Helt ok hotell i forhold til pris. Rommet noe gammeldags og hadde ikke kjøleskap. Ellers var det rent og pent med 2 gode dobbeltsenger. Fin lobby med en liten bar som ble omgjort til en enkel frokostservering. Betalte ca 25 dollar ekstra per døgn i tillegg for å få hotellet til å parkere/hente bilen i eget garasjeanlegg så ofte vi hadde behov. Parkeringen kunne gjøres billigere ved å hente/bringe på egenhånd.

Bra hotell med tenke på kvalitet, men kjedelig at de skal ha 25 dollar i tillegg for parkering og 10 dollar for WiFi på rommet.

Godt fornøyd med oppholdet. Svært vennlig og serviceinnstilt personale. Romantisk og stemningsfullt uteområde/bar om kveldene. Rent og pent og minimalistisk stil på rommene. Kan anbefales.

"Hilton in Fort Lauderdale"
For me the only negative was no hot tub. Great fitness center for the workouts I do. Good cardio equipment and the right machines and dumbells for a good weight workout.
We had drove from Key West expecting to check in at 3PM We were told we had to wait for the intermet service was down. We waited til 6PM we had been told they would call us on our cell phone or come to get us we waited at the outside cafe/bar. We had to ask the bar-tender to check for us @6pm told us we were set our room was ready, when we got to the […] lobby we waited in a line for another 15minutes. Dirty dishes was left outside our room from prior guests even when told the front desk they still did not remove the dishes. We left by 4:30am for an arly flight. Would had appreciated to be able to check in on time. The best part was the view we had. Les mer

"2 days at Hilton was overpriced and frond desk rud"
We were charged for water in the room that wasn't there when we checked in. Refrigerator did not work, we reported it, no one ever came to fix it. We pulled it out and it wasn't plug in. Front desk was very rude. They ascted like they were doing you a favor to answer any questions. Room was clean and hotel maids were the only employees that were nice. "A nice comfortable place to lay your head"
My daughter and I enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The hotel was clean and we loved the views of the water and cruise ships. The balcony was both nice and large, which we throughly enjoyed. The bathroom was nice though a little on the small side. I loved the large removable shower spray. Because of the cold weather my daughter couldn't go to the pool, […] so that shower head allowed her to have all the water fun she needed. I would stay there again. Les mer
"Hilton nicely situated but too expensive"
I've stayed in less expensive hotels and received much better service. Very expensive to eat in (ridiculous). No shuttle service although it seems that they offer one.Having water taxis and bus services nearby is very convenient. I would stay in the same area again but would try another hotel.

i asked for a rm with a view and got a rm that was supposed to have a view of the pool... , but all I saw were palm fronds. the receptionist was snobby. they had no shuttle to the cruise line across the street, or airport-- that was my reason for picking the location. you were not within waking distance of any restaruants aside from their pricey hotel […] one. the calamari I got at the poolside bar was HORRIBLE. the rest of the staff were pleasant, the rm was very tasteful, and I did make use of the local water taxi, but the other hotel I stayed at while in Hollywood, florida was much much more satisfying for the same price.And it had a wonderful jacuzzi, which the Hilton did not have. The staff was not to friendly at the hotel front desk. I was so excited to take my boyfriend there for his birthday an we paid a lot for one night stay. We couldn't even get towels to take a shower until the next day after we made a 3 rd call to house keeping, they had told us they were out of towels.

An awesome view out our window for all the boats coming into port. Each day we would go to sleep and awaken to a new cruise ship outside our balcony. Truly breathtaking!!!

I chose the Hilton at the Ft. Lauderdale Marina because I wanted a place close to the beach and my friend's house to rest at in style with my best friends! We had so much fun staying there. I wish we'd been able to stay longer! Not only did it feel luxurious, but the beds were comfortable and clean, the sheets were nice and soft and the shower was […] amazing. I didn't not want to get out of the shower at all. The shower heads were awesome! I felt like I was in a tropical rainforest or beachy rainshower. The pool was nice as was the surrounding area. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. I wish I had been able to stay a little longer as my friends and I stayed only one night and we had gone out dancing until the wee morning hours. Though I did enjoy the slumber in the bed, I will definitely make it for a longer stay. Thanks!!! Ren Les mer

"Cruise hotel"
When booking a cruise this is a very logical place to stay.The hotel is clearly accustomed to the needs of cruise guests. Transfers are made easy with cab service so no unexpected delays to the port on departure date. The cost of breakfast was a bit silly. Either way a very nice place before or after your cruise.

Go to another hotel! It was my HONEYMOON and we arrived to the hotel early before check-in, around 10 am. But was told they would call me if something opens up because I was told that they were booked last night. Then we waited till 4 pm to check in and then they made us wait another hour. My husband finally went to them and told them that it's been […] an hour since check in and we have been here since 10 am. ONLY then were they were able to get us a room because He COMPLAINED. But I spoke to other guests who came as early us and they were able to get their rooms in only an hour or so. It was very disappointing and a horrible end to our honeymoon. We had a great time at the Hilton on the marina, great veiw and great food at the restuarant. We had friends that were staying at another hotel in Fort Lauderdale they checked out after the first day and booked in at our hotel. We highly recommend it and we would stay there again.

I don't think we could have enjoyed this stay any more. The location of the hotel was about prfect and we really enjoyed the view, our balcony and the pool. One small drawback was tht food service at the poolside bar/cafe was a little slow but that place is very busy. Everything was clean, modern and confortable.

Our family was only there for one night (two rooms), but it was a great sleep - really nice mattresses and sheets. Its great to be so close to all the beautiful yachts and close to everything. Good buffet breakfast!

Is a lovey hotel..Our room had lots of space and slept four easy..They are lot of cafes and stores near by so last minute shopping can be done..The best part was the hotel was a stone throw away from ship's port. Would use it again and stay longer

"Great Pre-Cruise Hotel"
We stayed before our cruise and were pleased. Taxi from Airport for 4 was about $15, Taxi to Cruise Port was about the same. There is a water taxi stop at the hotel. There is also a Walgreen's walking distance to grab stuff before the cruise. We got a Tower Room looking at the Cruise Port, great to watch the ships leave.

Excellent location - close to cruise port, airport, shopping, restaurants and beaches. Beautiful heated pool in a tropical setting. Pool-side restaurant - delicious food and excellent service. A bonus, rooms have have balconies.

I arrived in hotel at 3 p.m. I could not check in,because my room was not ready. I was asked to come back at 4.p.m. I came back at 4 p.m. and stood again in long line for checkin. Then I was told my room is not ready yet and I must wait another hour. I had no choice and I waited again an hour. Plenty of people in lobby,everybody was nervice already […] because the waiting...IT WAS THE NEW YEAR EVE!!!!! Then a long line again, and when i was finally checked in, it was 5:45 pm. some of the pople working there were not verry nice and the guest were verry loud all night long up and down the hall way pople banging on doors and screaming the food in the china grill was not verry good and verry over priced pople charging things to our room we had a verry hard time with mangment trying to get the charges off our bill after a 45 […] minte conversation with the manger it was taken off our bill . "Hotel was nice, losing my room wasn't."
I booked my room on hotels.com and got a great price. The actual hotel itself was nice, too. The lobby looked very well decorated and the room was very clean and nice. I had booked a Tower Waterway View with a King sized bed a week prior to the night of my stay. When I got to the hotel, the line was out the door, only two employees working and I waited […] 45 minutes before getting to the desk. When I finally was able to hand my reservation to the clerk, he told me almost immediately that my room had already been booked and they had to offer me a room that instead had double beds. I asked if the new room was on the water and he told me yes. I took this room and quickly headed up since I was now late to my restaurant reservation due to the incredibly long line. I was very aggravated when I noticed our view was of the highway and the top of a roof, no water at all. The next morning when I asked the same clerk who helped me the previous night if I can be refunded the difference between both rooms he told me no and that I would have to work that out with hotels.com. Luckily hotels.com was able to refund me MOST of the difference but unfortunately not all of it. Hotels.com was very helpful in trying to make my experience nice but this Hilton hotel was a nightmare, I would NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone who expects to get what they pay for. Les mer
"Room not clean"
The room wasn't cleaned or stocked when I arrived at 11 p.m. at night after a long drive. I complained and they cleaned, but had to wait an hour. After cleaning there were still chip crumbs under desk and cigarette buts on the balcony. There were little bugs that looked like tiny ants in the bathroom. Each day I had to ask for more regular coffee for […] room. They ran out of newspapers. Day before leaving asked if I could delay check-out by one hour and was told "no". I've stayed at other Hiltons and been very happy, but was disappointed for the cost this time. They gave me a voucher for a free breakfast because room wasn't initially clean which was very nice, but not allowing me to stay for extra hour after a lot of inconvenience compelled me to write a review. We returned from a cruise on new year's eve. The hotel was within one half mile of the port. Early check in was no problem. Very convenient to the water taxi for getting around Ft. Lauderdale. Our room in the tower was very clean and well appointed with a great view of the cruise ship port and waterway. The outdoor tiki bar and marina were nice. The […] staff was very helpful. The concierge lady was really pleasant and helpful. She recommended a good restaurant in the area and we really enjoyed her referral. The breakfast was overpriced in the lobby though.

"Worst hotel experience ever..."
After paying for, confirming and re-confirming our hotel reservation for New Year's Eve, our room was given away to another guest after the fact that we called and spoke to the front desk Manager who assured us that we were confirmed. This, in and of itself, was already a horrible way to start the year off. However, this incident was coupled with a […] total lack of empathy for us and the hotels obvious desire to double-book (get paid twice) for a room that was already paid for. While the hotel did make an effort to provide us with a complementary hotel (@ 2:30am) in the morning, this caused us to have to get additional transportation to travel much farther than we had expected and experienced similar horrible service at the complimentary hotel. I was expecting to pay a lot more for a hotel at this location and this level of hotel. The service at the front desk was speedy and the employees are top notch. The room was immaculate with more eminities then I was expecting. Great view of the marina which made a romantic setting for my date and I. Bonus: China Grill restaurant connected to the hotel. […] This restaurant was amazing and we didn't have to walk far from our room to the restaurant. If you want a great hotel centrally located in Downtown Fort Lauderdale I highly recommend this place. The hotel is located in a busy neighbourhood with a lot of traffic, (cars ands planes). Although the hotel is located conveniently to the Ft. "Beautiful location, but surprised by dirty room"
The hotel is located on a beautiful marina, and the lobby area is attractive. We enjoyed walking around the building and the marina with our children. But we were surprised that the room wasn't well maintained -- the floor and counters were dirty, and the toiletries hadn't been restocked. We asked to be moved to a different room and were refused. "Overpriced for what you get"
Bed was uncomfortable and very low to the floor. The sliding bathroom doors did not provide much privacy or muffle sounds and lights. Room is small. Hotel charges for everything from internet to parking. It is close to the cruise ships, so if that is your destination, it would be more acceptable. For someone visiting Ft.
