I stayed here years ago it has improved 100 percent

Regret lacked elevator to second story. Othewise excellant room clean and a/c easy to understand.

We had a recent two night stay and were very please with the the upkeep of the hotel. Several family members flew in from other parts of the country and we had a nice room that allowed for small gatherings. The staff in the 19th Hole are the BEST! Friendly, free breakfast with my room, and GREAT service by the entire restaurant staff. A+++. The door lock on my room did not engage without liftiing the door until it clicked into place. I reported it the first night and although it was a weekend, they did not move me or send someone to fix it. You could just […] push the door in without the cardkey. Overall I was satisfied with the hotel. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was great. However there were some maintenance issues. First, the bath tub did not drain and had to be fixed, but still drained very slowly. TSecond, the fan in the bathroom did not work properly. Third, the air conditioner was quite noisy.

We were booked on the 2nd floor which normally is not a problem but my guest has a problem with climbing stairs. The hotel currently does not have elevators but we were told elevators would be in place by the end of summer. When I checked at the front desk about getting a room on the ground floor, I was told all rooms were booked. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. They did not clean our room one day. We had to go to the desk to get fresh towels. The desk clerk offered to move us but since I had already made the bed we saw no sense in moving. Otherwise, a great place to stay with very friendly staff. The arrangement the hotel has with the restaurant for breakfast is terrific.

I had a couple of major issues with this hotel. First, It is old and in desperate need of a renovation. The carpet in the room was nasty. The beds were old and rock hard. The pillows and blanket were old and smelled bad. In fact, the entire hotel smelled stale. Secondly, the customer service is terrible. I called the hotel front desk to find out what […] I needed to do to bring my dog in the room with me. The lady that answered the phone spoke broken English and only said they allowed pets. She didn't understand when I asked if there was a fee or any special requests I need to make when ordering on Hotels.com. When I arrived at the hotel I found out that the room that was reserved for me was not a pet room. I waited for 30 minutes while the man at the front desk made a big deal out of allowing me to bring a pet into a non-pet room. Then I found out that there is a fee to bring in my dog. The whole time while I was waiting for my room he reprimanded me for not mentioning my dog when I reserved the room on Hotels.com. I arrived in Green Valley after traveling for 12 hours with my wife, 1 year old son and black lab. They all waited in the car while I was stuck listening this guy at the front desk talk about how he is going way out of his way to fix the mistake that I caused. I would never stay at this hotel again. There are other hotels in the Green Valley/ Tucson area that are new and actually care about their customers. Les mer

Inn reception excellent and helpful, restaurant friendly, excellent food and service, pool and hot tub used frequently, starting point for Tubac, Desert Animal Museum, Titan Missle tour, Tombstone and Nagales.

Breakfast coupon was a good deal. Location was great for Tubac, Missile Museum site and other attractions nearby. Soap and shampoo that had been used previously was left in the shower.

The Green Valley Inn was wonderful. The remodel is so nice. We loved the complementary breakfast menu. The 19th Hole restaurant is an excellent place to eat any meal.

Our stay in this hotel was class A all the way around Especially appreciated the fine breakfasst served each morning!!

Only complaint we have is that they need to go easy on the Febreeze smell. Those of us with allergies have a hard time with scents and odors., It was overdone.

Very clean and inviting hotel for the price. Breakfast was off the menu and very tasty.

A most comfortable hotel with all of the necessary conveniences and services. The restaurant's good food, friendly service, and the evening entertainment was a pleasant surprise.

Very nice hotel, nothing fancy. This is the second time I have stayed there and have no complaints. Breakfast was good.

My wife and I had a nice room. The room was clean. Everything may not be exactly new but it was kept up well. A review I read online said the hotel smelled. When I entered a side entrance, I noticed a smell also. However, it was some type of cleaning product. In my mind, it wasn't offensive. The breakfast in the morning was adequate. Great hotel, very friendly people who worked there. Room was cleaned everyday as well as stocked with everything that we needed.

We stayed here four nights and had a wonderful time. The room was clean, well lit and had a view of the pool area. My wife even liked this room better than the Grand Hyatt at DFW (we stay the night there before our trip)because the bathroom lighting was so much better for make- up, etc. We never tried the free breakfast, we always ordered from the main […] breakfast menu which was fantastic. If you order from the main menu, they give you $5.00 off the price per person. This is a much better deal than the "free breakfast" at other chains. Their resturant even featured a full service bar that was open til 12 midnight each day. I would definately stay here again next time we're in Green Valley. Les mer

the hotel was a good value for the price. The bedding was soft and comfortable. Breakfast was fine but there were very limited choices. We would have rather had more of a "continental' serve yourself type option.

I would love to give this hotel a 5 star rating because the staff is wonderful. From the crew at the sitdown breakfast which is included, the ladies who left our room spotless to the front desk who were always there with a smile. Unfortunately the reason that I cannot is because the hotel itself needs help. No elevators so watch out if you are elderly […] or handicaped in any way. The wireless internet never worked except in the lobby so if you have a long stay and need to do any kind of work forget it. The rooms have been updated with new furniture but whoever got the bid to build the desk, nightstands, dresser, etc must have given the lowest bid and therefore used the worst material. The edges are very sharp and some of the formica trim is peeling already so be careful, you could easily cut yourself or rip your clothes. Other than that the town is peaceful and the rooms upstairs are somewhat quiet. Les mer

Excellent service, beautiful pool and hot tub, a full breakfast and everything cooked to order, very confortable rooms and beds. We really loved this place.

My wife and I both thought this hotel was Great. It is located in a quiet neighborhood where we walked with safety in mind. Our room was clean and quiet. The breakfast was exceptional, served in their resturant. We have stayed in hotels that cost much more, but were not near as good as this hotel. Our recent one night stay at the Green Valley Inn In Green Valley, AZ was a very pleasant surprise. They have considerably updated the lobby, rooms, and have a sports bar restaurant that was very welcoming. The free hot served continental breakfast the next morning was a full breakfast. We plan to stay there again.

Stayed one night. Pleasant accommodations. Great complimentary breakfast. Very comfortable bed. Will stay again.

It is now owned by Best Western and we were very happy with their service, food and accomodations. It was surprisingly more expensive than some in Tucson,but less than the Comfort Inn less than a block away!

The hotel and its amenities are great. However, the customer service left something to be desired. When we checked in the front desk attendant barely spoke two words to us. The following morning, there was no hot water in the hotel and no one at the front desk to answer questions. We had to find out from other guests what the issue was. Twice in our […] two night stay our keys did not work in our door. The desk staff seemed inconvenienced by having to replace them. The general manager Carlos was unfriendly and unhelpful. Everything was clean and comfortable and friendly staff. Full restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. Hot sit down breakfast including in the price. Great deal! Will be back.

Large rooms, quiet, very clean and well-maintained, lovely grounds, right off the main highway to Nogales and northern Mexico. Priced right, including breakfast. Helpful staff. Biggest bonus for me was their pet policy- cats and small dogs in the room for only an extra $10 a night.

NICE RENOVATIONS. CLEAN, CENTRALLY LOCATED. STAFF VERY HELPFUL. WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR ANYBODY GOING TO GREEN VALLEY. GOOD BREAKFAST TOO.

We've stayed here before because the hotel staff was so friendly and helpful and it was the same this time as well. Free breakfast has a nice variety of food and drink and nice, quiet atmosphere. Central location in Green Valley makes it easy to get anywhere in town within minutes.

Check in was fine, staff was friendly. Once we entered the hallway, we encountered what smelled like dirty diapers. It was awful! The smell got better by morning (thankfully the room did not smell) and then it would return by evening. No internet. Room door was very difficult to close fully; same with the bathroom door. We've stayed at this hotel for years, as we travel back and forth to Mexico. It's great, and apparently getting better. Recent renovations enhance the already fine quality of the place. My only fear? That the rates will go way up with the renovation! It's always been an affordable delight

The hotel seems to be undergoing some serious renovations. The rooms are newer and very nice, with a door leading from your room to the pool area (which was closed for renovations.) Once all the upgrading is done, it should be a nice place to stay for anyone in the Green Valley area. It's about a 45 minute drive to Tucson, though, so anyone looking […] to do Tucson activities should be prepared for that. The best part of this hotel is that it is pet-friendly. My cat loved the room and was happy he didn't have to stay at a kennel while my husband and I were in the process of moving. Les mer

Hemos quedado en este hotel desde hace mucho años. No gusta mucho. Lastima que los precios han subido tanto aún no hay mucho turismo ahora. Aunque nos gusta mucho el hotel casi escojimos a otro por razón del precio. En antes siempre fueron el lugar y los precios muy comodos. No se que haremos en el futuro.

En general es confortable, únicamente en nuestra habitación el aire acondicionado requiere de mantenimiento, ya que produce un ruido desagradable. Por otra parte, la atención del personal fue excelente.
