Hotellet ligger ganske så sentaralt. Ansatte ved hotellet var veldig greie og behjelpelige. Standarden på rommet var et røverkjøp til denne prisen. Hotellet hadde også en ganske så rask tårdløstinternett uten tilleg i prisen. Vil anbefalle andre som vil heller bruke penger på noe annet kjekt enn hotellrom å velge dette hotellet, da du får utrolig mye for pengene.

Hampton Inn & Suites ligger sentralt i Buffalo, men det er et stille og rolig område. Nær flyplass og kort og lett veg til Niagara Falls.

Hotell i kort avstand fra fossene. Pluss for at det i tillegg til hotellets egen restaurant også er TGI Friday´s og Starbucks i første etage. Stort rom og gratis wifi, men ikke inkludert frokost. Parkering kostet 5$ men da kunne bilen stå der hele dagene etter utsjekking mens vi var i Canada :)

"The Worst Sheraton"
This is definitely the worst Sheraton I stayed on. Many things in the room were missing or not working. When I tried to complain at the desk, the guy was rude. When I asked for the manager, the guy was trying to skip it by saying I am the desk manager. Finally when I spoke to a young woman who claimed to be the manger. But she had to ask everything […] from the "desk manager". She said that they can't look into every room in a 800 room hotel. I wonder how they manage 3000 room hotels. Les mer
"WORST HOTEL STAY EVER"
from the beginning a horrible stay 30mins on hold trying to contact the front desk before arrival 20 minuntes waiting to check in with no one in line, while waiting listened to Jeffrey at the front desk be sarcastic and just plain rude to guests no information in the room concerning hotel (room service, places that delivered, channel guides) no channel […] guides resulted in my 8 yr old seeing a snipet of porn as we were flipping through the channels called front desk 3 times during stay and only got an answer once, when i asked about the information packet they saiod to come and get it, when i got there the staff at the desk had no idea what i was talking about, eventually one of the staff said they were being redone so the old ones had been removed but the new ones were not ready yet (are you kidding me) all night could hear other visitors, all night, the room across the hall banging on the door cause they left their kids in the room while they gambled at casino, room next door left alarm on that sounded for an hour, heard the rowdy crowds outside as if i was having the conversation with them, only good thing i could say is location and there were multiple hotels just as close they probably cost less and didnt have as many issues. i will likely never stay at a sheraton again!!!!! "bogus parking fees"
Hotel is OK, nothing special, but still OK. However, what ticked me off is how they penny-pinch on things like parking fees. First, the parking next to the hotel belongs to the city and it is $5 per day. They want you to stamp your ticket at the hotel desk, but there is no point doing that because the price is still the same. The only difference is […] that you pay it to the hotel. Worse, when we went there (early April), city didn't bother to collect the parking fee. You would still get the parking pass, but there was nobody at the exit and the gate was always open. However, hotel was still collecting parking fees (and probably pocketing some extra cash on it). When I brought that to the attention of the hotel management, they refused to waive the parking fee and said it was the "policy" to collect them. Of course, when you don't have anything better to say you can always call it a "policy". Because of this attitude, I am no longer doing back to this hotel and I am telling everyone not to go there. What I don't get is how come the hotel management doesn't get that $5 is not worth losing the customers. So avoid this hotel. Go to Canadian side instead and stay there. Canadian Niagara Falls is much nicer, there are more things to do and hotels are much better. As much as I would like to recommend the US side, I can't. If you do end up staying in Sheraton on the NY side, tell them that you don't have the car and just pay to the parking attendant when he is there. You may end up paying less and the money will go to the city instead (and hopefully they do something with that money to improve the city). Les mer

It's an older hotel but clean. The location is great if you want to spend time at Seneca Casino but don't want to spend the money to stay there! I would stay here again because it is clean and convenient and close to shopping and the border. It is nothing fancy, but it is comfortable. There is a TGIF and a Starbucks, which is a good thing. Before I booked the hotel, I checked it out online. The pictures of the hotel looked great. The location seemed fine. When we got there to check in, we waited in a long line in a lobby that was more like a bus station than a four star hotel. "Sheraton at the Falls"
The heater fan in our room was very loud and kept us awake the first night. I asked for someone to look at it and the staff responce seemed rehearsed. The second night was no better At 1am we turned the heat as low as we could( in February) to spare the noise and try to get some sleep but at 5am it had gotten very cold and the heater woke us up again. Staff were friendly and helpful - room heating unit buttons were broken and when heat was turned on - only cold air came through. Room felt damp and musty.

"not what we thought"
from walking into the large spacious lobby, with smoke stinging your eyes should have been the first clue to run! the exaust fan in the kitchen was broken. we asked for a cot when making the reservation, never got it. the dresser drawers opened on their own, and we banged our legs all the time, that was fixed the 2nd day in after complaining. came back […] from a birthday dinner to unmade beds, dirty towels still on the floor at midnite. front desk laughed and sent someone up to clean! we were not informed that bar fridge was available, and used all the garbage buckets for ice. no tub only dirty shower stall. staff advised us to eat elsewhere! $2.00 to call home collect because wi fi wasn't working. this was a birthday weekend + for my daughter and friend. the few good points were walk to the casino, the beds were comfortable and starbucks coffee was great.going back in a few months to shop, won't be staying there Les mer

"Sheraton Niagara Falls NY"
I have stayed here a few times now. Excellent location for casino (right across the street). Rooms always clean, maids super friendly, front desk lets you check in early if your room is available. Will be back!
"False advertising"
The hotel promises both cable television and a work out gym room.....wow. Although the still freely advertise the gym room at the front desk one doesn't exist. When we asked about it, they stated that they no longer have one due to the equipment being old. Also the television in one of the rooms i had had only 5 stations, and the television in the other […] din't offer HBO or many of the channels advertised. Not happy Les mer
No TV - something about in between providers. No work out facility. Closed for updates. Not much else to do there when those 2 things are not working. Don't stay there. Bad experience

"A Great Time!"
Was at Sheraton by the Falls on Dec.23rd. Enjoyed the stay so much, came back with my lady on the weekend of the 7th of January. Very pleased with the experience! closest to the Seneca Casino--easy to get around, minutes from the border, good price, good times. What's not to like about that? "Xmas at the Falls"
If you need a good hotel and are travelling with pets then you should stay here. No hassels at all! We had 2 dogs with us and there was absolutely no problems.
"Hotel across from the Seneca and close to sights.."
Friendly staff, we enjoyed our King size bed and room which was very comfortable, very clean with a good size bathroom.... flat screen TV. We were impressed for the price. We would returna and stay again.

I was looking for a pet friendly hotel, this hotel accept dog , no extra fee, but DO NOT allow me to leave my dog alone in the room, and they do not provide dog care center so my family of 4 has to go shopping with my dog , we shop for 4 hours , each of us has to come back to the car and stay with ours dog for 1 hour. Ha ha what a shopping experience, […] I don't mind if it is summer, but winter ..........., Hope they will set up a Pet car center with reasonable charge. Les mer
"Close to Casino"
Had a handicap home; which was very nice. Never seen a hotel that had a chair for the shower. Great.. Only thing is the bed was to high. Trouble getting in, have to remember a step stool next time. Phone didn't work so couldn't call the desk to ask about breakfas;t or a wake up call. Yes, I would stay there again. Very clean.....

I chose this "named " 4-star hotel for one night stay in Niagara falls. I just don't understand how could they be ranked as 4-star. The room was not cozy at all with out-of-style decoration, dirty carpet, poor sound insulation and loud air-conditioner. To make things worse, we had an internet breakdown and the hotel staff can do nothing about it . Not […] even restart the modem. I won't choose Sheraton any more. Les mer

"Not a good experience"
The customer service was bad .. They made us wait 2 o'clock in the morning .. Parking I had to pay .. The toilet wasn't flushing .. Shower was also old .. Overall too much money ... Not worth it .. Will never go again to any sherton ..

Very nice clean room the girl at the front desk was cranky and did not want to talkthey should tell her to smile once in awhil. Maybe the maid would do a better job than her. The maid all of them were very friendly and happy!!!

"Very Rude staff"
I was very disappointed with this hotel! They failed to inform me that there would be a $50 incidental fee upon arrival. The staff was very rude, the only staff that was nice was the maintenance people. I called the night before to see if the room had a refrigerator and they told me some do, but you can request 1 if needed. Well when we requested 1 […] they told my husband that only the executive suites have them. After arguing we finally got the refrigerator. Les mer

"Convenient Location"
We parked our vehicle and never moved it the whole time we were there. Walked to everything. Bed was super comfortable, and hotel staff was courteous and helpful!

Check in/out staff not trained well! Rude and very short with guests. Also added parking to our bill for our stay and we didnt have a car! Hotel is very old inside and out. Actually outside looks better than the inside. Rooms are spacious but bathroom is small, Bathroom shower floor was worn and dirty looking. A/C & heat do not work well in the rooms. […] We heard others make this complaint as well. The ONLY good thing is the hotel is it is close to everything you will want to see BUT there are several others that are less money even closer. (Days Inn/ Howard Johnson) Best thing about this hotel would be the T.G.I. Fridays in the lobby!!! Oh and this hotel offers NO free breakfast, not even continental. nice room, pleasant staff and helpful. location couldn't have been a short walk across rainbow bridge to clifton hill and a pretty walk. close to casino to. we will be staying again.

The hotel was not very clean, The front desk persons gave conflicting statements. The Bathroom was way to small. If the persons would be a bigger person, they would have trouble in the bathrooms.

Booked this hotel because of the close proximity to the falls. It is right opposite the Seneca Niagara Casino and walking distance from the Maid of the Mist and then walk over the pedestrian bridge to Goat Island and Cave of the Wind. We checked in at around 8pm on 18th Sept. . The check in was super quick and easy.The room was neat and clean. They […] have Starbucks and TGIF in the hotel itself which was very convenient. Open Parking is convenient and just outside the hotel for a nominal 5$. We had packed food from home and on request, they got a microwave to our room for no additional fee. Check out was also quick. Only problem was the during checkout, none of the luggage carrier trolleys were available in the hotel and this was at morning 4.45am. Guess that's just because the guests do not return it back after their use !! Will not mind staying here again... Les mer
