Veldig bra hotell med kjempefin beliggenhet. Hyggelig, rimelig. Vi fikk mye mer for pengene enn vi hadde forventet.

Vi er en familie på 2 voksne og 2 barn (4 og 7 år). Hotellet passer fint til barnefamilier. Selv om Bourbonstreet ikke egner seg for små barn, er hotellets location perfekt for de som er voksne nok til å nyte utelivet. Hørte ingen støy fra Bourbonstreet, selv om denne ligger knappe et kvartal unna. Hotellet har veldig enkel men god frokost. Uteområdet med badebasseng er veldig fint. Rommene er greie i str. med veldig hode senger. Savnet litt mer info/brosjyrer på hotellrommet, ellers er vi veldig fornøyd med vårt opphold her! Veldig hyggelig betjening.

"Convenient location"
Nice old historic building. I paid all in advance but was surprised to get a $30.00 bill at check-in for "use of business office, wi-fi and exercise room". Check-in staff with attitude. No pool. Breakfast was very minimal-cold cereal, coffee but no bagels. AOL was blocked on sole computer so I could not check mail for three days. Room was clean and […] well kept. "Great location"
I was in New Orleans meeting up with some friends who were attending a conference at another nearby hotel. I chose the Queen & Crescent because the price was right and it was close to where everyone else was staying. Though the rooms were small, the bed was comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location was very convenient...a short […] walk to the French Quarter, Harrah's, and the Riverwalk. The only BIG problem was that when you arrived the hotel wanted to charge an additional $9.95 Per Night for wireless and telephone services. This is never mentioned prior to the stay and it doesn't seem to matter if you need or will use these services they still want payment. This is not the correct way to operate.
I now know, as you will too if you go, that the previous reviews that include terms like "old, broken, filthy, short-curlys, & bartender is a donkey" are correct.
"Convenient, nice hotel- small rooms"
Nice hotel, not real close to French quarter, but right off of canal st so that puts you close to the casino, aquarium, I-max, insectarium. Only a short trolley ride to the quarter. Rooms are real nice, but small, could be cramped for family staying in one room.

well, our stay was less than satisfactory. When we finally checked in, much to my dismay our room safe was out of order. Upon my insistence, we are assigned another room! after sleeping one night, the sheets had come off the bed: much to our dismay there were old blood stains along the side of the mattress. Oh, and when we arrived on Thursday, the vase […] on the table in the foyer on the 6th floor had dirty flower water in it, but no flowers. I saw beautiful fresh flowers in the lobby vases. When we checked out on Sunday, the same nasty water was in that vase! Even tho I had told the front desk about this on Thursday. Guess it is just easier to do nothing about it. We were satisfied. Very nice room. We were initially placed on a non-smoking floor, but the room had been smoked in. We were easily changed into a slightly nicer room. There is pay (coupon on the dash) parking in an adjacent public lot. Breakfast was typical motel -- but we did not expect more. Plenty of places to dine nearby. "Convenient location sums it up"
It started off bad when I walk in and they charge me $90 for ammenities. This includes $30 per day for valey, (good luck finding alternate parking if your not from there) then the rest includes a continental breakfast (cereal, and toast). The location was good, again that sums it up

"Awful Housekeeping Staff."
Hotel was nice in that it was close to everything, however I found communication to be extremely difficult. I left a very special jersey there that my girlfriend had made for me less than a week ago. It took me 4 phone calls on separate days and one message after another to finally get through to them. They didn't even call me back, I had luck the 4th […] time. Only to which they told me that "nobody turned anything in." The fact that I know it was sitting on the chair when I left with a lack of concern with the housekeeping staff will make me and should make you think twice before staying here. When I pay for a hotel I want to be paying for the room and at least decent customer service. Les mer

Hotel was clean, great location, room comfortable. Queen & Crescent Hotel did not have room service. A litter bite to eat is a good cap-off to a romantic evening.

I dislike the amenity fee extra which was not especify when I book the room. Another extra 50$ for the stay I was not expecting. Also the receptionist ( a male) was not cordial and did not indicate where my room was located since the hotel has 2 separate buildings I went to the wrong one, main building since I was not aware of it. "Great hotel near French Quarter and Uptown"
Great hotel, I will definitely try to stay there again.
Close to the French Quarter. The room is small, there is little space in the bathroom for toiletries. We went out for breakfast. The desk staff was helpful after a bad start.

"Servicible, but barely"
Quite unhappy overall. We were put in the secondary location across the street. The room was miniscule--cracked sink--broken hair dryer etc. At one point, we needed some housekeeping at about 2:30PM and were told the single person staff had just gone home. "walking distance to important events"
Bed was uncomfortable, sheet did not stay on bed. need fitted sheets. Everything else about the room was excellent. Room service was really good and speedy.The location was convenient to shopping and restaurants. Walking distance to everything I desired including the Casino. The continental breakfast was ok, needed more fruit,.

"Convenient Location"
The room is fairly small, but we were only in it to sleep. It's conveniently located within walking distance to such places as Harrah's, House of Blues, Sunray Grill, and local bars. Not our first time staying here, and it won't be our last!

"perfect place for me"
The staff was great...helpful. Great location for me minutes from Harrahs & French Quarter on foot. Room clean and comfortable. Newer TVs would be nice. Overall...great place.
"Last stay in Louisiana"
New Orleans was our last stop on our trip through the south to play golf and relax. We were happy to be able to see the "French Quarter Festival" on its last day and the hotel was a perfect location. We were given rooms in the building next to the actual hotel and that was fine except the key to our room most of the time didn't open the door to get […] in. Staff was very friendly but our room had issues. All of the lamps were broken or bent but the kicker was when when you turned the shower on there was an extremely loud growling in the plumbing. Should be on the low range price for the room.

The room and service were nice, pretty small rooms, lol, (the baggage cart would'nt fit into the room) and the "continental breakfast" was pretty disappointing with toast, cereal or muffins..milk, juice or coffee. but all in all room was clean, hotel was nice and customer service was good.

The front desk staff were rude and not very helpful. My room was cramped and uncomfortable. When I requested a room change, I was offerred a room in a separate building which was extremely old and the lobby smelled like mildew. I love the structure of this hotel and all the original crown molding and granduer, it is beautiful, but the rooms are very small and not a good fit for a family. We asked for queen beds and received full beds. King and queen beds are not available.

This is the cheapest place we could fine, so it was fine for the price. However; if you want quality, then pay a little more somewhere else.

This hotel is right on the edge of the French quarter and is significantly less expensive than the surrounding hotels. It rates "fair" on the quality of the hotel but it was more than adequate. Don't look for great service, luxurious bedding and towels, or the other amenities provided by some of the nicer hotels. "Queen and crescent"
Just know that you have to pay a $9.95 resort fee... (which is standard so close to the quarter) BUT you have to pay for valet parking (over 20 a day) I would recommend driving past the hotel on camp and there is a parking lot that allows overnight visitors for under 20 a day. Friendly staff, quickly accommodated needs, good breakfast in the Napoleon […] room. Literally a 5 minute walk from bourbon, the river walk mall, and harrahs casino! Great stay! Les mer

Our room was not cleaned, the night front desk staff were unaccommodating and rude, housekeeping couldn't remember there were three in the room and we were constantly short of towels and cups. The "Continental" breakfast was very limited and poorly stocked. There was a mandatory "Amenities package" we were informed upon check in that we had to pay for […] that covered the exercise room, business center, and Wi-fi. The Wi-Fi worked inconsistently, the business center was an outdated computer, and the exercise room we never visited. We will not be returning to this hotel again. Les mer

"The Queen and Cresent in New Orleans."
Well it wasn't a good night sleep at all. The room was very small, bathroom was tiny. The beds were very small. Not any room to move around what so ever. I wouldn't stay there again. They also charged $32 a day for parking plus and extra $10 for some mandatory hotel for long distance calling that we never used. Breakfast was horrible. So for two nights […] it costed an extra $92 for parking. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Stay away. I thought I was getting a good deal but I was sadly mistaken. It was a major ripoff. Trust me don't stay here. Towels were rough also. Nothing was nice there. Les mer

Loved the Queens Crescent!! Friendly staff and within walking distance to the French Quarter and all the attractions. Beds were very comfortable too.

Only thing this hotel has going for it is location. We were on the 12th floor and were awaken every morning and once in the middle of the night but loud vibrating pipes. We were told upon check-out that they knew it was a problem. Really! Then don't put people in that room. House keeping was terrible; rooms not clean, beds not made properly and sometimes […] you got towels and sometimes you didn't. A horrible experience at this hotel.
