Dette er tredje gangen vi bor på dette hotellet og kan anbefale det på det varmeste. Ikke noe luksushotel. Men god standard i et stille og rolig område. Ca. 10 min. med hotellets buss ned til sentrum.

Nice hotel. Only problem was a breakfast where the manager got an attitude. Why I do not know. All your other personell were great. If you want top score you have to review her. Pool man in the morning was very helpful and made us feel at a luxury hotel.

Room was right above the laundry room which sounded light a jet plane ready for take off well into the night. View out the window was lovely if you like looking at a wall, roof and cigarette butts. Very disappointed for the price we paid.

A beautiful resort. The surroundings were breath-taking and the staff and service were excellent! The location is not very close to Mallory Square but there was a shuttle to take you. We didn't use it since we wanted to use our own transportation but the roads were easy to navigate especially with the map provided by the hotel. The bathroom drain in the bathtub was not maintained, the water did not exit down the drain very well. Also, the night light on our terrace needed changed. The bulb must have blown out. The air conditioner was loud and keep you up at night. We had asked for a smoking room when we made the reservation but we did not get one. Staff very helpful and friendly any problems we had were being sorted out by the time we had finished telling them about them . Food in hotel very good and pool great . Room clean & amenities and location good

A bit away from Duval Street + we got a room next to a washing machine that was making a lot of noise. Otherwise it was a very nice stay - great heated pool, pretty good breakfast (not the best i´ve seen but good) - large room, great service

Not close to Duval Street, it will be a $20 cab ride to downtown Key West.. But overall the Hotel is very nice, and the staff is great. They do have a Shuttle that takes you around every 30 minutes. So this was convenient.

Very nice stay at property that offers nice Keys experience. Nice pool area and bar, shuttle to downtown therefore no parking hassles, very comfortable room. Away from the downtown wildness but with shuttle very accessible. Will come back

I wish coffee was available all day and not just during breakfast. Not all jets worked in the hot tub. Concierge was very helpful.

This hotel was a true resort. It was out of the most congested area of key west. The pool, bar, food and service were great. The hotel shuttle took you downtown and picked you up on a prompt schedule. When a shuttle was full, the staff quickly got a second shuttle on line. Beautiful Hotel, Average Location - Uncomfortable Bed - Very Good Dining at Reasonable Prices - Ridiculous Parking Fee. The hotel was very clean, as was our room. I would have been 100% satisfied, had it not been for the uncomfortable bed (hard mattress & very stiff sheets) and the outrageous charge for parking (parking should be FREE.....just a "nickel […] & dime" approach to charging its customers. This hotel was absolutely fantastic. The staff couldn't do enough for you. The bed was very comfortable. the workout room was great- a little small if there was more than 4 or 5 people {normally it wasn't} but had treadmill, elliptical,small bike, dumbbells, medicine & stability balls & a weight machine. I thought the location was great. Away from the […] hustle & bustle of Duvall St but not to far. The shuttle would take you to a few places, so that was convenient. If you eat at the hotel.....food was great & the portions humongous. The best thing was their own homemade chocolate chip cookies they will give you daily if you want . Even when we went to checkout, the lady at the front desk gave us a nice bag with quite a few cookies & a few bottles of water because we told her we were going to miss the cookies. I defiantly will go back next year . This was my first time in the Keys and this hotel made it very special. Thumbs up from me.... Les mer

The five days my husband and I spent at the DoubleTree were great, we could not ask for a better hotel for a long weekend getaway. The staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast buffet was very nice and had a great selection. We would recommend this hotel to friends.

the hotel was really nice. the shuttle service was great and the drivers were very helpful. we really loved the pool area. the breakfast and lunch were terrific as well. we especially enjoyed the cookies each day:) it was a nice touch.

Welcomed with the famous double tree cookies! Yummy! Front desk staff Joseph was very very good - friendly and professional! Room is clean. Bed is firm and big. Pool area is nice, plenty loungers and towels.

Our family of five stayed in two rooms for New Years 2013. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of a Doubletree. First of all, the front desk gives away warm cookies at check-in! We had trouble finding a bellhop at the door and ended up carrying our luggage up the steps and onto a cart by ourselves. While not elegant or recently updated, the […] rooms were comfortable in a casual way and clean. They provide a free shuttle to both ends of Duval Street, which is only 5 minutes away. The front desk neglected to tell us that the locations and times of pick up would be changed due to the holiday, but they sent us a complimentary taxi when we missed it by two minutes after sprinting across the island. Actually, running for the bus turned out to be one of the highlights of our trip. The food was much better than expected and pool is very nice and well-maintained. The property is also close to the most active beach on the island. This is perhaps the best property for families who are looking for activities other than partying on Duval. Les mer

They check in our room to another family with the same last name by mistake and took long time to fix it. The manager did not even apology. The room was comfortable and my kids loved the pool area. The breakfast was included and it was pretty good. The location of hotel is not very convenient. It's away from the town where of most activities are at […] evening. They have buses run to town every hour, so you need to time yourself to catch the bus. It's still a long walk to the closest beach, if you have a car, it only takes few minutes there and parking is free. The best of this hotel is that they gives out those cookies and it was SO GOOD! Great breakfast, service OK. Nice rooms. Not an oceanfront location at all, so no ocean facing or oceanfront rooms. Comfy rooms!

This hotel is underrated. i tried to, but i found nothing wrong with this place. The entire staff were superb in friendliness, courtesy, and especially cleanliness. The food here is delicious and served well. I recommend this establishment very highly

I checked in after participating in The SmartRide (a 165 mile bike ride from Miami to Key West to raise awareness and funding for HIV/AIDS). Needless to say I was exhausted! All I wanted was a comfortable bed and good food .... both of which I got! The hot tub was also great, the shower was wonderful and the warm cookie upon arrival was a welcoming […] touch! Excellent hotel for the money, shuttle bus to the downtown area was fantastic, easy to use and very helpful drivers. Wasn't excited by the restaurant, but others may love it. The room was remarkably quiet, especially as it was close to the airport. One can stay here and get away from the craziness of downtown, but can get there whenever you choose.

After a dissapointign start (room with a balcony overlooking a car park) the staff could not have been more helpul to changing us to a balcony view over the pool. The rooms are clean tidy and comfortable but they could be a bit oppressive if you got one of ther back rooms. We went to Key West to enjoy Fantasy Fest and the Double Tree made the whole experience magical. We will return next year and many years to come.

Stayed here during Fantasy Fest. Hotel offered a free shuttle every hour to and from Duval St. Very nice pool area and outdoor bar. Not a luxurious hotel, but the staff was very friendly and helpful and the accomodations are adequate.

We were in key west for a wedding and fantasy fest, from the moment we walked in until we left things were superb, rooms, beds and pillows are more comfortable than my home, quiet, pro, staff, nice pool, free shuttles, great breakfast buffet, everything was nice!! If you have plans to be here you will enjoy it

I have stayed at resort 2/3rd of the price with many more amenities. A small pool and a few palm trees should make up for the fact that is is next to the airport and on the wrong end of the town. The public beach is a mile away.
