"Very comfortable, great price"
The room was great. Breakfast was OK, although those egg patty things ought to be banned.

The spring hills mariott in Prescott Az should have given warning that construction was happening outside their hotel. I was woke up at 5:00 am by very loud equipment and was not able to sleep.

Newer hotel, clean. Nice rooms. Pool and hot tub are clean. Just a couple blocks walking distance to Old Town.

"Okay for one night"
I spent a night at the Springhill Suites last week. The hotel was okay. I did not care for the decor of it and it just felt a little warn around the edges. We didn't have the breakfast so I can't comment on that part of the stay. The bed was comfortable and bathroom was large. The "suite" part of the room was very cramped when you walk into the room. […] I just about tripped over a small coffee table. I did find a stray sock in the room which made me wonder how well the rooms are cleaned. The location was very nice. Just a few blocks from Whiskey Row. A strip mall is right next to the hotel so if you want a quick meal or need to pick-up something you're forgotten you don' t have far to go. If I were to return to Prescott, I don't know if I'd return to the hotel. Since I wasn't overly impressed with the place, I might try someplace else. Les mer

a great experience....was unexpectedly surprised by the size and comfort of the room. Close enough (2 blocks) to the wonderful historic part of town and convenient for all other happenings around prescott

"Room was OK"
I've stayed at other Springhill Suites, and would have to say that this one is not as modern as you would expect. It is very clean and no maintenance problems, its just in need of a remodel.

Rooms are enormous. Walking distance to the courthouse and whiskey row. There's a Starbucks and grocery store in adjoining lot.

"Great hotel near heart of Prescott!"
We really enjoyed our stay at the Spring Suites in Prescott. It is walking distance to many great sites! It has a excellent continental breakfast. We would definitely return!
"sierrrasuites hotel...prescott"
Very clean and comfortable...worth the money, although late night, early morning (2am) outside noise,returning guests, not monitored by onsite personnel. We were awakened 3 times before it was quelled,after three calls to the front desk. After a complaint to supervisor in the a.m., she didn't seem too concerned. Bet she got a good night's sleep.

Is a few minutes walk to the historic district, is also located next to a grocery store for needed supplies. Rooms are good size, nice TV and comfortable bed, bathroom is very basic, also has small fridge and microwave, we would stay here again.
This hotel was in a great location, the room was nice,the people I dealt with were nice. The main complaint I have was the breakfast wasn't very good. Lousy selection, cold eggs, etc. I stayed here last November and remember the grub being better.

We chose this hotel because it was within walking distance to the parade. The location was fantastic! The free breakfast was delicious and there was something to eat for everyone! Wonderful hotel. We will be back.

The room had two queen-sized beds, a sitting area with a sofa-bed, a table which served as a desk, two large TV's, a microwave and small fridge. Very comfortable for all travel needs.
The staff was very helpful and accommodating! Very close to restaurants and historic whiskey row. I would definitely stay there again.

I expected a little more with a hotel associated with Marriott. This was no better than your average motel. The location is a plus as it was close to Courthouse Square in Prescott and easily within walking distance.

Staff helpful..suite was quiet. Would only improve the breakfast..waffles were great but eggs were really needing improvement. Are they powdered? Would be nice to have whole grain bagels or bread as a choice. Bed comfortable, room very clean.

Right next door to seedy shopping center with shady characters walking through parking lot. Too bad they couldn't pick up hotel and put in better neighborhood. "Very Accommodating"
We needed a late check in due to a medical appointment. They were very accommodating and let us check out later than most hotels when requesting a late check out.
The room was more than expected for the price. The staff was very nice and helpful.

I often don't take time to review things, but when there is something worth reviewing, I do it! That said, this has been the best hotel I've stayed in. The location was phenomenal. It was in walking distance to the court house/downtown and a grocery store was merely feet away. Yet the hotel was very quiet. The breakfast was outstanding. One reason we […] chose this hotel was because they offered a complete breakfast-eggs, sausage, already made hot oatmeal, waffles, etc. We traveled with our preschooler, toddler and infant and having the breakfast right there paid for itself. The kids loved the eggs and I loved the hot oatmeal. We will stay here again and again. Oh yes-I forgot to mention the hot cookies served every evening. Another bonus for traveling with kids! Les mer

"Good room for a fair price"
I have stayed here four times on long weekend visits to Prescott - internet access, parking and breakfast buffet included - walking distance to Prescott College and town center. I always feel safe in this hotel.
