheten er ideell i forhold til nær sagt alt som finnes av attraksjoner i Orlando-området.

Hotellet ligger like ved flyplassen og gir god service for en rimelig penge. Anbefales.

Synes Crown Plaza er et greit hotell for noen få dager kort.Grei beliggenhet. Hvis dere skal vare flere dager, hadde jeg tatt et hotell med flere aktiviteter for ungene. Og som ellers i Orlando er du nødt til å ha leiebil.

"If you have to be away from home ...."
I recently had to travel to Orlando for a conference at the Orange Co Convention Center so wanted something close enough to walk each day. This is an easy 10 minute walk. The staff was some of the most friendly I've ever encountered staying at a hotel. The room was clean, the common areas were very clean and the eating area was clean and well attended. […] Another member of our party stayed at a competitors hotel to save a bit of money. After one night she cancelled her reservation and moved to the Springhill Suites where the staff made sure her room was right next to ours. I would highly recommend this hotel for business or pleasure as a good value and comfortable accommodations. I honestly can't think of anything negative ... except our air unit didn't work the first night but we were offered another room or repair first thing in the morning. We opted to stay in the room and they promptly fixed it when they said they would. I will stay here again! Les mer

The hotel and room was very nice, and there would be plenty of space for a family traveling with children. It wasn't too noisy, and the beds are away from the hallway. The vanity is separate from the shower and tub, and our room with 2 queen beds also had a sofabed, sink, microwave, and refrigerator as well as a desk. It is divided into a "living" area […] and a bedroom, and each has a TV. The wireless was a bit flaky - we were towards the back of the building on the 3rd floor. I was able to plug in my laptop using a wire and it was fine but tablet/phone/ipod users might be stuck. You had to enter a username and password each time, but internet was free. Free breakfast was crowded but well stocked - the waffle station is separate so don't miss it. Overall very pleased and would stay there again. Les mer
"clean friends poor breakfast"
We stayed in 2 hotels in Orlando. this one you have to drive everywhere then pay to park. pool was warm and good for a swim room was comfy but window doesn't open. air con is noisy breakfast was terrible as was all dried up. apples were however fresh its called Springhill by Marriott convention but isn't close though i am from UK so maybe is close if […] you are US price was ok so may stay again Les mer
"Nice place to stay"
The hotel is a bit dated, in that it was clearly built a while ago, but they've obviously spent time trying to spruce it up and modernize it a bit. Having a "living" space in addition to the bedroom was nice, but there is only a half wall separating the areas. My wife and I were able to hang out, drink a little wine, and read while the kids went to […] sleep, but watching TV wasn't really possible since there wasn't a door to separate the spaces. No big deal, but just a heads up for those thinking they might be getting a separate space. Overall, the front desk was great, quick check in and nice service throughout. The lobby was nicely appointed, very clean. The room was just fine, nice and clean (like I said, you can tell it's dated but they're trying to update it). The beds were very comfortable with nice, crisp, clean sheets. We slept well and the hotel, though, was very quiet. No real complaints there. Breakfast was very good, even with a lot of people, it was easy to get food and there was a good variety (even eggs and sausage). Two waffle stations was nice as well, and the attendants kept everything nicely stocked and were very courteous and helpful. The location is great, just a few minutes from I-4, close to restaurants and a Publix. Only took us about 15 minutes in the morning to drive from the hotel to the parking lot of Disney's Hollywood Studios. That was nice. Overall, I'd stay here again with no hesitation. Les mer

This was a very nice hotel. On our arrival our initial room had a problem with air conditioner. The front desk informed us they were fully booked but would send maintenance up. When maintenance was unable to fix the problem, they found us a comparible room which was great because having a small baby & 11 y/o would not have been pleasant with no air. […] The hotel was crowded but remained quiet and easy to navigate. There is a store on 1st floor which carries everything in the world you could possibly need from safety pins to Chex Mix. Will absolutely stay there again! Les mer
"Near Universal Studios"
The location was about 5 to10 minutes which was perfect for us having smaller children!! We were able to leave the park , rest and return back . The room was also nice and clean!

Really wonderful hotel. The front desk clerk was super nice. The hotel room was very clean and nice. Loved that it had a fridge and microwave as well as a nice living room section. The bathroom was super pretty. Also, the bed was surprisingly comfortable. I have a really hard time finding comfortable beds especially in the Orlando and Tampa area. However, […] with the pillow mattress, it was actually pretty nice. The AC also worked well which I appreciated a lot. The location is amazing. So close to everything. This hotel was great for us. Check-in and check-out went quickly and smoothly. The room was spacious and well-maintained. The room and entire guest areas of the hotel were immaculate. It was centrally located and there were plenty of great places to eat within walking distance. Would highly recommend this hotel to others!

My family and I felt at home. The room is very comfortable. It's Like a small apartment. We Like the way the the shower and toilet are separated from the vanity space. Overall the room is clean, but more attention should be paid on the ceiling fans, the lamps and the tv cables. Showering noise from other rooms above is very noisy. Our stay at Springhill was nice. We are a family of 4 and used the sofa bed. Bathroom and sheets were cleaned. We requested a room away from the elevator because our last stay at a hotel near the elevator was noisy. The breakfast was OK, although there were no tables for us to sit.

"Springhill Experience"
This hotel was great. The staff was kind and extremely helpful. The bed was super comfortable. The breakfast they offered was a nice touch and very tasty! The only complaint I have is the elevators may need maintenance. They were slower than usual hotel elevators...

"Very pleased with quality and value of the hotel"
Check in took less than a minute with a happy, friendly receptionist. Rooms and bed were comfortable and quiet. If I could have any change, I would like a better tv. However the room was a suite and actually had 2 tvs to choose from. For the location and the price were very pleased with this choice. Check out, again took less than a minute.

"Comfortable beds and great breakfast"
Beds and pillows very comfortable. We got two TVs on the suite, which was very convenient, considering we were travel with children. Kids watched TV in the bedroom and adults in the living area. Breakfast was excellent, great variety, and many options to choose from. Had a minor problem connecting to wireless network, but called the front desk, and […] they provided a 24 hour technical support number that fixed my problem in a few minutes. "Wonderful family vacation spot"
We were pleasantly surprised that this hotel was even more than promised. The location is great....close to parks and other commercial locations, but has the feel of being somewhat remote and private as well. The staff is extremely pleasant and helpful. We can't wait to go back!!

i would not recomnd this hotel to anyone. my truck was stolen out of the parking lot overnight. there was overnight security i live 2 hours from orlando and i had to wait for a ride me pick me up in orlando and they still kicked me out of my room for other people checking in even tho my truck got stolen out of there parking lot. they did nothing to […] help me out at all so i will never stay with them again. The only not so excellent part was the breakfast. It was below average. The description of the hotel said that the breakfast was buffet but there wasn't any variety, actually it only had sausage (no ham nor bacon)

"OK for price"
The room was large, but narrow, making it a tad bit claustrophobic. Also, the beds and pillows were a bit lumpy. I was also surprised to find that there was no safe in the room, which is odd, because the hotel is located next to a convention center and a lot of businesspeople were in and out of it in addition to the families visiting Orlando. Not the […] best, but not the worst hotel I've ever been to and would recommend it for the price. Les mer
