Quality Inn at Arlington Highlands - Arlington

We so enjoyed our stay. The motel staff was warm and friendly. They were very helpful and the location of the motel was perect. We never had to get on the freeway until we headed home. Thank you so much for your sweet kindness and all your help.

no water pressure in the shower and there were lights above the bathroom sink but the switch to turn them on was gone???

My partner and I stayed for 4 days, the hotel room was clean and the bed was a little soft, we only had a problem with the pillows. They were not firm enough. Other than that, one morning we stayed in bed late and requested the cleaning crew come by at a later time. However they did not and we were left to change our own sheets. Each room should have a table and chair. We were told that only the rooms with double beds had a table and we had a king size bed. Even with the big bed there was plenty of room for a table. The only other thing I'd like to mention was that the maids decided to wash the upstairs walkway about 10 am. Why couldn't they wait until after check out time? […] People in the downstairs rooms going to breakfast and checking out had to walk through a soap and water rainstorm!!! Les mer

Location is great for extended or short stay. We stayed overnight on the way to New Orleans on spring break, then stayed there again on way back home. Very nice staff, good hot breakfast. Easy check-in and check-out. Easy access to interstate.

I was in town for a conference and wanted an inexpensive place to stay. This was a good choice. The outside looks run down, but the lobby area and rooms have been updated. The room was very comfortable. Hotel is close to lots of shopping and restaurants. If you just want a place to crash with no frills, I recommend.

All was perfect and comfortable, but we could never get access to the internet and this affected my trip greatly. Hopefully they can address the situation.

The hotel was outdated. Heater in room did not work. Bed felt like sleeping on a rock. Will never stay here again.

Did not expect much considering the rate I paid, but was pleasantly surprised. The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly and free breakfast to boot! We rented 3 rooms for business and it served the purpose well. We did not rent cars but everything we needed was in walking distance. This is a great place for the price. If you were paying $100 a night, it would be a different story. It's located in the middle of the Highlands Shopping Center where you can find anything you want from the famous WILLIAM EDGE SALON (ask for Kelley), food, clothes to even the IMPROV. The morning breakfast is very nice down to the giant TEXAS sized waffles, […] or Texas cake, as my granddaughter called them. The people are friendly. It has a little work to be done in some areas but for the price, this is the second time I've stayed there and I will come back! Les mer

Very clean & nice staff !!

Not only is this a clean, nice hotel, the cost is a bargain! We didn't eat the free breakfast but saw that it was quite a nice spread with plenty of seating.We visit this area at least two times a year and we will definitely be staying here again.

Hotel has perfect location for shopping, dining or bar hopping. Police are always nearby so location is very safe!

Our hot water didn't work, our phone was messed up and the wifi did not work.

Located walking distance to local shops & movie theater. Breakfast was not bad either. Would recommend and stay there again!!!

My father had surgery and the hotel was very convenient to the hospital. The rate of the room was very very affordable and the convenience of the room was just perfect as it was in walking distance of the hospital. I have no complaints. I would recommend this hotel anytime.

The hotel has a great location, next to a shopping center with great stores and restaurants, The hotel needs update, you can see the bathroom really old, the carpet old and dirty, but overall was clean, the bed, sheets and. Towels. The housekeeping people went really early in the morning, around 8 am, and because we Were there, they did not do the […] room, and they never came back, so we had to order clean towels to front desk. Location was awesome. Great price!

It was a great location and near many restaurants for the price. Found a couple of bugs, room needed to be a bit cleaner and had a strong smell.

Overall I enjoyed my stay. The hotel staff was very friendly and the location is great, right on the interstate and surrounded by lots of cool shopping and great food! My only complaint was the bed was somewhat lumpy and the pillows might as well be cheap couch pillows but tolerable for the price.

Everything I needed was provided. All the staff was very nice.

My stay at quality Inn was everything I hoped it would be, I referred other family members to stay as well for the weekend we where in Arlington TX

Hotel in need of updating. Carpet in room definately needs cleaned. Have stayed at this hotel before and it's okay for the price and great location next to shopping and Parks Mall in Arlington. Also, breakfast hours needs extended. Each morning, while stay, shut down at 9:00 a.m. Overall, satisfactory, but will probably book with nicer hotel.

I enjoyed the convenient of shopping, Movie, etc. My only draw back was the old carpet on the floor. Please tell them to vacuum the carpet or change it to something more reprentable. The presntation on the outside was not pleasing, need some cleaning up. The front entrance and lobby does not reflect the rest of the hotel. I would give it a 5 for convenience […] and a 3 for overall rating. Les mer

I booked this room for one of our salesmen and he stated the breakfast was no much at all and could use improvement. Rooms were OK beds werent bad. The lobby looked to be updated.

Great personnel but electricity went off for 3 hours, so much for charging our phones, air conditioning or breakfast.

When you pay under $100 for a hotel, you expect things to be what you pay for, and the Quality Inn was just that. It is not an extraordinary place, but you will get what you pay for, and it is located in a great spot in Arlington - close to The Parks Mall and Arlington Highlands Shopping Center.

I was impressed by the front desk greeting me on arrival. The staff was friendly and i was satisfied with the room. Hotel is in a great place where i was able to walk to many restaurants and bars.

Unless you absolutely, positively have to stay near the Arlington Highlands Shopping Center, please avoid this property. I gave it 2 stars simply because the "motel staff" were genuinely nice folks. Nevertheless, I would not stay at this Quality Inn location again even if it were FREE.
