Dette hotellet er et meget flott hotell. Her opplever man luksus og topp service i en rolig atmosfære. Hotellet ligger litt utenfor sentrum men det er veldig bra for de som ønsker ro og fin atmosfære når man er på hotelle, samtidig er det kort avstand inn til byen. De har europas beste Spa avdeling her (kåret i 2011). Dette hotellet kan anbefales på det beste.

Fantastisk opphold i Roma på et hotell med uforglemmelig service! Som et eksempel kan nevnes at en i reisefølget fylte år mens vi var der, og helt uforberedt ble vi i frokosten den gjeldende dagen servert musserende vin og hjemmebakt kake samtidig som betjeningen sang for hun som fylte året. Ellers, kan nevnes velutstyrte rom og sjeldent godt utvalg i frokosten.

Kjempebra hotell som ligger svært godt til i forhold til opplevelser i Roma. Var veldig fornøyd med hotellet, det eneste som drar ned er at sengene var litt for harde. Ellers super service. Har aldri opplevd at rommet blir ordnet 2 ganger om dagen før. Og så fikk vi sjokolade og en oppdatert værmelding til kvelden. Veldig bra hotell :-)

Romas sentrale jernbanestasjon, Termini, er inngangsporten til byen fra Fiumicino flyplass, og er et imponerende stykke moderne arkitektur. Mellom stasjonen og glamorøse Via Veneto er det flere interessante steder å besøke. Palazzo Barberini er et overdådig barokt palass, Terme di Diocleziano var byens største badeanlegg, og kirken Santa Maria della Concezione er bemerkelsesverdig på grunn av Capuchin-munkenes krypt.

Vennlig og imøtekommende betjening. Beliggenheten var fin både i forhold til metro, tog og gåing i Roma. Frokosten var kjedelig, lite utvalg av alt fra pålegg til drikke. Rommet var rent og greit, ikke for stort, men heller ikke for lite. Pizzeriaen/restauranten nærmest hotellet har god mat.

My significant other and I stayed there for 3 nights in the beginning of september. The hotel lays 5-10 minuts walk from Roma Termini in a fairly quiet street. The room was small but very clean with an well functioning air condition. The staff was very nice and helpfull, and were very service minded. Spent 5 nights at this hotel. It is a clean and quiet hotel and street. Not too far from the terminal but be aware that the Castro Pretorio Metro station is near if you like to take the Metro to visit the Coloseum, etc.. Like most european hotels, the bathroom is small. Great service and breakfasts!

Good location. Very neer to the city terminal. The personal was very pleasent and service oriented. The room was very dark, didn't look very fresh and the shower was not working properly. But still considering the location, the service and the prices, it was a good choise for two days stay in Rome.

Very convenient to the Termini station, just a few blocks away. The metro and bus stops are nearby as well, making seeing Rome relatively convenient. Never having visited Rome before, I chose this location for the convenience of arriving and departing. I'm glad that I did. The hotel furnishings are dated, but clean. I visited in early January, the […] weather was cold for Rome, so the heat was on in the hotel. Either it can't be controlled in the rooms or I couldn't figure it out, so I slept with the windows open to the courtyard and I was fine. Rooms on the other side, open to the street, may have more of a problem with that. If you're looking at hotels in the Termini area, stay on this side. "Tight squeeze"
Great service, great location, nice breakfast, but small room. No complaint but small is small and could be a problem. Close to termini but 85 and 962 buses are even better than the metro to get downtown.

The service at the front desk was amazing and they are 24/hr, which is very convenient. The breakfast in the morning was included in our extremely reasonable price and had several options. Basic, simple, traditional Italian breakfast but all you can eat. The only reason we did not give this hotel a perfect rating is because the beds were SO uncomfortable. "Pretty & clean hotel in quiet street near Termini"
Hotel was pretty & clean with big garden in the back. Located in a quiet street 3 minutes walk from Termini station. I used public transportation only once to go to the Vatican otherwise everything else was walking distance (20-30 min walk). Gentlemen at the reception were very nice & helpful.
Lovely hotel close to Termini so ideal for getting to or from the Airport. Most helpful staff made us feel very welcome.Good breakfasts and very pleasant garden/courtyard, ideal for restful drink after much sightseeing. Will definitely stay there again. The most surprising thing was the modest room rates.Thank you for a lovely three nights.

This hotel surpassed our expectations! The front desk staff provided excellent service with a smile every day! The room was very clean and although the shower didn't have too much water pressure, it may have just been that particular shower. The breakfast buffet was generous and the location couldn't be beat. Staying at this hotel made it real easy to get back with transport links. Only two metro stops to Colosseum. Cleanliness of the rooms outstanding and very friendly staff arranging tours with useful local advice. Only problem was the breakfast which was a bit boring. Eat local, there is plenty on offer and local supermarket just across the plaza.

I travel often and prefer 3-star hotels and this is possibly the nicest one in my experience. Clean, modern, new-like throughout on a quiet street with the most friendly and helpful hotel staff that I can remember. It is also easy and convenient to find. Walking distance from Roma Termini. This hotel is very convenient 5-8 minute walk from Rome's Central Station. An excellent location if you have just flown into or you are flying out of Rome as the airport train departs from this station. My wife and I stayed here for one night at the end of two weeks in Italy before flying out the next day. This hotel is very popular, and the period we stayed is pretty full booking. I think people like this hotel because it's private garden. Yet, for our case, they arranged a room for us in the ground floor, the room is facing the street and the air condition is not working. So we requested to change to another room, and they arranged a room for us that […] is pretty small due to the full booking situation. The hotel is a bit old, but still nicely maintained. The staff is nice and helpful. Location wise, it is around 10 min walk from the train station, but this side is not as good as the other side of the train station where there is more restaurants and shops. I think this hotel is good for western travellers, but for asian travellers like us, the garden is not really a key point rather I prefer a bigger and more comfortable room with this pricing. Les mer

If you're looking for a hotel that will provide you with 5-star amenities, this is not the place. But if you want clean, comfortable rooms, and you're planning to be out seeing Rome instead of the inside of your hotel, this is the place. My better half and I stayed here for 4 nights in Aug 2010. Our stay was very good-breakfast was great, location was very convenient as it is very close to the train station and within walking distance to most of the famous sights. The only downfall to our stay was that the air conditioning was not very cold and there was no way to adjust it to make […] it colder. We loved Astoria Gardens and found the day concierge very helpful. The continental breakfast was the best we had in Italy - very few provide fresh fruit. It is in an old building, so sometimes our shower wavered from hot-cold-hot-cold, but with the location and the helpful staff, we didn't mind so much.

We chose this hotel because it was close to the termini and we needed a place for one night before flying out of Rome. Staff was very helpful. Comfortable and attractive lobby. The air conditioning in the room did not work well and we were hoping for more of a reprieve from the July heat and humidity. Full size bath/shower. Impossible to maintain a […] consistent water temperature in the shower--kept vacillating between hot & cold. Variety of offerings at morning breakfast: meat/cheese, yogurt, cereal, fruit, etc. Quality of food was OK. As the name suggests, this hotel caters to English speakers who want to feel at home, right down to providing really bad instant coffee and mediocre food at breakfast. Breakfast is "served" in a stuffy basement room, but we got a peak at nice gardens for dining. The desk staff is happy to speak English to clients, but not able to provide much information.
