Store rene og flotte rom med god temperatur. Døgnåpen informasjonensdesk med veldig god service. God beliggenhet med gåavstand, samt taxi tilgjengelig til enhver tid. Lekker frokostbuffet! Spesielt godt fornøyd med lobby og barområdet hvor vi kunne samles et par timer på kvelden før vi gikk til hvert vårt rom!:):)

Hotellet lå svært sentralt, bare 150 meter fra Sheaperds Bush stasjonen, som ligger på Central line (den røde undergrunnen). Ved stasjonen ligger også Westfield, et stort, nytt handlesenter. Jeg hadde bestillt rom med to enkelsenger og da de ikke hadde det, fikk jeg oppgradering til et rom med kingsize seng. Rommet var stort og flott, nydelige badehåndklær og badekåper.

Veldig hyggelig lite hotell med god service. Veldig behjelpelige med bestillnger til restauranter. Deilig frokost.

Tok bussen (Internationel Express kostet 8pund) fra Stansted til Liverpool Street gikk 10min. veldig lett og finne frem! Muligheter for automatisk innkjekk i lobby. Utrolig god service, vanndispenser med gratis vannflasker er tilgjengelig. Rommet har Ipod docking, flatskjerm TV, En sort boks med tilkobling av HDMI, VGA, RCA og USB, ok bad med dusj, […] AC/varme anlegg med egen justering. de låner også ut reiseadapter til stikkontakt om det er glemt. Ellers ligger hotellet meget sentralt. ligger ca 15min gange fra Tower Of London eller 4min fra T-banen "Monument". Alt i alt for du mye for pengene. Vi er fornøyde og kommer til å velge samme hotell igjen ved neste anledning! Les mer

"Club Quarters, Gracechurch - London City"
Hotellet ble valgt fordi anmeldelsene sa det var reint. Dette stemte bra. Dessverre kan ikke engelskmenn dette med dyne, noe som framkalte en forkjølelse avreisedagen. Teppet på ekstrasengen var også litt for kort. Hotellet var bedre enn hva vi trengte, da vi nesten ikke var på rommet, men det var et bra tremannsrom. Hotellet ligger litt utenfor "sentrum", […] men veldig bra i forhold til tog mot Stansted. Det er også kort vei til flere undergrunnsbaner og sentrale bussruter. Frokosten i resturanten var veldig bra, selv om prisen som ble oppgitt fra Hotels.com burde sagt at den var ikke var inkludert i prisen. Dersom aktivitetsnivået er like stort neste gang vil jeg velge et billigere hotel, men dersom jeg skal jobbe eller bruke rommet mer enn denne gangen, er hotellet å anbefale. Det har en avslappende atmosfære og hyggelig betjening. Hva jeg skal gjøre i London vil derfor være avgjørende for om jeg kommer tilbake, da hotellet er bra, særlig når det kommer til at alt er rent og hyggelig. Les mer

"Bra alternativ i City!"
Jeg er ofte i London, i City, og har brukt Club Quarters Gracechurch ganske mye i det siste, fordi jeg er generelt veldig fornøyd. Det er enkelt, rent, hyggelige folk der, og ligger veldig greit til i forhold til mitt behov (skole). Det er 5 min fra Bank (der du kommer rett på Central line) og 10 min fra Liverpool Street Station. Altså veldig greit […] hvis man kommer fra Stansted. Det føles veldig trygt å gå alene når som helst på døgnet der. Det er ikke noe liv i City i helgen og få ting er åpne, så kanskje andre steder er bedre å bo hvis du er der som turist og ønsker å gå rett ut for å finne et spisested etc i helgen. Les mer

"Greit hotell med rolig beliggenhet"
Generelt ikke som forventet når vi kom inn på rommet. Hotellet er helt greit for et helgeopphold siden man tross alt ikke skal oppholde seg mye på rommet. Svært "britisk" med mye grønt og mørkt tre. Rent og pent, og god størrelse på rom. Vær oppmerksom på beliggenhet i the City. Dette er et finansområde i London som er helt "dødt" i helgene, og alle […] butikker og restauranter var stengt både lørdag og søndag. Det er ca 5 minutter å gå til Bank Station, og da er du 10 mintter med t-bane fra Oxford Street, 15 minutter fra Leicester Square/Picadilly Circus og 20-25 minutter fra Knightsbridge/Kensington. "Comfortable stay"
We stayed at the Club Quarters hotel for a weekend. Friendly staff and the room was clean and comfortable. Close to monument underground on the circle line and also to the Tower. Just across the street there was a nice area with restaurants -only open on weekdays, not Sat and Sun!!(lovely tapas at the Ortega!!). Not an area with lots of things happening […] in the evening.. so if you want restaurants and pubs without hopping on the tube go elsewere.. If you just need a ok hotel and do not mind the tube, this is a good choice. Les mer

Bestemt en mulighed at vælge igen da det ligger godt i forhold til Stansted og ikke mindst Oxford street. Ligger 7 min gågang fra Liverpool street. Meget enkelt!

Only down side was that wireless didn't work. Borrowed a cable off them but wouldn't have worked if I had only brought my iPad.

My stay here was very good. The room was a good size, comfortable and had all the amenities I would expect (free wifi, tv, room service etc). Although the self service checkin was not functioning when I arrived there was always someone at the desk and it only took a moment to check in. The hotel is well placed with Liverpool Street Station being a 10 […] minute walk away and Monument or Bank tube stations being only 5 minutes away. "Club Quarters Gracechurch - Close to London Bridge"
This hotel, while not the best quality for your money in my opinion, was a very suitable hotel and I would stay there again. It is a 10 minute walk from London Bridge and the train station there and is directly on a bus route that is convenient for travel. It is also a 5-7 minute walk from the Bank Station underground. The staff were not overly friendly […] but were courteous and helpful. There is a decent steakhouse and a large pub attached to the hotel with several other nice restaurants and pubs within a few minute's walk. I flew in and out of Gatwick and it was an easy trip to the hotel, granted, it took about 45 minutes via the Thames Link train and bus. A very central location in regards to the sights of London and overall a very good choice if looking for affordable and comfortable accommodations. Les mer

"The Gracechurch Club Quarters, London"
The hotel was very clean, very obviously a business hotel so lots of business features. It had free tea and coffee, free spring water. This was a very nice touch. Our room was a decent size, and the view out to the London skyline was very pretty. The area is very quiet on the weekends with most things including shops and supermarkets closed, also the […] restaurant had limited weekend service so it is wise to plan to eat and cater elsewhere. but all in all I cannot complain about this hotel at all, it was comfortable, pleasant and quiet. Very clean hotel. Suited the purpose. It was a one night stay after attending a show in London. Could be more generous with pillows and a bottle or two of water and some savouries in the bedroom would be a good idea. Reception area rather smalll and uninspiring. Not a very exciting hotel but no complaints at all. It's good enough.

Spent just one weekend night between international flights, but found Club Quarters to be well-located. Just two blocks from the underground, and three blocks to the river between the Tower and London bridges. Made the online reservation for party of 3, but glad I phoned them afterward to make sure they set up a cot for my son; not sure it would have […] been ready if I hadn't. The hotel makes use of automated check-in machines which worked brilliantly and we were quickly issued our key cards & room number. A member of staff was on hand if we needed their help. The room was fantastic and very spacious for the price we paid. A fridge, microwave & tea/coffee facilities were also in the room. Everything was clean & tidy. There […] was no noise from other rooms even though the hotel was busy. The location is superb for the tube. Monument station is about 1 minute down the road. I had a very negative experience at Club Quarters. During the night, I was awoken several times by reception who were ringing my room telephone enquiring; "is there a fire in your room?" Despite assuring them there was definitely no fire and that I had been sleeping for several hours, a member of staff proceeded to knock on my door and disturb further. […] I was awoken again the next morning when a member of the cleaning staff barged into the room. My misery was compounded at check-out when the lady at the desk claimed that the alarm was probably set off by a "hairdryer." "Good location"
The location was really good. Close to Liverpool Street Station and two other underground station so it was easy to get around in London. The room was small but clean. Clean bath room. Check-in and check-out was handled by machine and was fast.
"Great value for money and location"
5 minute walk from the tube, bang in the middle of the city. Room was modern and clean with nice bathroom. First time I've used a self check in system but was really easy and there's someone there to advise if you need. Can't comment on the bar, restaurant or other facilities as didn't use them. Will definitely be staying again.
"Average London business hotel in the CIty"
The Club Quarters Gracechurch seems rather 3 than 4 stars by international standards as decor and interior in rooms are rather outdated and not contemporary anymore. Bathrooms are rather small and simple. Inhouse-soundproofing could be improved, however if you have a room not facing the street, you don't hear any noise from outside at all. Comfy beds […] though. Being a Londoner myself I think the location is great. Sure, being in the heart of the City the hotel's neighborhood is mostly offices. However, with the major tube lines being only a 5 minute walk away (bank and liv st.), you'll get to anywhere in Central London really quickly. All in all, the hotel is okay for a night or two, but there are better options nearby for a similar price. Les mer

This hotel is centrally located in the financial district, and thus oriented very much to the business traveller, with a well-equipped room and excellent high-speed wi-fi throughout the hotel. The proximity to public transport (Monument & Bank Tube and DLR stations) make it very convenient for getting around, and the friendly and helpful staff make […] it very pleasant when you return. Weekend stays present some challenges as most surrounding shops & restaurants are closed, requiring a longer walk (towards Liverpool Street station or into town) to find shops open). "Perfect for city slickers"
Other than the zillion road works going on in London and slap bang outside the hotel... Once you've negotiated the road closures and diversions you will not be disappointed with the friendliness of staff on hand and facilities available. We were travelling by car, which wasn't an issue at all... parked up.. checked in.. car park only a 10min walk if […] that... but will cost you £30 for an overnight stay.... but if you're driving in London you've got to expect to pay... "good location, terrible sleeeping komfort"
We had a certain expectation on a 4 star hotel but this hotel did not meet our thoughts. The room was very small dark and warm. When you turned on the AC it made noise like a Boing 737. But on the other hand side you couldnt sleep anyway because the beds were stone hard and the pillows was probably made from stone. Good side was the front staff!!! Breakfast […] was twice as normal price. Just walk 5 min and you save lot of £ if you are a family. We didnt....... we ate in the dark cellar and paid rip of prices. cant recommend this hotel if you want to sleep.. Les mer

Great location, within 5 minutes of the tube. Really clean and comfortable. Very helpful, attentive and courteous staff. From the moment of arrival, we were made to feel very welcome. Nothing was too much for the staff. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Lovely room, but a bit cramped for three people. To the hotel's credit, they showed us 3 more rooms, but they were all about the same size. The cot for the third person was not very comfortable. However, the lobby features a wonderful free espresso machine and each floor offers complementary chilled bottled water. It was a nice touch. The location in […] the financial district would be perfect during the week, although a little quiet on the weekend. The pub next door, Crosse Keys, was great value, fun and not too expensive. "classy hotel & good location even for tourists"
The hotel may seem a little out of the way for tourists but it's actually a great location, especially for anyone who already knows London (but has yet to explore the east end, Southwark, etc). It's true that the immediate area is rather dead on weekends, but you'll find shops & cafes open around Liverpool St station, and there's a terrific Indian restaurant […] (open Saturdays, not sure about Sundays) around the corner from the hotel. Our room was modern, bright, clean, and perfectly quiet -- only quibble is that the bathroom did not have a proper door, and that un-proper door opened about 6 inches away from the side of the bed, meaning that you had better be sharing the room with someone from whom you have no secrets. Much appreciated: tea & coffee-making facilities in the lobby and a water cooler with bottles (rather than cups) on the landing of each floor. Les mer

My quest was to find a reasonably priced hotel close to central London that wasn't a complete pit. Club Quarters ticked all those boxes. Location, decor and cleanliness was all excellent, especially given the price. It's around 5mins walk from Bank tube station. The room was adequate for what we needed: a bed and bathroom for one night while we spent […] the weekend sightseeing. We were allowed to check-in early when we arrived, and they held our baggage when we checked out for no extra charge - very helpful for us. We didn't eat at the restaurant so I can't comment on that. My only niggle was that checking in and out was a little chaotic as the reception area is a little small and can be frustrating when it's busy. They did have automated check-in booths, but I just think they could give more thought to how it's laid out. But only a minor point. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone needing a decent room for the night. Les mer
