Larkspur Landing Bellevue - An All-Suite Hotel - Bellevue

The staff was nice and helpful. However we found a bag of dirty linen in the closet. It was nice to have bedding for the hide-a-bed readily available. Great price and nice size room. Close to amenities, and yet tucked out of the way.

Wonderful! Great service. Quiet. Nice breakfast and extra little special things--even fresh, hot cookies ready for us and nice apples when we arrived and later, too, if we wanted more. Kind receptionist--willing to go the extra mile for our comfort! Enjoyed our stay very much and will want to stay in a Larkspur Landing again in the future.

We were there for our 40th wedding anniversary. I was surprised that the hotel did not have any provisions for helping the celebration. On our honeymoon, we received a bottle of champagne and a fruit and cheese basket. For our 25th, we received the same. Don't think this would be a huge expense for the chain. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

Very pleasant. Polite, friendly, helpful staff. Did everything I asked for. The kitchen was immaculate. Everything new and shiny.

This place was a great place to stay. It was in a quiet inside the hotel even though the interstate was several hundred feet away. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very nice and the bed was one of the most comfortable hotel beds I've slept in! A nice full continental breakfast was set out in the morning. The room smelled like the made was smoking while cleaning our room, the hallway also smelled terrible, we used a can of lysol. We asked for an additional blanket the first night and we are still waiting for it a week later!

What a pleasant surprise when we arrived. I had not stayed at this chain before and was so pleased with the overall amenities...Nice lobby and fireplace breakfast area, front desk...etc Our room was wonderful, nice bed and bath, living room with desk ....very comfortable The staff was very friendly and helpful.. I love this hotel....

Excellent service, super clean, friendly staff, quiet location, huge room (and we had one of the smaller ones), nice size kitchen w/full size fridge. Treats in the room and apples in the lobby. Even though near the freeway, just far enough back to not hear any traffic. Lots of parking as you really need a vehicle to get to this hotel and good directions […] as well. Loads of restaurants and stores just 5 min. down the road. I would definately stay here again, just outside of Seattle w/easy access to all the tourist sites. This is a very nice hotel. the building looks very nice and the room was very spacious. it also included a small kitchen. not such a great location if trying to visit the city of seattle. Do not get food delivered. it will cost you.

A great place for a weekend getaway. Me and the wife enjoyed every minute of our stay here.

This hotel is reasonably priced and very well maintained. But what makes it different from the others are the little conveniences they offer to the traveler. The complimentary breakfast is very good and well supplied. Unlike other hotels, wifi is free and it works well, parking is free and underground, and free chocolate chip cookies are avail. in the […] evening. The rooms have a nice kitchenette, tv is flat screen and large, bathroom is spacious, and the beds are comfortable. It is hard to find the hotel from the freeway, so they could use better signs and directions. Use a GPS, it is near Outback Steakhouse. Les mer

Every room has a kitchen a large microwave full size fridge. The complimentary grocery shopping I thought was a great idea. I didn't get to use it being we only stayed for one night. All and all a great hotel for a great price. I've paid twice as much for less of a hotel. I should also mention the bedding was absolutely incredible high thread count […] sheets and down comforter were very welcoming. The staff welcomed us in like we were family. Hotel is very close to Everett & the Cascade loop. The service is excellent & rooms are very clean & comfortable. Finding the hotel was a bit tricky & a car is almost a must since hotel is not close to a transportation center.

We stayed at the Larkspur over the Christmas holidays, a quiet time for business travel. The location is great for Bellvue/Issaquah area, and there's a grocery store a few blocks away. That works well with the mini-kitchen. The room was fine, but we chose the hotel because they allow dogs. There's a walking trail behind the hotel that leads up into […] the surrounding neighborhood which made it easy to walk the dog away from busy streets. Les mer

This is a great place to stay. A little difficult to find but once you arrive you are met by a friendly staff. The room is large for a hotel and very comfortable. Everything is so nice, except the hot tub, the water is too cold!

The room was clean and had everything we needed. The bed was so comfortable with 6 pillows I felt like I was on a cloud. Wifi was fast and they had fresh cookies in the lobby. Would definately stay here again and recommend it!

Very comfortable room with a nice work area. Full sized fridge which was helpful for me as I travel with lots of food samples. My only complaint about the hotel is the elevators are the slowest things ever. Stay on a lower floor if possible.

A bit hard to find but called the desk and were guided in easily. Stayed 2 nights. Friendly staff. Small but comfortable room with kitchen (m/w, stove top, fridge, dishwasher). Decent breakfast. Easy access to freeways. Stores and restaurants nearby although not in the hotel. Would definitely stay again.

It was a nice clean, and cozy room. The staff was great. The only issue was a toilet that quit working in the middle of the night.

Overall good experience with the exception of a window air-condition/heating unit which was so laud that sleeping was nearly impossible. I didn'lt try to get that fixed, I just turned it off which worked for me. forest setting. not sure if building has shifted and settled but the window and door were both out of square and a continuous cool draft came in which was somewhat bothersome but most everything else was acceptable. Would stay here again on the special rate.

I loved the location and the look of this hotel. The staff was amazing and the room was very clean and I loved the layout of the room. The full kitchen was very helpful and I loved that the bedroom was it's own room within the room. The only negatives were that I could hear the people above me and beside me the whole stay. The staff was extremely friendly and the room was even nicer than I expected. A little off the main roads made for a quiet location, though without GPS, it would have been hard to find. Overall, I give it a full two thumbs up!

Very nice rooms and great staff!! Was a wonderful get away for a night!! Great location too! Easy on and off the freeway and a lot of food choices near by. I was shocked that this hotel was as highly rated as it was. It is beautiful when you walk in, but the actual rooms are another story. It is just an outdated EconoLodge with a fancy name.

The location provided a nice get away for my wife and I while being close to the things we needed. The place was clean and quiet, the kitchenette was really nice as we like to bring our own food and keep things simple. We will come back and enjoy it again for sure!

Once I found the location (kind of hard to find even though it's right off I-90) it exceeded my expectations. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room and bed were extremely confortable and it is close to many things. I will stay here again and recommend you check it out on your next visit to East Seattle.

We had a last minute trip to the Seattle area and stayed at the Larkspur Landing in Bellevue. We were pleasantly surprised to find a wonderful place to stay! The front staff were very welcoming and even found fresh warm Chocolate Chip cookies up at the front desk. The room was clean and very modern with a full kitchenette, internet hook up and flat […] screen tv's in the bedroom and livingroom area. The complementary breakfast was okay; juices, cereal, milk, fruit, yogurt. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Easy access off I-90 but didn't make you feel you were on the freeway, no freeway sounds. Les mer

We stayed over Christmas and this property was just what we needed. The breakfast was fine, the property was quiet and we would stay again. My only issue was the lack of good task lighting. Thes staff was very attentive if needed.

This is not a 4 or 5 star hotel but for convenience and price it can't be beat! The staff was better than many 5 stars we've visited. There was a problem with our room and without hesitation or argument the front dest staff handled the situation very quickly and happily and checked back to make sure we were taken care of. The staff at the front desk were very helpful in resolving any issues we came across during our stay. the hotel is close to the I5 making it easier to find our way around an unfamiliar city! Overall we were very happy with the Hotel and its staff!

Very comfortable room situated in a quiet area. Very easy access to 1-90 and 405. Will stay here again.

it's a wonderful hotel, super clean, kitchen is very convenient, wonderful view of the forest behind the hotel, feels like a resort

Great hotel, very clean and nice. Good bed. Decent free breakfast though I've had better (beggars can't be choosers). The only thing is that it is not easy to find in the dark when we checked in late at night. Very close to Nordstrom Rack! We'd stay here again.
