Quality Inn & Suites Lexington - Lexington

Vi trivdes på dette hotellet. Helt ok rom. Noe trangt i frokostsalen, men maten var enkel og grei. Hyggelig betjening og grei rengjøring. Vi benytter oss gjerne av dette igjen. Vi overnattet her i forbindelse med at vi skulle videre til New Hampshire.

Ikke et barnevennlig hotel, ville jeg si. Vi ba om rom på første etg. ettersom vi er en fam. på 4 med mye bagasje. Ingen heis på hotellet. Vi fikk ikke rom på 1. etg. Det var ledige rom som fantes. Ellers den lange køen for frokosten, var horrible. Og når du først kommer til frokost buffet, er det usmakelig lite utvalg. Er du ung og er i farten og kan […] tenke deg å stoppe ved Dunkin' and Donut for å spie frokost ( To go ), så er det greit å bo på dette hotellet. Anefaler det ikke til familie med barn. Absolutt ikke. Prisen var grei, men skulle bare mangle ettersom frokosten var så elendig. Les mer

The hotel was nice and clean but there was no room service.It was my birthday and we had the cake delivered to the hotel room but we couldnt even get a knife or forks from hotel! that was kind of a bummer for us that there was no service.

The walls were thin, so we could hear the shower running next door. But otherwise the room was clean and the bed comfortable. Very close to the historic sites (not walkable, but just minutes driving). Only stayed overnight, but it was sufficient for our needs.

Rates falsely advertised. We arrived at this hotel and were told we needed to pay the hotel $25 extra for our small pet. We were told that we could not receive our money back if we decided not to stay. We phoned the front office manager and then general manager Vic. Despite our written confirmation for the agreed upon price with pet noted, Vic did not […] listen to our concerns and frequently interrupted. We are elderly and were not in a position to lose the entire paid room fee or to travel further, so we HAD to pay the extra 25 dollars. We were given a handicapped equipped room which had several lights that did not work, not to mention a mediocre(at best) room. This is no way to treat seniors or anyone. The parking was inconvenient. Had to park down 2 buildings. If you are looking for convenience, there was a nice restaurant close. No elevator so having to take a few trips up stairs with heavy luggage was inconvenient. It was clean.

Hotel layout is inconvenient, inside stairs but outside passageways so you have carry baggage across the hotel from the parking area up the stairs back across the hotel to the passageway. They have the smallest bed pillows I have ever seen.

A front desk clerk Lacey went above and beyond to allow us early check-in and asked our room preference etc. My original reservation was for one night and we were so pleased with the location and the value we decided to stay one more night. I called and was quoted the same rate from Friday, but when I saw my bill a few days later I was charged a higher […] rate. I also complained becoase for some reason on the second night the refridgerator starting buzzing extremely loud and we couldn't figure out what was causing it, but it kept us up for half the night. Again, the room, Lacey and the location was great. I just wish I could have gotten a good night's sleep and that I was charged what I was quoted. I didn't notice it upon checkout because they were out of paper on the printer and they emailed me my receipt instead. Les mer

While I found the service at the front desk to be very good and the people were quite friendly and helpful, the actual condition of the room could use some updating. There were cracks in the sink and the bathroom paint was peeling a little bit. The room also had a musty smell that made it seem less clean than it was. I was hesitant to walk around in […] bare feet, which after a long trip is not the best feeling. The nightly rate and location is good, if you are in the Boston area, and it is easy to get to, but the wear and tear on the room fixtures detracted from the overall experience. Les mer

heating system old and very very loud; no thermostat to adjust heat so you either had it running all night or shut off and froze.

Near enough to where I needed to be on this visit. Booked with only one day notice too. Most excellent breakfast!!! I always look for free parking, free wifi and free breakfast. this place has all three and very affordable too!!

Upon checking in, the front desk staff were not engaging and there were three of them who started going back and forth in a different language, like I wasn't even there. Staff were disinterested mostly especially younger front desk staff. Hotel was noisy. Newly arriving occupants in the small hours of the morning since it catered to coach parties. Noisy plumbing 24 hrs a day led to very poor sleeping. Would not reccomend to friends.

Was very concerned after reading many negative comments but 5 of us stayed for 2 days, in 2 rooms, and were very pleased. Sure the hotel needs renovation but they are currently doing that and the new breakfast area is wonderful. We were pleasantly surprised with the variety of breakfasts items offered. I felt that I was imposing on the reception staff each time I spoke to them. Check-In and Check-Out was especially so and I felt that they were just going through the motions. There was also little help with regards to places to eat or where to visit in the Lexington area. The room was clean, well maintained and provided drink making facilities. The […] bed was very comfy and the furnishings OK, although the bathroom was in need of some TLC. The above, together with the noise from the lorries and coaches that were leaving very early in the morning (before 6 AM) means that I would not recommend The Quality Inn & Suites Lexington as a place to stay. I was not very satisfied at all with the room at this Quality Inn. It was very uncomfortable, old used furniture, not clean and smelly. The breakfast was mostly frozen food partially dethawed. We were told by the booking agent at hotelscom that there would be a kitchenette but there wasn't.. There are "long term" guests in the hotel ie: people living […] there with aprox 5-6 people per room. When I called the front desk I was put on hold and no one responded. The pictures of this hotel on hotelscom are misleading and are not actual representations of these rooms. They might possibly be the business suites but that is not what we were led to believe.Overall a big disappointment. Les mer

We were kept waiting an hour in the lobby for them to get a room ready. This was from 3-4 pm in the afternoon. The desk personnel were clueless and uncaring. I found that the check in receptionist was not very personable. The room was very tidy, the bed was too firm, but the continental breakfast was very good. I was very disapointed that the pool was not open. Overall a little expensive for a one night stay.

everything was good except car need because of the location (i u want to go Boston downtown).. comfortable and good maintained rooms, delicious breaksfast and next door mexican restaurant/bar were what we had in our stay.

I've written directly to Quality Inns. There was dirt on the floor, people knocking on our door and after calling the front desk was told no one was available to check it out. Cleaning people left carts in the middle of the walkway making it difficult to get to lobby. Breakfast was wonderful, but staff was not pleasnat. Won't ever stay there again.

Shower pressure was awful. But the room was clean, bed comfortable. Coffee in the room was terrible, but there was a Dunkin Donuts and Starbucks right down the road. Easy access to the highway.

My room had a sticky/slimy feeling on all of the hard surfaces. The room smelled like it was recently a smoker's room. As there were no opening windows and the heat-pump was kinda wimpy I couldn't get the stale smoke smell out of the room. Didn't like this place at all.

This hotel was disgusting. It was filthy, the bathtub was clogged, and the vanity was sized for midgets. I got a pain in my lower back till today from having to bend over it. I have never stayed in a worse hotel, and I have travelled to several third world countries. The irony of the hotel being called a quality inn should not escape anyone. Even the […] wifi was broken. For a lower priced hotel amenities can be left out but even a hotel without amenities can be a comfortable place to stay. Stay away, far away. First room had broken curtain hanger so you could see into room and a non working air conditioner. As for the second room, we had a cigarette burn in blanket, is it really that hard to get new blanket? Both rooms had dirty tubs or just very old.
