"Litt mer enn det man forventet til prisen"

Det var rent, i et anstendig område, vi trodde at det skulle bråke fra veien, men hørte ingen ting på rommet, eneste var AC, men det får man ikke gjort noe med. De hadde kjøleskap og micro på rommet noe som gjorde det enkelt å lage mat om man hadde lyst på noe annet enn vanlig mat en dag. Det var kort vei til et kjøpesenter som var rett over veien. Det var kort vei til en outlet og det var i nærheten av mat som man kunne spise. Ellers så var det rent og servicen var god. Frokosten var som man forventer i USA, søt og noe "normalt". Har ikke noe å si på dette hotellet, parkeringen var også skygget fra annen trafikk slik at vi følte ikke noe ubehag ved å sette fra oss bilen.

"It's really just OK."
The hotel is overpriced. it really isn't all that nice considering what they want for a room. I do like to grab snacks and sodas out of vending machines occasionally, and the way they have theirs laid out is pretty ridiculous. There is a vending machine on about half the floors, which will either have snacks or drinks - not both. Of course they tell […] you which floors have which machine, but fail to mention things like "Oh, by the way, one of our drink vending machines has nothing but water in it. Good luck figuring out which one." Valet parking is convenient, but at 31 dollars a night, they're pushing the limits of my laziness, since there is a parking garage maybe 150 feet from where you drop your car off. I payed twice the price to stay here than I would have if I had gone with a hotel I was familiar with. I wanted a nice room and what I got was not that. My friend and I were extremely satisfied with the Paramount. The location of the hotel was just perfect for myself and my friend, as we were within walking distance to all the places we wished to go. I nearly didn't book this hotel due to the steep hotel parking rate, but luckily read another review about a cheaper over night parking lot just 3 minutes […] walking distance away from the hotel! Very nice and comfortable contemporary hotel in downtown central area. Have stayed with them two weekends in a row. Travelled to the area for entertainment purposes and also for medical care at the university. Friendly and accommodating staff. Accessible to public transportation system and or walkable location. Flew into Portland and found getting around […] to everything we desired. Used the MET to arrive from the airport and took a Town car to return. Great restaurants in the hotel and also closely. I was quite ill, and traveling for business. The front counter staff were amazing, ensuring my room was in a quiet corner so that I could get to bed early and sleep...the concierge immediately offered to send up an extra pillow and suggested a comforter for the rather cold night. Fantastic service! The room overlooked Director's Square...breathtaking. […] The only down side was that the water in the shower the next morning never quite got HOT...just pretty warm. "Handy, reasonable and accessible"
We liked everything accept the front desk staff. They were alouff and unfriendly. We had a problem with the Internet and you would have thought we were asking for something special. "Possibly the best option in downtown Portland!"
The room was cleaner, newer, and more comfortable than any of the hotels in downtown Portland that I have been to, and most of them cost way more. All of the staff are super friendly and helpful. The bed is the best and most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept in. The location is hard to beat if you want to be in downtown. Across the street from […] Elephant Deli and Starbucks. One block from Pioneer Square. The Saturday farmer's market starts on the block behind the hotel. Hard to bear. I only have two requests: 1- fix the doors to the patios so that they seal properly.
