My 7 and 4 year-old kids loved that they got a bunk bed to share, rather than a queen bed. It was nice that they got their own room, or that we got ours. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was nice with a lot of choices: cereal, yogurt, pastries, hot waffles, sausage and eggs, etc. The pool was a great temperature and clean, though the lounge […] chairs are getting a little run down and grimy. It was nice that they provide towels by the pool, so you won't have to waste the ones in the room for the pool. Front desk staff was super friendly. While we didn't go to Disneyland (we drove to Knott's Berry 15 minutes away), it is a block and a half away, so you could very easily walk there with a stroller. Will probably stay here again since we come down frequently to visit family in Long Beach. Les mer

Great hotel for the price, room was huge with refrigerator, microwave, sink, separate bedroom, couch, kitchen table. Great for families. Very close to Disneyland and Convention Center. Staff was very friendly, room was very clean and close to shuttle pickup, and close to many different types of eating places. and walking distances to Disneyland. Continental breakfast was good.

The best part was the bunk beds for the kids, My kids did not fight over the beds it was awesome. The Anaheim Resort Transit was right out front of the hotel and it was very handy to Disneyland

It will do the job. Like the kids suite for accommodating our whole family. Parents "queen" bed is strangely small...

The family suite worked for 4 adults and 2 toddlers. The breakfast included some hot items and a nice selection. The convenience to the Toy Story parking lot with free shuttle to Disneyland was perfect. We have family passes so that Disney lot was free. We would stay there again.

It was very easy to book the reservation. The front desk staff was very nice and friendly, the room was very clean and the bathroom was clean too. Even though we only stayed.one night we enjoyed our stay. I would definitely stay there again.

We paid for our room and we stayed 3 nights and the second night we found bed bugs in our beds. So all they did was move our room. No compensations. Didnt appoligize and comp us for a night or two. The worst hotel stay I have EVER had!

We needed an early check in which the hotel graciously gave us, but charged us for. We checked in our room and it was not what we reserved. I called the front desk and was put on hold 3 times. I was told that they did not have the room type I reserved ready yet. After getting the run around for 10-15 minutes, we finally were cleared for another room. […] (no early check in but still charged for it per the other room) The second and third night of our stay we were fortunate enough to stay with 4 charter bus loads of teenagers that had complete disrespect for any other guests in the hotel. They were loud, rude, and completely unruly. The hotel staff did little to fix the issue. From 9pm-11pm each night and 6am-8am each morning... it was complete anarchy. Last but not least... Parking.... the lot is small but even more so when it has 4 buses and a penske rental truck parked opposite the parking stalls. The front desk's solution was to double park the cars behind the others and keep the keys to move them as needed. AAAGGGHHHH. What a mess! Les mer

The parking slots are too tight and there is no enough parking for all the rooms during the week end Also check in time is 3PM, that's not good

Stayed 5 nights here. Kids loved the bunkbeds and their "own" room. The kid room is nice-sized with bunks, and a pull-out sofa bed, large closet, the sink and the bathroom. Also TV and dresser drawers. However, the parent/family room is quite small - not really any "maneuvering" space to walk around in. Has the Queen bed, a small table/desk, nightstand, […] fridge/micro and TV. We bought own food and used the fridge/micro 4 of the nights, so came in handy. It worked for us (we had 2 adults and 4 children) - got it at a great discount price on hotels.com phone app. Little longer of a walk then we had anticipated -truly is a 15-20 min walk, and we are brisk walkers (timed it at 18 min almost every time). It was nice though to have that time to chat about our day (unless it is cold and rainy - like our first day!). Service was great - very friendly and PROMPT cleaners (almost too prompt) - we were interrupted twice very early (around 8 a.m.) for ladies to clean. Also, they went in and cleaned the room of the people down the hall while they were at breakfast. That family was a little surprised to see cleaners there when they hadn't even left for the day. The rooms were always very clean and fresh when we got back. So, maybe put a "don't interrupt" on the knob (if you can find one -ask at desk). Front desk staff friendly and helpful - let us keep our van parked there after checkout the last day so we didn't have to pay parking at Disney. Breakfast - good variety (donuts/pastries, waffles, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, cereals/oatmeal, oranges/apples, juice, coffee, hot choco, scrambled egg pattie, sausage, bacon, bread/breakfast buns) Pool was nice temp, very small hot tub (5 person). Enjoyed the stay - for that price, would stay there again. If not, would stay closer to Disney. Les mer

I thought it was a excellent hotel the price was good and the hotel was better than my expectasions. I was satisfied and would definitely go again. The only downside the breakfast room is a little small and gets crowded. But dennys is a walking distance, not far at all. And theres shuttles that take you to disneyland.

I loved everything about this hotel, except for the parking situation.... It close to Disney and shopping and dining... I would stay there again...

We had such an awesome time in Disneyland, without paying for an expensive hotel. Way convenient, only a mile or so from the park. Some people say a 15 min walk, but we paid for the shuttle service. The only complaint we had with that is that they took longer than they said they would. There is a number to text and it would say for ex: 10 min. but it […] would actually take 25min. Aside from that, it was great. there was a gift shop downstairs which is where you buy the shuttle tickets and was convenient for a few things we left at home. We actually bought a few shirts there too. DL shirts are like $50. NOT exaggerating. We bought a similar DL shirt at our hotel for like $15. Seriously, very nice. Breakfast was awesome for a continental. Hot eggs, Sausage...lots of muffins, cereals, waffles, pastries etc. Staff was very friently and helpful. They even came upstairs to unclog our toilet. Always said good morning and were very pleasant. Bonus: We lost one of our card keys which made me panic- thought i was going to get charged for it. I explained to the manager that we couln't find it, looked everywhere and he was very nice. Said not to worry about it, no charge. As far as state of hotel, we had the suite with bunkbeds, and sofa bed. Sofa bed was a little old, meaning it was starting to get flat, and there were a few minor cracks in baseboard and tile in bathroom, but who cares? It was comfortable, very clean, safe and we were only there at night anyway, so I highly recommend it. Spa was nice. We were able to see DL fireworks on the first night from the pool. All of our kids enjoyed it: They are 2, 5 and 17. Best vacation ever! Les mer

the hotel was nice, I wish it were a little closer to disneyland. parking on the other hand, was not available. I had to leave my car keys with the night clerk, and pick them up the next morning. Thank goodness the parking lot was small because I had to look for my car the next morning after they moved it.

Family suite was great for my large family. Clean and comfy. Breakfast buffet has something for everyone. Parking could be better.

This is an older facility. Carpet looked original issue. Stayed on the 2nd floor. First morning I thought someone was in the room on a cell phone - they were in the next room. Door and window seals are non existent - you could hear all the activity outside as clear as a bell. Parking is tight. Pool and hot tub in the shade by afternoon in December. […] Good continental breakfast - they added hot egg & sausage to the waffles/donut/fruit etc. Staff was great. Good 15-20 min walk to Disney main gate w/ 3 intersection crossings. A few stores & eating nearby and on the walk to disney. We'd recommend this place - just realize that it is 2-star and noisy. Cons: The parking was a bit crazy. People were parking behind other cars because there wasn't enough room. They add on a $10 parking/Service fee that they don't tell you about before. Pros: The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is right by a Disneyland parking area so you can just walk over there and take the bus to Disneyland for free. Good […] breakfast. This Hotel is not too far from Disneyland but I wont say its walking distance. You can take bus from outside but service on this route is slow. The package deal is good as Internet, parking and Breakfast is free. If you are on a budget, this is a good place to stay but if you can spend extra money you can find Hilton or other hotels little bit far from […] Disneyland. Les mer

I took my son to Disneyland for a Christmas surprise and chose the Bestwestern for our hotel. The service was great and my son loved the pool and the free breakfast. Great location and reasonably priced. We look forward to our next stay. Thank you to all the staff, Merritt.

Its close to disneyland however it's got a lot of noise What can you expect when kids are staying there. Parking was horrible but they try very hard to work with you on it. They are redoing the parking lot so that should help some. The room was great with having the kids bunk beds and pull out soda very convienant overall it was a good stay. We are passholders and this hotel is great for when we want to stay overnight. It's right next door to the Toy Story parking lot. If you get there late the parking lot can fill up but the staff is good about maximizing the space. Good breakfast selection too.

I would highly recommend this hotel for anybody wanting to be close to Disneyland and get a nice, comfortable room at a great price. You can't beat a family of four staying in adequate living quarters and having a Free Breakfast and then walking to Disneyland for the day. I am the type of traveler who stays at 4 & 5 star hotels when I want to use the […] hotel for it's amenities, but when you know that you are not going to be in your room or at the hotel for a long period of time during the day, then this hotel was PERFECT!! The housekeeping did not do our room and there was not a log with a do no disturb sign notice on the door, in fact the clean room sign was hanging on the door. I called the front desk in the afternoon and told them that the room needed cleaning and when we got back to the room at 11:00pm the room was still not cleaned!!! Not happy!!! We had some one […] sick and the room needed to be worked on. They did bring clean towells and would have done more if I insisted. Next would be the parking at the hotel.. the spaces were so small it was hard to park a mini van without taking up 2 spaces. Many cars were double parked and parked in places where it was marked NO PARKING. The breakfast area was not large enough for everyone to sit and eat. You had to take the food back to your room. I was very paranoid when it came to picking a hotel for my recent Disneyland stay. I finally made my choice for Best Western and Raffles in and made a great choice. It was only about 3 blocks away from Disneyland on the main strip (about 15-20 minutes walking) with good scenery. The hotel was very clean. A little small, but was only in the room at night. […] The contiential breakfast was great. Muffins, donuts, juice, cereal, waffles, coffee, Ect. I would definitely stay here again for the price ! We stayed for 4 nights, we had to queen beds and a sofa bed, the sofa bed needs to be replaced, the springs were not connected and it was not comfortable, the beds were great, the room very clean, the a/c and heater worked great, the shower worked but didnt have much pressure. The TV's work, the kids enjoyed the pool, they had breakfast included, laundry […] room on site. The customer svc was great, very nice and helpful. Over a wonderful place to stay, 2 1/2 blocks from Disneyland, on the same road Harbor Blvd. Eatery's all around, grocery store maybe 1 mile. Please stay here for the price it was wonderful. with very few exceptions. Les mer

We picked this hotel because of the great rate & the Kid's Suite. The front desk staff was super helpful & friendly- even let us check in early which was a huge help. Room was laid out very neat. Our 4 & 10 yr old enjoyed their own separate room & the bunk bed. You can fit 2 more people in that room as the couch folds out to a bed. Game console was […] on their TV. Plenty of closet & drawer room. Front room had a microwave & fridge. That helped us save money. Plenty of cheap food delivery available so the fridge was great to have. Bus stop right in front- get an all day pass & save money. Our little guy got tired easy, so it was nice to be able to just jump on the bus/shuttle & go back & forth throughout the day. Walk is maybe 15 minutes / 2.5 blocks. So if you have the energy, walk it. Gift store on site for snacks & souvineres. Pool & hot tub has clean towels- not soft, but still nice to not have to use your bath towels. We watched the fireworks from the hot tub for two nights. Parking wasn't bad on weekdays, but can get tight. Continental breakfast wasn't bad at all. There's an employee on hand re-stocking & cleaning. Next door to a Denny's. One block walk to fast food & convenience stores. Target maybe two blocks away. We stayed M-Thurs & very much enjoyed our room & the location of the hotel. Staff was always friendly at the hotel as well as gift shop, even when my 10 year old asked to borrow a screw-driver to open a toy he bought. Only problem was "fellow guests" who took a lot of breakfast to go, or those would can't park right w/in the lines making spaces harder to fit in. I will start with the con's. We did arrive at 11am and our room was not ready, I was told to come back after 3pm but we had a guest that was not coming with us to Disneyland. I thought the receptionists should of tried to accomodate us and give us a call when a room was available. The receptionist told me to keep calling. At least they let us park there. […] Our other guest called and a room was ready within a hour and a half. The beds were not that comfortable but when your that tired, it will do. Also, I went to purchase the shuttle tickets and I paid for a child ticket and you pay for 2 and over and my daught was not 2 also, I was told a different bus number to take to disneyland. A bus came (it was not the number told) I asked the driver and they said yes we can take you disneyland. The pro's, shuttle was convient and didnt take long to wait, Target down the street, breakfast was good, room was clean. Cleaning crew did a excellent job in cleaning the room, I left a tip. We had the family suite for 3 nights and it was so quiet, beds comfy and the tub large. Very clean and nice staff. No fan but we survived. Would stay again.

Robert was extremely helpful! The hotel itself was clean enough with friendly staff. The beds were a bit uncomfortable and the floors were pretty dirty. The parking situation is horrible if the hotel is booked. Other than that the stay was pleasant and it was located very close to Disneyland. If you need to do laundry its better to go to a laundromat […] as the dryers at the hotel don't really dry the clothes. Les mer

I read so many reviews before we booked our stay and I was a little worried. But I loved this hotel and will stay there again. Save your money and stay here so you have more money for gifts and food!!

This hotel is perfectly placed in the center of all the action you want in Anaheim and a short driving distance from allt he rest! The hotel is very helpful and you can purchase passes and addmission to various attractions right there! The price is right, the rooms are cealn and comfortable, and I highly recomend this for your next stay!

We stayed here on a Disneyland trip so the bus stop right out front was a big plus! The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and the hotel was quiet. I will definately stay here again.

One of the best hotels I've stayed in. Everything was better than the fancy hotels that charge you for everything. The room was clean, large, comfortable, and had a fridge and microwave with a double sink in the bathroom. Perfect stay!

My sister & I had a wonderful time in LA! Sighting, Playing, Eating & Shopping. After we left the hotel, I noticed that I left my new shoes (Purchased at Beverly Hill) under/near by the bed, so I contacted the hotel. They said “No shoes at all" :( Well... I saw them and I left them. Where were they? They don't have legs, so they can't go anyway from […] the room! Am I wrong? Please make sure not to leave anything valuable. What can I say...? But Best Western is still my favorite hotel chain! Maybe except this BW Plus Raffles Inn...:( It was 5th times BW hotel in our long travel journey. Les mer
